Finally able to knock this one off the list. I had to get up EARLY to take my Mom and sister to the airport so took advantage of that. Headed over about 5:30. Had a couple people in front of us waiting on our order but we didn't have to wait long. Got 3 orders of the double breakfast and my wife added the corned beef hash to hers. Paid with cash though I think I heard another customer pay via Venmo. While we were waiting a few people came to pickup phone orders and a few more came to order after us. I'm sure there are many regulars who come here. I think when one of the guys was ordering they already knew what he wanted. Definitely customer focused. Parking was super easy since nothing else was really open at the time. We just rolled up behind the wagon. There was enough food for 3-4 meals for me (I'm not as big an eater as I used to be LOL). My husband saw YT video that reviewed this lunch wagon and being breakfast people we had to go and try it out. They give you a massive amount of food and per my husband it was worth it (Hubby paid so I don't know the actual cost) He had 3 eggs over hard and 3 meats bacon, Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash. Comes with a lot of rice. He shared a bit of the hash with me and it was really really good! He ended up eating half at breakfast and the balance he ate at lunchtime I had 2 eggs scrambled and bacon. Check your orders before leaving. I ordered 2 plates, Portuguese sausage and bacon, and ham ($1 more) and spam. Got home and order was wrong. One plate had no meat only rice and eggs and the other was bacon and some other sausage. I got royally ripped off (paid $13 for a plate with no meats). I paid $25 for this crap. We were in the parking lot waiting for Costco to open. Since we were quite early, and hungry, we decided to checkout the breakfast food truck parked along the side of the road between Costco and Tony Autoplex. This food truck was constantly quite busy. First - after reading their reviews, glad I was able to call-in and place my order for pick up as I read they sold out of items within a few hours after opening. I called 1-1/2 after opening and they were already sold out of my #1 want - corned beef. So I had a # 2 item ready to request and that was taken. Upon pickup, a half hour later, there was no wait. I call their number (808) 800-1630 before I leave my house and it's ready by the time I get there (about 15 minutes). I keep coming back because no matter how busy they are, they always answer the phone. Nice local guys working this wagon. Old school charm where they recognize you after little while haha. Hard to find places like that nowadays. FYI, they only accept cash so go prepared! Might be a deal breaker for some but nothing major to me. Cash is king.
