This truck frequents the Food Truck Friday spot in Annapolis. I've ordered their Italian Cold Cut Sub (mortadella, capicola, salami, provolone, mixed greens, onions, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette) and a side of their meatballs. The Italian sub was excellent. It was stuffed to the brim with meat and fixings. The bread was soft and the balsamic vinaigrette brought it all together. I wanted to try their meatballs, so I ordered a side - 2 meatballs with plenty of sauce. I'm not a big fan of red sauce, but this sauce was really good and had a nice flavor. The meatballs were great. I would try a meatball sub the next time I see their truck around.

Yummy food. Good prices. Friendly staff! I enjoyed a chicken parm sub with fries from this food truck yesterday at the Boordy Vineyard! The food portions are huge and totally worth it. They offered salads and pasta! I was hoping they had a pizza but this particular truck didn't have that. They have several trucks around. I would definitely order from here again!

I want to give them a better review but I can only judge by what I received. I received great customer service and my food came faster than most trucks. I ordered the pulled pork risotto. The food was prepared well, It was hot enough and smelled good. I took two stars off for presentation and flavor. The dish itself is not pretty to look at and the risotto was extremely salty. The pork was cooked perfectly. I will try the mushroom ravioli from them next time.

I've seen this food truck at numerous spots (National Business Parkway, Crofton Farmer's Market, and Jailbreak Brewing), but never tried them out. Finally got the chance last week at Jailbreak and it was pretty good! The staff was very friendly and fast! I had the mushroom ravioli and antipasto salad. My husband had the Rosaritto, an Italian take on a burrito. Everything was very delicious and reasonably priced. The antipasto salad was huge for $7. I would definitely visit this food truck again!

Porchette - poorly done pork and broccoli rabe

Had some of these guys' food at Jailbreak last night. Some dishes were good, others not so much. Prices are fair and service is FAST; they'll get you your food in less than 10 minutes, even with a line of people ordering. The food is a mixed bag. First off, the fries are nicely done and topped with some garlic and Parmesan cheese, they're a solid side dish. The tortellini a la crema was a rich, tasty dish. Not too overpowering. The other pasta dishes are fine. My friends really dug into their Bolognese and Chicken Parm with pasta. I was excited to see a sub with broccoli rabbe in it, so I got the porchette sub that came with it. Sadly, the broccoli rabbe was overcooked, oily, and the pork was pretty bad. It smelled like cat food, tasted okay, but had a few spots of stringy connective tissue that nobody wants. Sadly, that's the lasting impression on me. Maybe next time I'll stick to pasta or try the meatball sub.

    Mushroom with Gorgonzola cream sauce

This was a food truck I happen to meet at the Lantern Festival. I had to eat a carb dinner and they didn't' disappoint. They were sweet and accommodated a request to put the Gorgonzola cream sauce on the side (I was afraid the sauce would be too pungent). But to my surprise the raviolis were big and delicious, as was the sauce which I ended up pouring all over the top. Great service, lovely food!!! They also included a bread with the meal. Thank you!

    Fries surrounded by menacing fingers

It was a dark and humid November night, shortly after Halloween. The winds carefully caressed my cheeks as I trotted from Black Flag Brewing Co to the well stationed Pasta La Vista Baby vehicle. My stomach rumbled as I perused the menu, not knowing what I was about to order would change my outlook on life from here on out. I felt uneasy as I was unaware of my surroundings as I'm a virgin to the Columbia metropolitan. But my mind was set at ease as soon as my watering mouth touched the soggy fries I had ordered. Yes, feel at home you young traveller, this large order of fries is about to succumb to your hunger. The fries, lightly dusted with exotic cheeses (I believe the chef referred to it as kraft parmesan cheese from the far off lands of BJ's), danced around my tongue and my thin wallet thanked me for only having retrieved a mere 4 dollars from its clutches.

After ordering food, I took the kids to the bocce court while my partner could enjoy the wine and watch us from above. I know he appreciated having the break and a good glass of wine to go with it. There was about 8 of us and we were seated downstairs in the bar area at a high top. Despite there being a reservation, it felt like our party was a last minute thought. The table was cramped and the ambiance of the downstairs bar area was dingy and dimly-lit. Our server, who was also the only bartender, did his best to multi task all night, although his demeanor was not very warm or friendly. I ordered the gluten free version of the Samantha fettuccine. Despite this being the only noodle they don't make in house, I had to pay extra for it. Annoying, but not totally unexpected. What was disappointing was the total price for the dish. It came out to be almost $50.... I believe the pasta is marked as market price due to the inclusion of crab meat but when it arrived, there was barely any in the dish. The flavor of the sauce was good but definitely not worth the price tag. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The pesto dishes were made with basil, so no allergies for me! It's always a plus when I can taste something that would normally be made with nuts. Overall, a great time was had. I'm still looking for a smooth sauce for some chicken parm, but no worries since the menu here has plenty of different sauce options! I enjoyed the chicken francese. The chicken was very tender and it was a generous portion. I felt it could have used a bit more flavor, but the sauce was a nice consistency and the linguine was cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the complimentary rolls that came with the meal. Overall, I enjoyed this spot and will try more items in the future!

Dalesios of Little Italy has been open since 1984 and has been serving great Italian dishes in the heart of Baltimore's Little Italy. Walking inside, the restaurant is tastefully decorated. It screams old world, European charm with it's unique art adorning the walls. I'm seated in the first dining room, closest to the front door. There's a bar inside this room which adds to the Italian decor. First time here, I don't know the restaurants portion sizes. Is it family style where one plate can feed a small army? The portion size was perfect. I ordered a nice glass of Italian wine and the Scampi & Crab Alla Sardegna. The pasta dish was amazing. The pasta was cooked perfect al dente and the Scampi & Crab sauce was something unique to Baltimore. It's Crab & Shrimp simmered in a cognac, garlic & tomato cream sauce. All of this goodness is served over linguine. I love Maryland Crabs and to have them topped in a pasta dish makes my heart sing. I highly recommend this dish. My waiter was very informative, he made some great dinner suggestions but I first had to try the Scampi & Crab Alla Sardegna. The next time I come I'm going to order the Lasagna!
