New York style pizza from New Yorkers is always the best in a southern town. Pros: The portions are generous, the service is great, the atmosphere is relaxed and unobtrusive. Cons: The ingredient portions on the pizzas is small, the price for a Coke is way too high, you won't be able to finish all of it (okay...that last one is actually a pro!). All in all, this is a local pizza place we frequently regularly. It is my picky husband's favorite. You should try it. I recommend the calzones. As a P.G. county native, I hoped this location lives up to the reputation. I love Ledo Pizza and hadn't had a square of Ledo's since I moved to Charlotte 6 years ago. However, that was about to change as I took my assistant out to lunch for pizza at Ledo's. Our office is in Southpark - next to the mall so I really hoped that it was as good as I remember for a 2+ hour lunch on the clock. Great news: It Is!!! Not worth your time or money. Had to wait over 15 min for our food. My calzone came out with onions which I had request to be left off my order. Then had to wait an additional 20 min for my remade calzone while my family ate. My husband had to come check on my waiter and my food because we couldn't find either. The restaurant needs updating. This was a very good value Monday from opening till close $5 Stromboli or calzone! I always get my calzone loaded pretty much with pizza toppings. I only gave them two stars because #1 The marinara sauce had a wee bit too much Rosemary and was otherwise lacking flavor. #2 The service was extremely slow and not overly friendly. #3 The calzone it's self was under baked as you can see in the picture the Dough was not browned and it was quite gummy. The general flavor was OK since I had all the pizza toppings put in it, and I will probably get another one and just ask that they bake it a little longer, and take it home and use my own marinara sauce. read more

I love when I happen on a place by total accident and it turns out to be this good. 5 star!!!! I do not throw those around lightly, especially for wings. So, it is Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 and we are done working out, we hit this place on a whim. I actually checked Yelp reviews after I ordered, WTF? LoL, first time for that too. 3.5 stars? Jeez, okay, well my party of five was all in. Rock n roll baby.................. Wednesday has $0.50 wings and $6 Stromboli's. Ordered a variety, not expecting much. I am a big believer in wings should be a buck or less, the menu has 12 wings for $14,99, to me that is pricey and unless the wings are perfect, I am not a happy wing camper. Just sayin'...... Let me tell you, I almost fell of my chair when I bit into the first one. 100% perfect fry! You know, when the skin is crispy and the meat actually snaps off the bone. Buffalo sauce - score. Teriyaki - best I have had in a while. Look at my pic, they look wet and sloppy. Not a fan, but to my amazement, these Teriyaki wings are gooey with a nice sweet soy sauce, not overpowering sweetness like some cheap Teriyaki sauces. The old Bay are on par with any of the New England old Bay wings I have had. Just FYI, if you are an old Bay type, they put a very sparse amount of the seasoning due to people from the south not being used to it, so order extra if need be. From what I can tell, but forgot to ask, home made ranch and blue cheese, excellent. Two of us ordered the Ledo Stromboli. Pretty darn good, thoroughly cooked and ultra tasty. The crust is sweet and light, very impressive. I can only imagine what the pizza's are like. The other two in our group ate chicken parm, no complaints, they said it was great. Looked pretty good too. So, turns out this place is a chain that started in Maryland. Good deal. The joint looks like it would be a great place to catch a football game. The server was from Maryland, knew the menu like the back of her hand and really made sure we were taken care of. Oh and bonus, check in with Yelp, get a free fountain drink, thank you Mr. Proprietor for supporting Yelp and doing this for us Yelpaholics, it really makes a difference and hopefully drives back repeat business. From the looks, they serve a few local craft beers on tap. Once again, thank you Mr. Proprietor for supporting the local craft beer community. I will return, not as often as I would like because I am up in Lake Norman, but now I have a destination down south to hit up when I am in the area. read more

I had this pizza for the first time when I was in Virginia, and it reminds me so much of my mothers. They always get my order right and I am always happy when I leave. To start off you seat yourself which I like. We came on a Saturday around 8pm it was not crowded. The waitress was ok felt a little rushed, but my wife never knows what the hell she wants. The waitress was attentive and very polite. We started of with a wing appetizer 6 Lemon Pepper and 6 Korean BBQ they were very good cooked just right and the wings are wing dings not the complete wings, but they are a nice size. I had the greek calzone it was really good but it needs more gyro/lamb meat. My wife had the athena salad with tzatziki dressing she said it was awesome. I ordered a tzatziki pizza to go with onions and the banana peppers on the side. You will have to wait for the review on that tomorrow. Ok so the kitchen messed up on my pizza they put the banana peppers on the pizza so they gave me that one for free (SWEETTTTT!) and the made me the one I originally ordered so I get one for the price of one. The pizza was not a thick crust as listed and my order of wings was wrong. I had dried fried wings that even extra ranch couldn't soak up. I drove 25 minutes away and spent 50 dollars to be highly disappointed. I'm not sure if they changed things bc of covid but I will not return. read more

