Let me set the scene anyway: at this point, Maisie has unionized with Alwyn's crew against us. She has clearly decided that her real family goes on daily hikes and wrestles puppies in a yard all day and we're just the people who pay for it and walk her on non-hiking days like amateurs. The HHH setup is simple: morning pickup, a hike (which basically puts them in "work" mode), followed by "day care" which really just means a bunch of dogs absolutely losing their minds in a big open yard, running, wrestling, generally living their best lives. Then drop off, for us it is around 3 to 4pm, with a tired/cuddly dog who is ready for a meal and a nap. And on days we can't make it home in time, the crew will let Maisie into the house, who then goes and eats the food we left out and finds her bed like she owns the place. Alwyn and her whole crew are fantastic, warm, attentive, clearly actual dog people and not just people with a car and a business license. Maisie adores every single one of them, especially Kris. We actually ran into Kris on a totally unrelated walk one day and Maisie almost lost her mind and then locked in and snapped right into perfect "walking" mode, which says a lot about how well that crew handles her on the daily. We've been doing this for about three years now, and it remains one of the best recurring decisions we've made as dog owners

The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

After I fielded "A Lot" of questions, I decided to hire them over the company that pumped my septic tank. I had a drain field that did not pass a certain test. Now no promises were made on wether they were going to be able to bring it back to life. The cost of a evaluation was straight forward. Bumblebee would mark the drain field. Run a camera down every inch of the field. Then they would do what they could to remedy the oroblem. All services were performed. The Ryan and Ryan team did a fantastic job on minimizing the damage to the lawn. My drain field was reparable and it passed the county's stress test and then some. Had some extra added to my tank system. Was fortunate to have been able to save what would have been the cost of a new drain field.

At first he was apologetic and said in good faith as a good businessman he would work to resolve. Well fast forward to now he "courtesy called" me today saying he paid his deductible so hes no longer liable. lmao that isn't how that works in small claims. His insurance teied to offer me just over $650. For damages totalling over $4700 to fix. Well Matt i will definitely see you in court, I will let others know to avoid your company and hopefully you learn what it's like to be a reputable business. If your employees cause damage you fix it you don't try and absolve your responsibility. Fyi you can't.

On 6/6/25 I brought in my senior dog (doxie mix 17lbs) to check on a lump he had, and they…read moresuggested we also do a senior blood panel as part of an annual checkup. It seemed reasonable so I told them to go ahead. Upon bringing him in, he was acting normally. He was alert and wagging his tail, pulling at his leash, doing all of the normal dog things he does. After being taken into the back for bloodwork for 15 minutes (which felt like way too long), he came back a different dog. He was lethargic, wouldn't stand up, could barely move his head and his gums had lost all of their color (they were white). When I asked the vet (Dr. Dill) what he did to my dog he just shrugged at me, but once he saw his gums had lost all of their color, he became visibly worried and tried giving him some oxygen. After 10 minutes of oxygen it became apparent that he was NOT responding so I grabbed my dog and rushed him to the nearest emergency vet. We spent several hours at the emergency vet while they stabilized him. Once he was stable he was still not acting right and his red blood cell count was down from where it had been when we brought him in. My dog ended up spending 24 hours in the emergency room (totaling over $3500) and is still not fully recovered. The vets at the emergency hospital do not know for sure what happened, but after running all of the tests and observing him for 24 hours, believe it was a chain of events that began due to being overly stressed and having far too much pressure applied during the blood draw that was performed at Foothills. In no world did I ever think that a simple blood draw would almost kill my dog and cost me an additional $3500, but due to the incompetence of Foothills that's how my 6/6 and 6/7 played out. I would never recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone.
