This was the nearest auto parts store, so I pulled in, and was pleasantly surprised how neat and clean and well-organized this place is. And a friendly greeting from the guy behind the counter to boot. Bought the wiper, and when offered to have it installed - yes, please! So out we went, into the cold, wet night. Shame on me for not getting his name, but the guy was having a hard time getting the new wiper to snap in, so he went back inside to get another thingie. (Sorry. Don't know what it actually was.) Problem solved, and I was on my way, safely able to see through a clean windshield. Excellent service!

He not only explained the differences of the fluid choices, he actually put it in the reservoir for me ( I couldn't find the button to open the hood - I know, I know - in my defense, it's a fairly new car lol ). I did everything I could as a customer to make sure this situation went as smoothly as possible. My tow company and I called before arriving at this location to confirm they had the correct tire in stock. I specifically explained that I was traveling to Canada and needed the tire replaced as soon as possible. I was told by the agent that they had 4+ tires in stock, so I made an appointment and had my vehicle towed there from the roadside. When we arrived, before the tow truck unloaded my vehicle, I asked Madi to please take a moment to confirm that the tires were actually in stock. I explained that if they did not have the tire, there was no reason for the tow truck to leave my vehicle there. Instead of simply taking one second to check, she was extremely rude and dismissive and told me to sit down and wait. I politely asked again if she could please check before the tow truck left, but she dismissed me. We then waited nearly an hour while she served other customers. The tow truck eventually left, only for Madi to finally check the inventory and tell us that they did not have the tire in stock at all. This entire situation could have been avoided. Everyone she was helping had cars already being serviced. Nothing urgent she couldn't pause momentarily to tend to, but as they seemed to be her friends or relatives our business meant nothing. I was traveling with my child, stranded in another country without a vehicle and with limited resources. I did everything I could on my end to prevent this exact situation from happening. I called multiple locations, confirmed availability, made an appointment, arranged a tow truck, and specifically asked for the inventory to be verified before the vehicle was unloaded. Despite all of that, I was dismissed and left to deal with the consequences of something that could have been resolved with a simple inventory check. Now I have to arrange and pay for another tow truck to move my vehicle and try to resolve this elsewhere, after already losing an entire day because of this. What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency and the way Madi spoke to me. I understand that employees are busy and that things happen, but there was absolutely no reason to be rude when I was simply asking for a very reasonable confirmation that would have taken seconds. This was more than just poor service--it was a complete failure to listen to a customer who had clearly explained the situation and had done everything possible to make the process run smoothly. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

Erik, the store manager, was an exceptional help to me when I had a problem with my truck…read morebatteries. Erik went out of his way to help me select the batteries and then even installed the batteries and retested the whole system to insure everything was working properly. This happened on Sunday, Aug. 25th, 2024 and he made the time to do this when the store was also very busy. He made sure that the other customers were serviced and also took great care of me as he could. Great example of a good retail manager who provides great customer service...Thanks Erik.