Lifetime Ledo's fan here. Grew up eating it in MD and was so excited when they came to SC. We've been to the Rock Hill Ledo's several times, but we've finally had enough of the inconsistent service. Don't get me wrong, the food can be good if the phase of the moon is just right. But, the lack of service was really apparent, and our waitress was downright rude when we mentioned we'd been there an hour without food. This is in no way a reflection of the beloved MD Ledo's, just this Rock Hill location. Let start by saying that they must put crack in the "spicy toasted ravioli" it is SERIOUSLY one of the best appetizers I have ever put in my mouth! (sometimes I get 2 orders when I really feel like cheating on my diet) -- you must try them! Love the pizza -- I highly recommend the "Rock Star" -- but I have tried a bunch of them and haven't had a bad one yet. Also they have drink specials on Fri, Sat, and Sun -- well they have the drinks all week long but the specials are on the weekends -- they FRESH SQUEEZE - honest to god REAL oranges and limes to make the best "Lido-rita's" - "Orange Crush" and "Cherry Limeaides" OMG -- soooo good! The only reason my new favorite hang out missed "5 Stars" is that they are having air conditioning issues -- they need to get it fixed -- sometimes the heat just chases you out! read more

Recently ate here for lunch it's kind of secluded in a strip mall and wasn't to busy. The inside was nice and clean with lots of t.vs to watch while waiting on your food. Love the pizza. I'm originally from MD, now living near Chicago, and a lifelong fan. Nothing like a Ledo pizza with that unique pastry type crust and crazy good sauce! Always make time to eat here while visiting family in Tega Cay and Rock Hill. Food was spot on. We had the Marylander salad with our pizza. Salad and house dressing was good- first time we tried it and would order again. the Service was exceptional tonight- thank you. The only criticism I have is PLEASE replace the carpet. It is effecting the atmosphere of the restaurant and customer experience- your feet stick to it at the entry, it look gross and has a smell. Restaurant is already too dark- replace it and brighten/freshen up the place. The food and service got you the 4 stars. Deal with the carpeting and get a 5! read more

I ordered from here for the first time (Pizza and Wings) and the lady said it would only take 25-30 minutes, which it did but when I arrived and picked up the pizza it was COLD and to be honest their pizza didnt taste good but it didn't taste bad either. It tasted very bland and it was pricey. I ordered 12 wings and they charged $15.99, The wings tasted bland as well, and guess what they were cold too! Overall, I would not order from here again. Oh, and the lights are all dark inside, and they had the back door wide open where they are cooking and bugs and animals could easily run inside, which I wouldn't be surprised if they had rats in there. read more

Under 500 calorie menu that is incorporated into the regular one makes it easy to accommodate a group with a variety of priorities. The Mediterranean Tuna is really good- and filling. Thankful for options ! Also, our service has always been great. They are great with kids and friendly. Glasses are kept full, which is always a plus. read more

I just stopped in after the Washington win today on Carolina. The service over the phone was very patient and helpful!! (Marques) Then when I got to the restaurant I added a salad to my order. It's about time! I was beginning to think that this space was cursed! I visited Ledo's on opening night. The decor is very nice but confusing. Is it a sports bar or Italian restaurant? The seating is nice it is in sections with regular dining to the right and a very large bar to the left. There are wide screen TVs on the bar side as well as the dining side. To the far left there is a separate area for take out orders. The decor does not say Italian Restaurant though. The walls are covered in framed Sports Jerseys. I would like to feel more like I'm eating in a Italian Restaurant if I'm going to spend the amount of money I did at Ledo's. I ate there with my youngest son who is 13. He had the personal pizza which was very good but very expensive. It did fill him up though which is very good! I had Chicken Alfredo which was very good. I couldn't eat it all and did take some home. The server was very good and extremely happy to be there. The Owner was there that night and did visit the tables and talked to the customers. Except Mine! I was not very happy with that. Some people he knew came in and that seemed to have distracted him, I guess. All in all I do think that maybe this restaurant will break the curse. It does have a chance. As for me, I'm a single mom with 3 teenagers so I probably won't dine often due to the high prices. read more

We go here every Wednesday after school. That is the day eat in wings are $.50 each. My 13 year old will order 12 plain and eat all 12! The staff is very friendly and treats us like family.
