I have personally had to remind them to change their gloves on multiple occasions. Today, I watched the same employee pack raw ground beef for another customer and then, without changing his gloves, go directly to the lunch meat counter and begin slicing her lunch meat. This is especially concerning because I have personally reminded this employee of the need to change gloves in the past. Handling raw ground beef and then ready-to-eat lunch meat with the same gloves is a serious cross-contamination concern. I really like shopping at Mannino's, but management needs to address this immediately and make sure employees are properly trained and following basic food-safety practices. I would hate to see someone get sick because these procedures aren't being followed.
