They are always in such good moods! They are talkative but not in an intrusive or annoying way. We realized one of our favorite guys must have been working there for 3-4 years, he has been serving my friends since we met as this is their regular stop for booze before they come over. I also have a favorite guy who works in the morning. He never judges lol! (I work nights people) They are also helpful when you need to choose a wine. We really enjoy this place and the staff. They must be doing something right to retain wonderful staff for years. The selection of beer, wine, and spirits is just fine. They don't have Nitro Milk Stout though, but I bet if I asked they would stock some. My only complaint is that the beer is often room temp, it's never cold. I should add once I got a gift for a friend and they wrapped in it a really nice bag and tied a fancy bow, for no charge!

I found this hidden gem on accident while looking for tequila. They did not carry the brand that I…read moreusually buy, but the attendant (who may have been the owner) was so helpful. He was clearly super knowledgeable about tequila and was really happy to discuss chat about their huge selection of hand picked labels. There was no condescension or arrogance as he educated me about the different labels. He ended up steering me towards a lower priced, but still quality label, since I was mostly using it for mixing. They also carry beers, wines, and other liquors, so I will be back to check out those selections as well. What a great find!

This is, hands down, one of the better stores I have ever been in from a spirit point of view. Whiskey is my jam, but the allocations that were out across the board were stunning tbh. I was in town for a wedding and randomly decided to drop in. Every employee was wonderful - experienced and friendly. I had a great whiskey convo with a gentleman with an epic mustache and each employee was just as friendly and knowledgable as the last. Having been collecting for years now, I try to gravitate towards single barrel selections - a great way to get a twist on a known taste/profile. I was guided towards pick, after pick, after pick. I ended up walking away with 4 store picks - and they are all delicious (2 of which are arguably the best of that brand I've ever had). Sufficient to say I will be back, I will most likely prioritize a stop next time I'm in Denver (I'm based in Chicago). I cannot recommend this place enough in terms of product and overall experience in the store. I've had my fair share of barrel picks and given the quality and consistency of the ones I've had from there, I can tell their pick team/process is absolutely top tier.
