Second try at the place that used to be amazing under prior management, with an updated menu. The pizza has been pretty good, no complaint. However, the Italian cold cut was a total fail that my wife threw in the garbage. Tasted of cheap meat and zero bread, no oil and vinegar to speak of, so that should be renamed to something else because it was definitely not a. Italian CC. The wings were not terrible, but they were not cooked enough and were over sauced. Also, I somehow received 1 flat and the rest drums. Quality Control is definitely lacking. Wait: We ordered in from Slice and picked up there so no wait! Server: The Woman who brought the order out was super nice. She guessed what order we were there for. Little things like that are just cute to me. Food Quality& Order: The Pizzas we got were both good. Mine was Gluten Free with Italian Sausage. His was an XL Cheese. We did their deal of the night by ordering through the Slice app. It was an XL Pizza& Soda for 12.99. The XL was pretty beefy, especially for one person to eat. These folks have delicious food at a decent price. They also have all the pleasant characteristics of a small local business. Also, if you're like me and Have special dietary concerns, they've got menu items for you. I've had their cauliflower crust pizza several times now and it's delicious. You can barely even tell that it's not a "regular" pizza. They also have a gluten-free rice crust option for those who need that. One time I thought something was off with the order and I called them about it and they gave me a discount on the next order. The owner, manager, and staff are pleasant to talk to, the delivery drivers are wa friendly, and the place is just cool and quaint - with a statue of Darth Vader outside the front door, which has been there for years but in recent times has donned a COVID-19 mask. Solid takeout/delivery spot. They're always quick and the delivery driver is very friendly. Wings are the best in town. Probably the worst carryout experience I've ever had. The wings are Tyson's frozen wings with no sauce, microwaved and tossed in a styrofoam pack. The cheesesteak is frozen Steak-Umm meat, and the chicken cheesesteak is sliced lunchmeat chicken! We ordered a large plain pie and thought it was good and about average for the cockeysville/timonium area (we are from NY/doughNJ and have been to Italy). The dough tasted as if it was factory made and lacked a good crisp. The sauce was heavy handed with oregano. I've given these guys two shots in the last three months. FAIL. Got a pizza the first time, had way too much cheese. Gave them some time, thought maybe they were going through a transition. This had to be hands down the worst cheesesteak I've ever had in my life. I was so excited, I love unwrapping the foil and sandwich paper to reveal some good ol' cheese and meat and hot and good. What I got: A stale hoagie, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and weird tasting fried onions. All of which was underneath 3 grayish, uncut, steak-um patties. That weren't even hot. I actually took a bite. Downloaded yelp just for this review. Their food is great but their delivery is horrible. I've waited almost 2 hours for my food and it's still not here. When contacted about the delivery they said it was on its way. That was 20 minutes. when contacted again they said it was coming out of the oven and leaving with the driver right then. I'm more disappointed by the fact I was not contacted by GT about the delivery delay than I am about the actual delay and a simple phone call would have cleared things up. just got my food. it's all cold. never ordering for here again, I suggest others avoid this restaurant as their service is pure crap. read more

Food is awesome. They are so busy that delivery requires patience. So I just pick it up. Always friendly when you call and/or go in. Pizza sauce is amazing. It taste homemade. Not made in bulk. I usually order light sauce from every pizza joint but not here. Their subs are delicious. It's not an overstuffed Captain Harvey's but a good quality sandwich. Sub rolls are soft and fresh. The pizza isn't terrible relative to the half-dozen or so chain pizzerias available nearby, though you really have to be in the mood for a greasy (and I mean guhhhreasy) pie.
