Also it was a bit greasy and with too much charcoal grit, which kind of killed its appeal. Here's where I get disappointed, no burnt ends, apparently they were sold out. The brisket. It was more like a pulled pork than brisket. The request for dry and bark went out the door or they have no idea what I wanted. This was very moist and greasy. Again temperature hot would have helped it tremendously. The meat has no real smoke rings, just the burnt exterior. Overall it's not bad but I just wouldn't consider this place as a true BBQ restaurant by what I was severed.
