He used the drill with way too much pressure to remove my gel. It was so intense that it felt hot and painful. I've been getting gel manicures for decades, so I know how it should feel. When I went back to get it fixed next day, He was aggressive and refused to admit he over-filed them. They said Your nails were already thin to begin with. That's all. Excuse me?
