I was instructed to arrive when the store opens, and theycould have my pants ready by the end of business day. I dropped off my pants at 10 AM and received a call at 11:30 AM that my pants were ready for pick up. The pants were perfect, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I found my go to place for alterations in San Diego!

I went back for a couple of other minor outfit alterations just a little over a week before my wedding day. This is much higher than dozens of laundry places in San Diego. The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

I brought in our costumes the day before our show with less than 24hrs to clean about 30 pieces. Not only did V get it done, he did it with so much grace and love. They knew their fabrics, what and how certain fabrics would react to the cleaning, and the dad is an awesome tailor. I had dropped off a suit jacket to be cleaned about a week before Thanksgiving, and I needed to pick it up over the holiday weekend for a work trip. When I showed up at the shop, I was disappointed to see that they were closed. But then I saw the lady who works there through the window, and she let me in even though they were technically closed. She remembered me from my previous visit and helped me pick up my suit, which was a huge relief. I really appreciated her going out of her way to accommodate me, especially since I was the one who had waited until the last minute to pick up my stuff. Great service and friendly staff - I'd definitely recommend this place!

Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion.
