I have been going to this Salon for 7+ years. Everyone is very friendly and I love having my nails done. I did stop going in 2020 during COVID and then we moved to the North Georgia Mountains so I had a two year hiatus. I recently returned and everyone still remembers me and always does a great job with my SNS and pedi. I still live in the mountains but the people here make it worth the drive-(I just coordinate with other needs on this side of town). read more

I went there about three years ago and within two hours three off my nails broke i went to get them repaired and they told me well your nails are to long like my nails are medium length so they cut them down even though I wanted them that length fast forward to present day I tried them again after years of going to another nail place and I got a yellow set and I brought to her attention my nails looked thin she told me no they're fine as soon as I stepped into work my nail broke in half smh I haven't had this problem since I was here three years ago read more

I have very rarely left Yelp reviews before, but this place needs it because I want to warn others. I went in with a girlfriend about a month ago to get SNS nails. Wasn't paying that much of attention, but noticed she did not push back my cuticles and seemed to be going pretty hard at drilling my nail for prep. Didn't think too much about it, my nails looked pretty nice except there were bubbles on 2 of them that I didn't notice until I left. Fast forward two weeks later, one of my nails was broken and the other ones were starting to pull up and my hair was getting caught in them, so I decided to go get them taken off. Not only do they charge more than anywhere else, but they left my nails SO damaged. She was going at it SO much with the drill, all while looking away and talking to the other employees. I have to keep them ungodly short now just to keep them from hurting more... I can't open anything, I can't put too much pressure on them... They are so weak and brittle that everything hurts when I try to use my nails or fingers. I really wish I had a better experience here since it is 5 mins from home, but I have to sadly say that I will NEVER come back here again. Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I have been going here for years and they've always been very accommodating. Tommy is the only person who does my nails and I've had my share of problems and breaks which to me can be the nature of artificial nails but he has always made it right. I'm really hard on my nails just from a house work, cooking, baseball mom, and homeschooler perspective but at minimum it lasts 3 weeks but I've had it last more. Both of my daughters go there. We appreciate the convenience of being in the neighborhood. My daughter recently had her nails done at a new salon next to Sprouts and it cost her 15.00 more than at Lee. The girl who did them was rude, and did a messy job with SNS leaving "hot pink" all over her skin. It looks like air brush over spray!! As far as the 3 year old comments about waiting too long it is a "walk in nail clinic". I've never seen them turn anyone down and always are honest about the wait for walk-in clients. If you don't want a wait, make an appointment. Simple. As for the yellow nails complaint I would assume its an underused color and maybe old but again they've always been great with my family. read more

STOP whatever you do don't waste your money! As I was getting my nails prepared to have acrylic on them, two previous customers came in, saying there nails are popping off! Oh my that should have been my warning right then to run! But no I stayed one month later I am trying to get my nails back to healthy! Not one, not two, not three but eight popped off within THREE DAYS! Also the person doing my nails got super glue all over my fingers! I am 64 I have had my hands done many times! I tried 4 nail salons in this area after my relocation to Georgia. Not one of them warranted a return visit. I was concerned about Lee Nails due to the poor reviews but I tried them and have been going there twice a month for a little over a year. My manicures and pedicures have always been done to perfection and the salon is clean and neat and the technicians are personable and very accommodating. It is sometimes hard to understand them when I call to make an appointment but the language barrier is understandable and not a problem. This is a great salon! read more

Very bad experience today. Not happy at all. I got a French tip gel manicure and the white is all over my nail . Also got a pedicure which took 5 minutes and no callous remover. Just clipped filed and painted . Will not be returning . $60 is too much money to not get a good manicure and pedicure . read more

Not a relaxing pedicure experience. I was really concerned when I saw the lady doing my nails take the tools she had just used on me and rinsed them in the sink and place them back in the plastic and in the "clean" container. While my nails were drying I looked down and saw a huge trail of ants. I am not a complainer but will definitely not be back. read more

This place is a dump. Unfriendly staff, extremely long wait times, and there is such poor ventilation! It smells so incredibly strong in there and it is HOT. Let's not forget how dirty it is! Giant spider ran across my feet while waiting... Would never go back. Find somewhere cleaner to go. read more

Horrible, barely massaged....didn't do the nail design I asked for....and if I am paying the same amount of money for my kids they better get the same service. Most people get pedicures for the massage too, it needs to be great, or I am not coming back. read more
