Lee's is the best! The food is fast, customer service is awesome and prices are good too! We finally went early enough to order the corned hash, so yummy. Ordered two plates one with the hash, one with crispy bacon. Best breakfast deal, would come more often if I lived closer.

Generous portions, reasonable prices, even better service by some local braddahs. You can never go wrong or your breakfast and bringing in the Costco and standing in line before the store opens and grinding it. Shaloha!!!

Monday January 5, 2026. I decided to come to Lee's Breakfast 808 this morning I always phone order as that is the fastest way to get breakfast and go back on the road right away. Service is friendly and fast. Food is always consistently good! Ambiance is casual for a lunch wagon. I will continue to come back here for breakfast again and again.

My go to breakfast when I'm too lazy to cook. Their homemeade Cornedbeef Hash is awesome! The Steak is another recommended plate. Hands down, best breakfast wagon in Waipio!

For anyone seeking a quick, local, and truly homestyle breakfast, Lee's Breakfast Wagon (parked between Tony Honda and Costco) is an absolute must-visit. The food is delicious, and the value is unbeatable--it is extremely affordable. I always try to get here early for their corned beef hash, but consider yourself warned: it's their biggest seller and runs out fast! It is absolutely worth setting an early alarm for. When I miss out, my reliable go-to order is the scrambled eggs with extra crispy bacon. They nail the crispy factor every single time. A quick note for first-timers: while it is technically cash only, they are a saving grace by accepting Venmo as an alternative. This makes life so much easier for those of us who rarely carry cash anymore! If you want fast, simple, and satisfying food that supports a local business, you need to check out Lee's.

Lee's is my favorite breakfast food truck hands down. Everything I go here the service and food are amazing. This food truck is located in Waipio. Right one the street between Costco and Tony Auto Group. Look for the white truck. You have choices on the size of plate and breakfast items. All your favorite meats are available. The corned beef hash is one of the best. The plates will definitely fill you up. The breakfast sandwiches are also a great choice for a quick on the go while you're driving meal. Eggs are made to order, food comes out hot and crispy. Great prices, awesome service. You can't ask for anytime more. Thanks guys.

Breakfast in Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii... While driving to Costco in Waipahu, I saw this food truck parked on the right side of the road. After I filled my gasoline tank, I drove closer to Lee's Breakfast and parked my car. After reading reviews by Steven U. and Tod K., I felt confident enough to order. The Corned Beef Hash was sold out. Shucks! Gotta go early for that popular menu item! I got the Mini Plate with Crispy Bacon... Tip: make sure you say "Crispy" if that's what you want. The thick bacon (had a lot of pieces!) comes cut up so you don't need a knife! That's very thoughtful! The mini comes with rice and one egg... i asked for overeasy. The customer in front of me stole my breakfast! He had ordered spam, not bacon! Bacon is $1 extra! Auwe! The guys in the truck made me a fresh plate! They talked about the thief... gonna get bachi!!! My meal was hot and delicious! They gave me a free bottle of water because I had to wait longer. Thank you so much!!!

So delicious! This breakfast wagon serves up epic breakfast plates. The wagon is parked right outside Costco Waipio across from the car dealerships. The owner is super nice and let me build my own plate (steak and onion plate with Spam and Portuguese sausage). It was a ton of food for me, my husband and my toddler, and we had leftovers for the next day! It cost $19. It's a food truck so there's no seating, this is good to pick up and go!

I usually get their mini egg and corned beef hash over rice. I always try to get there before 7 because the corned beef hash usually runs out

My husband saw YT video that reviewed this lunch wagon and being breakfast people we had to go and try it out. They give you a massive amount of food and per my husband it was worth it (Hubby paid so I don't know the actual cost) He had 3 eggs over hard and 3 meats bacon, Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash. Comes with a lot of rice. He shared a bit of the hash with me and it was really really good! He ended up eating half at breakfast and the balance he ate at lunchtime I had 2 eggs scrambled and bacon. The bacon was crispy. My husband said he just asked for crispy bacon We filled gas at Costco first and then moved over to the lunch wagon. It was like 6:10am on Saturday morning and there were 5 people already there Service was quick My husband said that when he grabbed our order he noticed the sign saying fried rice was available. So we will be back to try the fried rice My husband gave this a 5 and so do I

Bacon and some kind of sausage (not Portuguese). Supposed to be bacon and Portuguese sausage.

