If I could post zero stars I would. The nail techs don't communicate well at all. Wanted to charge me extra for removing gel after they already started removing it. The guy I had was lazy and did the bare minimum so I decided to downgrade my pedicure since we hadn't gotten to far and he wanted to charge extra again for scrubbing my feet which is standard for any pedicure. Terrible service. Also, they didn't use liners. Another nail tech was sitting in a pedicure chair barefoot with his feet on the spa tub. Very unsanitary and other spa tubs were dirty. Terrible communication. Dirty place. Very rude! read more

Do not go here! After receiving acrylic nails here I had a patch of fungus underneath my nail. Never in my life have I had this issue with any other nail salon. I've heard horror stories but not I'm in one. They're equipment is either not properly sterilized or their technique is lacking. Never going to step foot in this place again! read more

I have tried legacy nails twice, thinking the first unimpressive visit might be a fluke. I got a pedicure and my daughter had polish application for my first visit. My nails were not cut straight, probably because they used a cuticle trimmer instead of a nail cutter. My whole nail wasn't even covered with polish and I believe this was because they didn't use toe dividers. I mentioned that I was unhappy about this and the owner rudely told me that I needed to ask for toe dividers. I think this is very cheap of them. Btw they have a sign that states if you are unhappy within 3 days of service they will correct it. They didn't. In addition to them being cheap about using dividers, the owner was pushy in asking for add-on services to every customer. When it came down to tipping, my total was $33 ($5 for my daughters polish and 28 for my pedi). I gave the owner $40 and said the rest is tip. She kept $5 for herself (doing my daughter's nails) and gave $4 to the woman who did my nails. What a cheap woman! For the second visit I wanted a manicure and pedicure for myself and a polish for my daughter. I asked the owner if I could pay for the mani-pedi combo (which only saves $3) and would pay upfront. I would get the mani now while my daugher was next door eating and not left to be bored and potentially annoy everyone in the salon, then when my mani was over I would get her and walk back over for both of us to get our toes done. She told me no because I may have a different person doing my mani-pedi. She also told me that if I upgrade to gel polish then there would be no multi-service discount. I really feel like she nickel and dimes, and when getting my nails done it is not relaxing to be hassled into adding on things. I understand the economy is rough, but lady, seriously?! Also, I read a review of the place being clean. HA! I took a photo of the chair as I sat in it to get my manicure. All of the chairs had sprinkles of filed nails all over them and in the creases. Oh, and I can verify that the owner along with 2 of the other girls gossiped, judged, and made fun of clients. Summary: sleezy owner, unclean, bad manicure, rude, and well it just stunk. read more

Disappointing customer service and manicure. Nails chipped on day 2. Went back to see if they could fix them, but she told me I was too hard on my nails. I would have been willing to pay for a polish change, but she was so rude to me, it wasn't worth my time or dollars. Also, the shop is run down, furniture is chipped just like their manicures. Family owned and they make you feel like an old friend... very gracious hosts! ,I had a gel mani, pedi auth the best calus removal ever, and an eye brow wax that was also the best I've ever had. I used to love coming here until this past Saturday. Mike was putting a full set on me and while he was sanding my nails down he slips and cuts us both open. Instead of apologizing and asking me if I am ok, he says it's my fault that i dont relax my hands like I'm supposed to. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years now and this has never happened to me! So as I'm checking out, I still decide to tip him and ask him if I could get a coupon for my next visit. He says no because that's what happens when you shake. Just to make everyone aware, he put glue on my finger so it wouldnt bleed. As for him he was bleeding and puts glue on himself and just puts hand sanitizer then continues to finish my nails getting HIS blood on my hands. I've never been here before but its in a common shopping area for me close to my house. It's clean with a good atmosphere. Oh, and they just gave my daughter a valentines day heart balloon as I am writing this. The woman doing my feet is very friendly and held good conversation with me. Her name is Tina. She is doing an excellent job! I really like it here. They hooked up my daughter's nails for only $5. My pedicure was a bit pricy though at $35 for the special. i am so Disappointed! i went into this place because i was recommended there. I asked for coffin shaped nails and got short ugliest nails, i kept asking the nail tech if he knew what i wanted and he said yes but i didn't get what i wanted i even took a picture of the exact shape i wanted, but he was still unable to give me what i wanted. They still charged me $45.00 for a set of nails that not one nail matches the other. All in all it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend anyone to go there. read more

