Generally good service. No real complaints, just a couple of small oversights during routine visits. Nice staff.

I was told that a required part was backordered and expected in early August. Based on that information, I limited the vehicle to emergency use while waiting for the repair. I waited nearly six months. In mid-August, my service adviser told me the part was still backordered and would arrive "later in the fall." In late October, I was given a new estimate of mid-January 2026. Then, on January 9, I received a text saying the part had arrived and that an appointment had been scheduled for January 12. My factory powertrain warranty expired on January 2, 2026. At the January 12 appointment...10 days after my warranty expired...I was told that no problem had been found after a software update. I was also told that no part had ever been ordered or needed. This directly contradicted the status updates I had received during the previous months. About seven weeks later, another area Ford dealership independently diagnosed internal transmission failure, including torque-converter slipping and excessive shift flare and lag. It recommended a complete transmission replacement, with an estimate of approximately $12,900. I filed a consumer complaint with the Virginia Attorney General's Office. Ford Motor Company later covered the complete transmission replacement at no cost to me. To be clear, I am not claiming that Jerry's Ford caused the transmission failure. The vehicle was already experiencing problems when I brought it there and had previously been serviced by other Ford dealerships. My concern is how Jerry's Ford handled the final months of my powertrain warranty. I spent that time waiting because I was repeatedly told that a necessary part was backordered. By the time I was told that no part had ever been ordered or needed, my warranty had expired. Based on my experience, if Jerry's Ford tells you a part is backordered...especially when your warranty is close to expiring...get written confirmation and seek a second opinion from another dealership before your warranty expires.

It seems there was some miscommunication that was causing issues with the financial side of things. After speaking with the General Manager, he was actually able to get us a better monthly payment with a lower interest rate than we originally expected. I sincerely appreciate him taking the time to listen to our concerns and work with us to get everything straightened out. I'm sorry for the headache and frustration this situation caused, but I'm genuinely grateful that we were able to get everything figured out. You guys are awesome, and they're even holding the car for me until this Saturday! Thank you again for taking the time to work with us and make things right. I really appreciate it!

While I did not end up buying a new car, I did receive a remarkably fair offer from Alan with respect the sale of our 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The entire process was quick, seamless and pleasant; from the initial appraisal thru the sale of our vehicle. Be sure to ask for Alan - you'll be treated right.

I was told that I would have to leave it for a few days (I told them I could only give them 3 days with it) because they would have to experience the sputtering in order to diagnose the issue. Ok...I get it. First problem....they did not even open my vehicle for over a day after they had it. With Bluelink I can tell when someone unlocks the vehicle. They did not move the car until I called for a status. They told me that they haven't been able to recreate the sputtering. Well of course not....you would have to drive it to do that! When I picked it up after they had it for 3 full days I was told they couldn't find the sputtering issue and the turn signal was working as expected. They were so kind as to send a video of the turn signal working....except that it was the hazard light that they had on! Seriously? Saffords technicians don't even know the difference between a turn signal and hazard light? So I paid for a rental car (never any loaner cars anymore) for 3 days for an oil change!!! Convenience be damned! I will find another dealership and hope they are not as incompetent as this one. Oh...I almost forgot that they had the nerve to tell me that I needed brake pads and rotors and they would happily do that for $1300. No thanks! My trustworthy local mechanic says I just need pads. I left a review on Dealer Rater as well. They did respond asking me to reach out to them directly. When I asked who specifically I should reach out to since I had already left 2 messages for the service manager they did not respond. Par for the course I suppose.

He was so helpful and nice. But except him financial associate Amir and general manager were not helping us. Just be careful before doing any purchases with this dealership.

While I understand that regulations must be followed, what was frustrating is that this same issue had passed inspection at this dealership in previous years, so I never thought that this would be an issue. What truly disappointed me was the lack of customer service. I have been a repeat customer for service visits, yet there was no effort to offer a reasonable or customer-friendly solution--such as lower-cost bulb options (I was quoted $70 per bulb) or even a small goodwill gesture for a loyal customer. Additionally, the complimentary car wash--something that is consistently marked as "completed"--was once again not done. If this service is not reliably provided, it should not be advertised. My interaction with Elmer was also disappointing. The communication felt dismissive and lacked courtesy or understanding. A more professional and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference in how this situation was handled. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere for both service and future vehicle purchases.

Unfortunately, our initial experience was too good to be true…read more We purchased our son's first car from Lediana at Leesburg Buick GMC. We were very happy with the purchasing experience, but our satisfaction has quickly shifted. After 4 months of my son just driving the car back and forth to school, my husband took the car to get an oil change. While on the car made a major jerking motion. My husband had the car towed to an independent car repair shop where we received a quote: The car needs: - A completely new transmission - Remove & Replace Engine Oil Cooler, Valve Cover Gasket, Spark Plugs/Mopar Engine Oil Pressure Switch and Coolant Temperature Sensor - New Engine Mount The repair cost is about 75% of what we paid for the car. While the above is not inclusive of all that is needed, I understand that there is normal wear and tear, but a transmission failure and other repairs of this magnitude so soon after purchasing the car is extremely concerning. Given the car was purchased so recently I would hope that Leesburg Buick GMC would be willing to review the situation and work towards a potential fair resolution. I have reached out to Lediana via text and email, as well as emailed Jeff Syed (the owner) through the company website with no follow-up. I am completely disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of.
