When I walked in, I should've known because I wasn't even greeted the lady that was sitting right there at the front just looked at me and I had to say hi to her and that's not how you greet somebody that walks in your place of business so that was the first and the last time OK so they have three options one is like $40. The second one is like 50 to 55 the third one is $65 and it says all of the above Pedicure, which is supposed to come with a foot scrub and all this other type of stuff which was not given so how are you charging $75 for Pedicure that a blind man can see the pedicure was b/s five dollars to take three nails off you know what it's OK because I needed a pedicure right then and there but never again they're in there overcharging having the towel lady do that half ass pedicure last time don't worry I noticed what people they cater to and over charge and a** they kiss every white lady that comes in and that was there they took them bottles of water and did not offer me I didn't want one anyway but never again over charge the older white ladies sell outs I couldn't believe my eyes the owners daughters she was giving her customer the white lady a real pedicure you guys give me the towel lady who did a horrible job you already know when they have to get someone to do Anything they don't know what they're doing smh that's sad all for a quick buck you rather over charge and get over a quick 75 bucks instead of a regular customer bye never again read more

The lady really picked my nails, which hurt and made one bleed. She also cut my toe nails way too short. I go to pay and the girl tells "Your total is $65." I asked how as I picked the $40 pedicure?? She responded with "Gel polish is an extra $25!!!!!" I was completely shocked and never in my life have I paid $25 just for gel polish. Wow. I was so upset they played me today for sure. I called Tracy's nails the night before my wedding trying to get 5 manis and 2 pedis. They had no problem with it said just come right in. It was like 6-7 pm. I was shocked no wait we were all taken care of. Everyone was super nice and our nails looked fantastic! My gel is still intact a week after my wedding and I love them! I ended up having breakfast one day at BabyStacks Cafe which is just feet away from this nail place and took a chance on a new nail spot which has changed the way I get my nails done. I met Tracy and now I can't imagine anyone else doing my nails. I've been getting acrylics for years and never allowed my nails to get healthier because they've always been thin and brittle and if I didn't have the acrylic they would break. Tracy suggested I take off the acrylic & gel and try a powder dip which will heal my nails and also give them a natural look. They've never looked better and she is a fun lady to shoot the shit with. Initially, I went to tip top nails that's a minute away from this nail salon but I walked out and drove to this location. And I'm glad that I did. This review is only on Michelle! I walked in and Michelle noticed me right away. But she notices everyone who walks in. It's a good thing! I told her that I wanted gel nails on hands and feet. When she told me to have a seat, she actually started talking about something totally different but she wasn't pushy about it like the other nail technicians you experience. She asked if I wanted to try powder instead of gel. She showed me a couple pictures of her clients nails. She told me it was a lot better than gel nails and that powder lasts a lot longer. So I tried it. The cost didn't matter to me so I didn't ask. Sorry, for those who do want to know if powder cost more than gel or gel cost more than powder. She was very patient as I pick out my nail color since I was being indecisive. She was kind enough to help me pick it out and let me know which color looked good and which ones that didn't. I wish I can be more detailed on how she applied the powder. But this will be a long review. I'll just say it's applied differently then the gel. No UV light needed. Unfortunately, the powder can only be done on hands and not feet and you'll see why if you decide to try out powder! (: On to my toes... I had chipped one of my toe nails. So it was a shorter than the other nails. She did an amazing job making it look like it hadn't chipped at all. She also asked what width I wanted for my French tip. I told her I didn't want it too short nor too big. She did a good job on that too. To be honest... So far the best French tip I've had on my toes! When she was removing my calluses she kept asking if she was hurting me. And that's a first!!! Overall, my experience with Michelle and my nails turned out great. The powder is actually better than gel! And that's a personal opinion. Everyone thinks differently. I'm glad I left tip top nails lol. Michelle is also entertaining. She's funny and crazy. Finally, I found my nail salon. Until then this will be my go to. Tip: It's better to make an appointment because it can get busy. Worst pedicure I've ever had. I'll start with telling you that my nails chipped 2 hours later. The color didn't chip, the actual nails chipped!!! That has never happened to me before.
