It was burned. I was very upset. But extremely too tired to drive back and get a new one.

I ordered a pizza online and what I got was different than what I saw in the picture. The pizza was extremely overcooked. Where the cheese was burned. I have a tendency of not complaining however I was not trying to leave my house and take it back. So I ate a couple of pieces, but I'm very disappointed.

Yep ready to close at 8:45 but the door says 10pm.

We are here now and wanted to eat-in. They said the dining room closed at 8pm. Why is that? Is that standard for all Ledo's. They are losing money.

Ordered extra sauce, they instead barely put any.

My second 2 star review for this Ledo's. I only have issues with this location, all other locations get my orders right. For some reason they can't follow directions... I like extra sauce on my pizza & I like it to be well done, but this location can seem to only do one or the other & never both despite me selecting these options & even having to ask them to put it back in the oven when I go to pick up (on multiple occasions). Extra sauce means just that, extra sauce.... Not extra cheese not extra toppings.... Literally just extra sauce. One of the main focuses of pizza/Italian food is the sauce so why they give it dry pizzas is beyond me. I just got the driest pizza of my life with all cheese (too much) & no sauce. Of course it was closed by the time I got home to eat so now I'm SOL cause I'm starving & nothing is open. I don't understand how or why the people in this kitchen are so bad at pizza. A joke

This Ledos has an indoor seating like a restaurant. This was really refreshing. It gave me nostalgia; reminding me of the days when Pizza Hut was a resturant. Things to Note: *This location is placed in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. * If you are dining in, you order your food at the register. They will give you a number to place at your table. We sat in. We ordered the meatloaf pizza, hot honey pizza, red velvet cake, and angry orchard. Cons: * I was super annoyed that they had a sign that says "Vino" in the register area, but they don't sell wine. * The red velvet cake was definitely in the refrigerator for awhile. It was subpar. Pros: * The pizza was dynamic as usual. Ledo's pizza really is unmatched. * Our server was kind and attentive. We were glad to leave her a tip.

I was greeted with warmth and smiles upon entering this establishment...the customer service was quick, simple and definitely made me want to be a returning customer...my food was HOT, FRESH, & TASTY...they have some delicious marinara sauce and the quality ingredients used are amazing...

No crust........the cheese coagulation is BEYOND! You warm it, 2 seconds later it comes back together to a hard thick inedible crap!!!!!

OMG, I was soooo apprehensive about going here today but I was starving and was picking up chicken from Wingstop next door (I've got words about them too). This place is run like a family business (I guess). I had a feeling the pizza would not be tasty but I was in a hurry and thought I would try it. Listen, NEVERRRRRRRRRR EVERRRRRRRRRR again will eat this LARD OF GOVT CHEESE OVERPRICED DISGUSTING yet well-packaged pizza. Located in the shopping center by Verizon. I don't get hiw they are in business...this food can't be good for you.

This Ledo's in particular... I'm almost kinda glad it's far away, cause my waist line could not support it being closer. The service here was outstanding. I came in with my computer and my waitress was super kind and knew exactly the right amount of touches to make. She was training a waitress at the time and took a second to politely introduce her. I heard as she welcomed 2 tables of regulars of the restaurant. She knew their order by heart, but checked with them on small variations that they sometimes make. I mean, this waitress was on point. Additionally, my caesar side salad portion was large and fresh. The dressing was great ( as I expect from Ledos honestly), and the pizza came out with the perfect amount of melty goodness. If I'm laurel again, I'm sure to stop by here, and try and sit in this waitresses section. There is a difficult balance of waiting on someone who is working that is pretty hard to manage. She got it perfectly!

