This place has been open, for what now...10 years? Something close to that. At first it was like jesus himself had built a place for great deals and cinnamon rolls all within a mountain. Today, a little different. As are most outlets they are more exposed and populated. But they do have a wide selection of stores and for the most part enough parking to serve the town of Florida, just don't attempt to go during the holiday season, you may need to take a trolley up the mountain from a lower lot due to high demands. Also the open environment can either work for you or against you. I hope you are cold blooded, like myself, because on those really cold days in the year the place is a ghost town and you can shop at your own pace. I ran a holiday shopping trip to the Prime Outlets every year between 2000 - 2008. A bus filled with ladies from Boston would come the first Saturday in December and shop till we dropped then spend the night at Eastover Resort and shop again the next day. We'd get all of our holiday shopping done in one trip and it beat fighting for parking spots at the over crowded malls back in the Boston area. We always got great deals - especially at the Coach Outlet. The management at the Prime Outlets were always so helpful and appreciated our business. read more

I am a big fan. It is an outlet that is not so big that it is overwhelming. But, it has all of the key store categories covered with real outlets. If you can come in an evening or the middle of the week (except for July and August), you can park a few steps from the door. read more

I find outlet malls overrated and ill-planned to begin with, so take my review with that in mind. The array of stores here is exactly the same at what you would find at any other outlet. the parking is outrageous and causes a lot of traffic, and there is no flow in the organization of stores. i guess each brand gets to pick what location it's in but i would much prefer to see a product typed grouping. every time i shop here i have high hopes for finding exactly what i want, and i never ever do. The products are just not a great enough draw and the prices are definitely not discounted enough for me to buy anything. have you ever noticed that the women's 'intimates' stores have shoddy quality and limited selection? how annoying! that said i always end up buying some crap thing i don't need, so the outlet is at least good for getting money out of visitors. if you need something from mikasa, or one of the other kitchen stores, you may in fact find what you're looking for. Otherwise, don't make a special trip here. read more

The main advantage to the Prime Outlets is their location: they're right off Exit 2 on the Pike. Like basically, you get off, and boom, you're there. Other than that, it's your basic form of outlet mall: you have the standard shops with the standard sale prices, and parking is kind of insane. Also, the driving, particularly out of the outlet, can be problematic at times. But, if you're in the area, the deals are quite good. read more

Nice spot here. Lots of great stores and some really good deals. All the big names are here: Nike, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Brooks Brothers - they have a food court and clean restrooms too. Lots of parking and pretty friendly employees. read more

Nice location, plenty of parking, including some in front of the stores, which made it easier for me, since I have mobility issues. I was not impressed with the selection of stores, or the selection inside. They all tended to be smaller than their counterparts at other outlet malls, and the selection wasn't quite as large. It also tended to be very female-oriented, with a much larger selection inside the stores for ladies than for men - including traditionally masculine brands like Jockey and Hanes. Even the selection of sizes were skewed. I couldn't find dress shoes in my size - 12 Wide - at any of the stores. Lots of casual styles, but, again, not in wide sizes. Not one store there sold women's outerwear that wasn't casual - which is what Bestie needed. She did manage to find a suit at Dress barn, though; none of the other stores had them. It's a destination, and a fun way to kill some time and find some impulse items. Not the place if you're looking for specific items. read more

These outlets are tiny, at least compared to some of the ones I've been to in Texas. I have to agree with what all the posters said about finding deals, they can be hard to come by. I found some low priced NFL t-shirts at the Reebok outlet, but the other stores seemed to be full price everything. These aren't really outlets I would drive more than a half an hour for, that's for sure. The food court is meh at best. I would suggest you drive into Lee to find better food. Not a large selection at all. It's a nice place to kill time, but it just doesn't have the wow factor for me. read more

the lee premium outlets is one of my favorite shopping centers. there is plenty of parking around the stores, and i like that it is easy to get from store to store while still getting outside in the open air. the deals are pretty good and i the quality of clothing at the factory stores is great. we went last weekend and i also had about 3 notable positive experiences from the sales staff at different stores, this was quite nice and unexpected. recommend to go at off hours or on rainy days to avoid the crowds. read more

A decent group of outlet stores, that are outside, not in a mall. There are a lot of stores such as Ann Taylor, Dress Barn, Hanes, Jockey, Bass shoes, Van Huesen, just to name a few. Some of the stores always have some kind of specials to keep people coming back. I find that many of the employees are always happy to see you and very helpful. The parking is good most of the time. We hardly have an issue finding parking that can accommodate bestie's needs. This last time around I found a number of things that I needed. It depends on the season and the reason. read more

I like coming here to shop when I'm in Pittsfield, but don't feel like making the hour-long trek out to Albany or Holyoke. The Lee Premium Outlets offer fewer stores than say, the Wrentham Village Outlets or the Woodbury Common Outlets in New York, but the stores they do have offer at least some decent sale prices. When I come here, I usually end up at BCBG Max Azria or Coach. I don't usually buy designer bags, but Coach is the one designer brand that I let myself occasionally indulge in. The Lee Outlets are particularly convenient if you're on I-90 and passing through the area, because they are right off of exit 2. I personally wouldn't come from out of the area to go here, but I do tend to see a lot of New York and Connecticut plates in the parking lots, so the appeal of these outlets is definitely there for some people. read more

Welp, its an outlet mall... in lee..... IDK, they seem to have a revolving door policy for stores in and out of that place... they have the staples of all outlet malls IMO... Famous Footwear, Gap, B&B works, Michael Kors, Polo, etc.... I think they need an expansion and add some more space in there... Overall there is a decent selection of stores and the service is spotty as with any outlet village... their food court is subpar in my opinion.. not really offering anything to get truly excited over... overall its a safe bet and way better than the mall in Lanesboro. read more

I'm not really impressed with the lee outlets. There is a wide variety of stores, but everywhere you look the prices are comparable with mall locations. I suppose this is a fun place to go poke around on a rainy day, but probably wouldn't make a special trip. read more

Beautiful location- non outlet mall prices. Nike outlet is making a killing on foreign customers that are not aware they are buying sneakers up to two years old at full retail prices! Why would I go to an outlet mall to pay full price for air max? Sunglass hut has ray bans I purchased last year for 250.00. Same glasses in Holyoke mall sell for 100. Polo store also full price. The ONLY time I would go to this place is end of season sales otherwise I suggest going elsewhere. Has the look of an outlet mal but the price points of an upscale mall. No thanks read more

Honestly, its the cleanest outlet Ive ever been to. I stay in the Berks twice a year (traveling 2 hrs from Athol) and I stop at the outlet each time. Banana Republic, Carters, Gap and Calvin are the best stores price wise. The Cosmetic Company Store is another favorite carrying Brands such as MAC, SMASHBOX, ESTEE LAUDER, and ORIGINS... for more than 30% off regular prices. A girls DREAM ;) read more
