I came here because I have been getting my nails done by Jason for years now. My nails always look great. I wear my natural nails with acrylic overlay. I receive compliments every time they are done. They last a long time also. And that tells me Jason is using quality products on my nails. I just sit in the chair and let him do his thing. He has never disappointed me. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews for this location. Makes me wonder if the review was left for the correct business. It is under new management now. Jason and his wife, Tina are the new managers. I can say Jason takes great pride in his work and ensuring his customers are happy. I would suggest those that have left negative reviews, give it another try. Those that are thinking of a visit, see for yourself. I understand not everyone will be happy with the service they are provided. However, that's in every line of business. We all know someone that is never satisfied, no matter what. I noticed some included in their review concerns of language barrier. I have never had this issue with Jason. I think when getting your nails done, and anything else, one should consider the base. Meaning, if you see a picture of cute nails and you want that design, consider what the nail tech has to work with. Some may not realize that their nail bed may be shaped differently. Their nails may grow shaped differently. Some nails grow up instead of out. This will affect the overall look. Some nail beds are wide. This will also affect the look of the design. I would suggest going with your natural nail growth and shape. What looks good on someone else, may not look as good on you. Or let your nail tech decide what's best. That's your whole reason for coming. If you could do it yourself, you probably wouldn't be there. As far as the prices goes, I think they are comparable. This place is great! I've been going regularly for gel polish mani and spa pedi. Their nail polish selection in both gel and standard is hard to beat! They have hundreds of both in top brands like CND Shellac OPI and more. They are conveniently located in Pier Park, across the street from the main park near World Market and PetSmart. My gel mani was very well done and thorough. $35 My spa pedi was in a comfy chair with massage. What I liked most was the menu they offered me allowing a selection from a basic pedi (perfect for men) to a variety of spa treatments including 8 different scented salt scrubs, cooling mask, lotion massage, hot stone massage with aloe, paraffin dip - then finish with polish of choice. Prices ranged from $25 - $55 They are well staffed, very clean and provide courteous, prompt service. They also have a customer reward program where after your 10th service, you get one free ($35 value - quite rich!) There are TVs at each station and each with a different channel/muted with subtitles - entertainment for everyone. I've been to Cosmo nail prior and it wasn't as good - I am sticking with Lee Nails and highly recommend them! read more

I would rate this place a double negative zero, if they had that for me to choose so I had to rate 1 star to make this review. The first table in front which where the owner sits he is horrible rude with customer. Not friendly. They have people working in their with no license. I only saw 2, and their were 7 or 8 working in their working. They talk about you in their language and the way they do your service is like a quick in and out kind of job. Don't come here because when you Pay for something expensive and expect to get pampered and treated right that won't happen. I promise you are not going to get your moneys worth out of this place. And when they said they have complimentary like water wine, they don't offer you any when you come in. The lady that worked on me didn't know English did not even acknowledge me. She didn't even smiled all she did was talk in her native language. I felt disrespected and I'm comfortable nor I would never want to ever come back because of these reasons. it's very not sanitize in there. Fantastic place!! Used to go to a different salon, but it was far from my house and I was late for a party so I decided to try this place. I was skeptical based on the yelp reviews, but what the worst thing can happen right? Well, the place is huge, quite a business they have. The owner was super friendly and funny. It was a busy Sunday and without an appointment they tried to accommodate. I didn't really have to wait so long. Tina was my technician. I told her that I'm going to a party tonight and the theme is blue. She was very helpful and suggested a couple designs and was very patience with me. My pedicure turned out to be super awesome. Absolutely love coming to Lee Nails Spa for my pedicures and manicures! The staff are very friendly and professional and always give great service. The location is very convenient in Pier Park North. Once inside the spa it is beautifully decorated and boasts 7 flat screen TV's along the walls that can be viewed from both nail and pedi areas. The pedi spa massage chairs are very relaxing. They are here to please their customers and quick to offer you something cold to drink from their bar and its complimentary of course!The salon is always immaculately clean and the color selections are one of the largest I've seen! This was my first visit in to Lee Nails Spa & will be back. i did not at all see any sign of why the negative reviews. i had nothing but professional & impeccable service by everyone & the salon was extremely clean & sanitary. Not only was it my first visit, I did not know until after an hour it was Ricks first day to work at Lee Nails Spa, I was his first customer. It was the best Mani Pedi I've ever had. I moved to PCB two years ago and bounced from one disappointing salon to another until LEE NAILS SPA opened. I finally found a great place... clean, friendly, lots of spa chairs and great workmanship (no rough edges on my acrylic). I highly recommend this place (located in Pier Park North with Dick's and Rooms to Go) but keep in mind they can get busy with all of the vacationers looking to get pampered so plan accordingly. read more

I've been to multiple nail salons in the PCB area and none have compared to the amazing service and employees at Lee's nail salon in Pier Park North. The salon is beautifully kept and clean.