Oops! I was there a week ago & forgot to review! We treated our friend to a belated birthday lunch,…read moreand it was lovely. Initially slow to get going because we asked our server for a few extra minutes to peruse the menu (we MAY have been chatting too much!). Then it almost felt like they forgot us. But once we ordered, the service was great the rest of the time. We drank a lot of water, and the server brought a bottle so we could help ourselves. Nice touch. I had an excellent panini and chose the mixed greens instead of fries as my side. I had never heard of "cistecca" before, so I looked it up. Fun aside: both of my searches returned only Italian language responses! Anyway, it's a made-up word for a Philly cheesesteak. And it was delicious. Lots of beef steak strips, gooey, melty provolone, and boom-boom sauce. I took half of it home because it was very filling. The greens were meh. Not enough dressing and just very basic. I guess it's a lunch special but it doesn't appear on the online ordering menu. It was $18, very reasonable although I consider that only for the panini as the greens were probably about $1.00 worth. Wish I had gotten fries. One friend and I each had a decaf and it was the only surprising price: $8 for a very small cup! We were seated in a corner, which helped us to hear each other better. Parking is ample and free. It's on the end of a strip mall, easy to spot.

Disappointing is an understatement!…read more I've been to this restaurant several times in the past and have always known it for having really good service and food, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. First, I was surprised to learn that although pizza is on the menu, they weren't offering it because the wood-fired pizza operator wasn't working today. I understand that staffing issues happen, but it was still frustrating to arrive expecting to be able to order something that's prominently featured on the menu and then find out it wasn't available. What made it even more frustrating is that as we were leaving, we were told they had actually found the operator to make the pizzas. We approached the them and they said, "oh just come back later. " Very dismissive and rude given we spent almost $500 for food we really didn't want. Unfortunately, the service didn't make up for it either. It was mediocre at best and noticeably below the level of service I've experienced here in the past. Overall, the experience felt like a significant decline from what I've come to expect from this restaurant. At this point, I don't think I'll be back.

We do frequent Maple Lawn, but I guess we are creature of habits because we've never looked at Galliano. First thing I did was take a peek at the cocktail, then the food menu and saw that the drink prices were comparable for the area and found one or two entrees that caught my eye. We called to make a reservation at 9:30p, although they said it wasn't necessary. It was an impromptu Saturday night and we got there right after the dinner rush so it was perfect. We sat outside, there was was beautiful, and the patio was clean. Our server Joe was phenomenal and incredibly personable. I ordered the Fettuccine Mediterraneo and my husband got the beef tenderloin (pics included). (Not pictured: Meat Lover pizza which was also very good.) The beef tenderloin It was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious and the scallops and shrimp were massive and so fresh. Keep in mind while these two menu items were pricey, the portion size is large and I had enough leftover pasta for lunch and dinner the next day and my husband had his leftovers for dinner on Sunday. We also ordered the espresso martini, Italian margarita, bourbon bramble aaaaand one other one but can't remember the name. We also had a nice chat with the young man named Chase who was clearing the tables and tidying up. I think it's important that you recognize and acknowledge when you have wonderful service, especially for young people who are just starting out with their jobs. (I'm sure he was so over us telling him how proud we were of him!) We definitely were not planning on spending that much money on ourselves for dinner, but hey--toddler parents need to be spoiled every now and again... it was absolutely worth it and we do not regret it. The only thing we regret is that we didn't try this place sooner! Thank you, Joe, Chase, the wonderful chefs, bartender, and a back of house staff. We can't wait to come back and try a new items! One thing of note: the restaurant is on the first floor of an office building and the restrooms are shared with the offices. My stall did not have toilet paper and neither did the one next to me, but thank goodness someone came in and was able to give me some from another stall. I take away nothing from the restaurant because of that.

The 14-inch New York style pie, though humble in appearance, carried the taste of flame--char at the edges, molten cheese stretching like strands of fate itself. It is food born of combustion, where destruction and creation meet in a single crust. To accompany it, the fizz of fountain Pepsi, a sugary abyss that reminds us of how fleeting sweetness always is. Hours later, a paper slip marks another ritual: french fries, five dollars, golden and crisp like relics of a lost civilization. Their shells shattered with the sound of brittle leaves, yielding to a soft, cloudlike core, a contradiction that somehow felt inevitable.