Check your orders before leaving. I ordered 2 plates, Portuguese sausage and bacon, and ham ($1 more) and spam. Got home and order was wrong. One plate had no meat only rice and eggs and the other was bacon and some other sausage. I got royally ripped off (paid $13 for a plate with no meats). I paid $25 for this crap. They weren't even busy so there's no excuse!! Son said his plate was "junk", the meat to rice ratio was off. Said the meats were like dressing on the rice (too much rice) and wasn't that good either. Said not to bother driving all the way over there and to just go Zippy's or McDonalds (closer to home), especially when I told him about the other $13 plate with no meats. Guess I won't be returning to this food truck. I used to go to Lee's when I worked in Campbell Industrial Park for breakfast and lunch almost everyday and never had any problems with the food or my orders. I guess times have changed and the quality of service and food has gone down. Too bad, I used to like getting food from them. Ok, I'm definitely not going back. I ate their ham, egg and cheese sandwich around 8 am and it's now 2 pm, I haven't eaten anything else since then. I now have a bad case of diarrhea (only liquid coming out now). It could only be from the sandwich I had from them since I haven't eaten anything else and only drank water. I hope it's not food poisoning and only an upset digestive system.

You can either stand in line and order as before or grab a table, scan the QR code, and order and pay directly from your phone. We decided to try the mobile ordering option. I ordered the Original Acai Bowl. As always, the presentation was beautiful, but the acai itself was disappointing. Instead of the thick, spoonable consistency I was expecting, the base was more like an acai smoothie. If I wanted a smoothie, I would have ordered one. The toppings were great, but the consistency of the acai really changed the overall experience. Service also felt minimal. Since we ordered and paid on our phones and had to get our own water, the only service we really received was having our food brought to the table. We still tipped around 20%, but it didn't feel like the level of service matched the tip. Overall, this visit didn't live up to my previous experiences here. While I appreciate the convenience of the new ordering system, the change in the acai bowl and the limited service make me question whether I'll be returning anytime soon.

Every dish was cooked to perfection and the flavors were on point. From savory to sweet they have it down. The fried rice moco loco was ENORMOUS and all of the meats were perfectly cooked - not a single dry piece throughout. The mushroom sauce was insane and the fresh mushrooms were amazing. The pancake flight looked delicious and my husband's pig hash was to die for. We all left full and happy but thirsty - water is tap and room temp. It's the high, lofty ceilings, big, open, bright lights - they really got the plantation building vibe well. I remember one dinner, my meal took longer than everyone else at the table and they were apologetic in that and kept checking in and made sure I felt seen. Double probably would have been a better call, but in this case it would have just doubled the really unpleasant taste. The whole thing was burned. The bun was burned, the burger was burned, the caramelized onions were burned. This may just have been the burned taste, but it also tasted dirty, like it came off of a nasty grill. And, yes I ate it anyway. I dont send back food. I take pictures of it half eaten and tell random strangers on the internet how bad it tasted. Service was good, beer was good, pretzel was good. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and sat down. It was quiet and very peaceful, which I am a HUGE fan of. I hate being in loud overcrowded places so this was already very appealing to us. After reviewing their menu, we were impressed by the choices and the prices. I ordered the loco moco and my boyfriend ordered the Famous fried rice omelette, along with a side of banana pancakes. The food came out within 10 minutes maybe less and the portions were massive! I'm quite picky when it comes to loco mocos because most places don't make them well enough. Usually the friend rice is plain, the patty is overcooked and the gravy is flavorless. HOWEVER, the fried rice was incredible to start, the patty literally melted in my mouth and the gravy was flavored very well and had the perfect amount of salt. If I'm being honest, that was the best loco moco I've eaten at a restaurant ever! My boyfriend's omelette was super good, he had the same fried rice I did and the egg was cooked perfectly. Pancakes were an absolute chefs kiss. I'm a huge sucker for Dennys pancakes over ihop and these pancakes blew Dennys out the door. On top of the food being perfect, the customer service was so good. They never missed a refill, they gave us their house made kimchee to try and WOW! (They sell it in 12oz tubs too) The workers were so so so kind and to top it off they gave us cookies to take home!
