I just wish parking was better, there's only a few spots in front and the back that used me open for parking isn't anymore so you kind of have try and time your visit to an off time.

When my pants were returned, the drawstring had been completely shredded and the surrounding fabric was damaged. I have photos documenting the condition of the pants when they were returned to me. What made the situation even more disappointing was how the company handled the damage. My initial response from the cleaner was to suggest that the pants never had a drawstring in the first place. When I spoke with the owner, rather than working with me to resolve the issue, she repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to fully explain the situation. She insisted that the hotel should reimburse me and told me that I needed to leave the damaged pants at the hotel's front desk. There were several problems with that solution. First, any credit to my hotel bill would go directly to my company, so that would not reimburse me personally for the ruined pants. My goal was simply to be reimbursed so I could replace an item that was damaged while in their care. Second, the hotel was not responsible for the damage caused while my clothing was being cleaned. And third, I was traveling home after being away for two weeks and did not have another clean outfit available to wear home. I tried to explain this, but the owner continued interrupting me rather than allowing me to finish. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how a company handles them. Unfortunately, in this case, I felt that Michelle's Cleaners was more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the problem fairly. Based on both the damage to my clothing and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business.

It was large, very clean, and I felt very safe when we checked them out Sunday afternoon and Tuesday morning. Plus, there's a large parking lot, and a really good taqueria is next door. They can't offer credit card service right now as they're waiting on some parts to repair it. So bring your bucks. The change machines work and are refilled regularly. Note, this could change. Lucy's offers a fluff and fold service and I saw a lot of securely tied bags waiting for the owners to come pick it up. I arrived looking confused around 630am on Tuesday and the person who had opened up the laundromat was there and took pity on me. She showed me what I needed and made recommendations to help save me money. Then she helped me put in all the quarters. Such amazing service. I was so grateful. I drove through the McD's down the street before I arrived so I was able to enjoy a breakfast while I waited. They had a lot of those wonderful metal laundry carts with wheels. And they were obviously clean and maintained. The store has effectively four zones. The front section has top loaders washers and I'm assuming there were dryers. I didn't want to walk around too much. To the right was what I called the "Quiet Zone." There wasn't a tv and it just seemed quieter, but there were front load washers, and dryers. In the center was the main area where you could drop off laundry to be cleaned as well as purchase laundry products. To the left where I was had the change machine. Now there may have been one on the right zone but there were people there eating their breakfast so I didn't want to walk around being snoopy. Maybe next time. On the left was also a tv set with a morning program on, the bathroom (I believe you need someone who works there to let you in) and two vending machines - one with snacks and one with drinks. And there were the front loading washing machines and dryers. I saw three sizes of front loading machines. This is nice so you can pay for what you need. There are the large tables for folding laundry. I stuffed everything in my bags and brought them home so my husband could fold while we watch tv after dinner. So, if I have to go again, I will come here. I left around 745 so it didn't take long at all. I was pleased that the dryers really dried things in a very reasonable time.

What I'd like to point out first, is that the super kind human who took our order was absolutely that: super kind. My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. It's a very special dress to me, so I consulted Holiday Cleaners to see if they could get it out. I messaged them through yelp before going in, and David the owner was very quick to respond and gave me assurance that he would take good care of my dress. I took the dress in and they started with dry cleaning first, but that didn't get the stains out. They suggested a method to get the stains out that was outside of the suggested care label, and David took his time to talk to me on the phone to walk me through the process. He was very upfront with the risks and cared enough to ask me my comfort level on how far to push to get the stains out. They successfully got the stains out and my dress looks good as new! The whole process only lasted 2 days!!! I dropped off the dress on Tuesday afternoon, and the dress had gone through dry cleaning, stain removal and finishing touches by Thursday afternoon. All the staff I have interacted with have also been so nice and friendly - David, Irene, Lisa. They also have a neat system that you can use to track your progress.
