I called inquiring about a French tip Pedicure. I was told the price and headed over. Once I got there, the door was locked with a OPEN sign lit in view. I called and told them their door was locked. They told me what I wanted, and she replied "ohhh we're busy right now". I was flabbergasted never in my years have I seen a place of business turn away a customer, let alone lock their doors because they're "busy". If they run their establishment through appointments only and not walk ins, I wish was told this over the phone before going over. read more

First and only experience so far was pretty good! It was Saturday afternoon, it was a walk-in, typically a risky move on Saturdays but the place only had one other customer. I was serviced right away by Nancy for a hand-gel-polish and mani. It took roughly 45-mins-ish. I went with a solid color- nothing fancy. No issues during the mani. No friendly chat in between, just 106.5 station in the background- in and out. The don't have a ton of colors and their display nails are just awful - they should probably consider redoing them because it might actually scare off customers- I was rather hesitant to proceed after seeing them which is why I chose a nude color- thankfully they do a better job on people. If you're looking for fancy nail designs or trending styles- this is not your place. "basic stuff", a wax, pedi-mani, gel, regular polish - that's all. And I read their pedi's are pretty good. Overall I spent $30 + tip - not bad at all! I will consider coming back. read more

SUCH amazing service here, had a great experience with a woman with great bangs and highlighted hair I believe her name was KC, had a mani-pedi done by her and she made sure that my feet had 0 dead skin and made my hands feel so fresh and clean!! had an amazing convo with her we talked about how scary childbirth is, work, school, boobs, and laughed the entire time i was there. I couldn't be more pleased with my nails. I got white tips and they look fantastic! Went almost three weeks before I needed a fill for my second visit. I almost don't want to review this place because I don't want the secret out and they get too busy for me!! Selfish, I know... But these two are AMAZING!! Nancy and KC have been doing my daughter's and my mani/pedis for two years now, so I decided it is time to let the secret out...;) My girl is Nancy and KC always takes care of my (PICKY) daughter. All I can say is that I LOVE their work and I have been to few other places in town until I got a gift certificate from a dear friend, and as they say; "the rest is history!" These two pay attention to detail, always are on time and do the best work I have found in Vegas! Just let them know what you want and they can do it!! I used to hate getting my nails done because I would look at it as "maintenance" but now I don't feel like that with J Nails!! I look forward to my time with my nancy and KC!! They have become like family to us and I just love them both!! KC does fabulous facials ( better than ones I have had in plastic surgeon's office for a third of the price!) now my husband gets occasional mani/pedis and gets facials once in awhile! And that's huge for him because he is a man's man! I actually have seen more men there than any other place I have been now that I think about it... This place is immaculate, open everyday, and the quality of work and products they use is on point!! I just cannot say enough good things about this business and have NEVER been disappointed EVER! That says a lot after this length of time. I also moved about six months ago, and I don't care if I have to drive for 20 mins now, because they are THAT good!! I've been coming to J nails since they first opened and it's always been Nancy and Kc working. They are such great ladies and do an awesome job. I've had mani's and Lexi's by both of them and they never disappoint. The environment is very clean and the stations aren't janky like most nail salons. I walked in 11:18am and there was only 3 ppl getting nails done. the Asian lady asked me: how can I help you? I said: I need pedicure n I full set. I went there to get a manicure and a change of polish on my toes. The manicurist called Nancy did a fantastic job. She took her time with me.