I have been here before and they can be a little rough with your feet, but I thought I would avert that by requesting a woman. Nope. I am happily abandoning my nail salon to come here. They do a FANTASTIC job, their designs are A++. My set is nice and thin, looks really natural, feels great, and doesn't have that sore "new set" feeling. The prices are fair as well. I am going to address the review below me and tell the reviewer that if you let nail techs wax your brows, you are an idiot, and their bad job is irrelevant, as nail techs are not licensed or trained to wax. You should be seeing an aesthetician for waxing, or at the very least a hairdresser. You do realize that waxing removes the top layer of your skin and is a bacteriological hazard? You let people who put a sign in their nail salon pull your skin off? Your fault. Do your research. It is your responsibility to make sure that the licenses posted on the wall are current and include all of the services that you are paying the technician to perform. You are lucky that the worst thing that happened is that your brows looked ugly. They will grow back. You could easily have ended up with your skin lifted and ended up with permanent scarring. Just moved to the South Mountain are and have been looking for a nail spot close to home. I really like this spot, I walked in and was helped immediately. I just had a pedicure including the callus removal. I'm not one to ever write reviews if I get bad service, I just won't go back but I thought this experience deserved one to warn others. I am 9 months pregnant and the employee giving me the pedicure must have left the chemical on my foot for too long and it burned the bottom of my foot and also the back of my heel. My feet burned from this chemical all night, even after taking a shower to try and get the rest of it off. I went back the next day to show them what had happened, the employee argued with me saying I must "have sensative skin" or saying "you already had a blister there" which was not the case. I was really dissapointed that even showing them the damage to my foot, they were not willing to work with me at all except to tell me to put vaseline on it. read more

I am sooo picky when it comes to my nails and toes and this place really does a nice job. I go there every week for a manicure - the polish stays on for the enitre week. And I get a pedicure about once a month and I have yet to be disappointed. Often times, at places you think "you get what you pay for" but, here you get much more than what you pay for! read more

Some of the people are nice, but have reallllly crappy customer service. Every time I been there, there was something wrong. I kept trying to be a loyal customer, but not after today. They do quick rush jobs on pedicures, nail polish on manicures chip after 2 days, their gel tip lasted about a week. Today they had a few people in front of me, I signed in, left and came back, they still weren't ready. I sat there, people came in after me and they took them first...? What the ??...Those people ended up leaving as the techs let them sit with their feet soaking for about 30 min, and never attended to them. . They kept telling me only 5 more minutes, only 10 more minutes, turned into literally An hour wait.. I got frustrated and left... Will find another. read more

This is MY nail shop!!!!!! I am VERY LOYAL once a find a nail tech I love.....Mike is my guy and the complete boss of MY nails....he always makes sure my nails are exactly like i like them and need them to be. His work speaks for itself, though he may not kiss your butt and smile exceedingly, he will make sure the quality of the job is A one......I have gone almost a month without a fill, just too busy, and his work has survived that time frame...for me, I am more concerned with the quality of my nails than him smiling at me. But, I know that my business is appreciated every time I walk in the spa. All of the staff are really nice and they get right to business, not wasting your time as much as they can. Both of the ladies that do eyebrow waxing have done amazing jobs on my eyebrows. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because I wish I could talk them into giving a foot massage with every pedi.... read more

worst service ever & extremely rude! i will never come back to this shop again after my experience yesterday! i got off work at 5pm. i work in chandler. i called the shop when i got off to try and schedule an appt. i was told that they were booked. i asked if walk-ins were acceptable. i was told yes. so i drove 45 mins to the shop. when i got there i was told by another customer that the shop just sent away another customer due to being short staffed. i went and talked with one of the techs to let them know i was there and that i would wait. they said ok. after 30 mins of waiting the same tech that i told i was there came to me and asked if i would like to schedule an appt for tomorrow. i told her no because i called and proceeded to drive 45 mins to get there. before i could even finish, the tech walked away! like are you kidding me?! i left angry because i just wasted all this time when i could have gone to a different shop! worst service ever! if i was the owner, i would be pretty disappointed! i will ensure none of my friends/family will ever go to this nail shop again! ... and to think I, at one point, liked it and recommended it to others. **psssh** read more

The reason why I give this a two star review is because I've been here twice and both times, my cuticle was basically shredded and left looking shredded. The first time, I came into get a full set with a natural color and one design on both nails. The second time I came into get a fill and then to get white tips. My nail length were all very uneven, the shape was not so even as well. When I look at the naturalness of my nails, you could see the uneven shape. It was big and far to fat at the base of my nail and at the tip, it was very thin. It looks exactly like ^ in the middle of my nails. I've been not impressed with nail color chipping off. I don't wash dishes, I don't cook using my nails and I don't do anything harsh to hurt the color either. It started chipping two days after they colored it, it was gel nails as well. The same person both times had done my nails and when I asked what the flakes on my nails were, he said it was going to go away and to not show off my nails. Its really up to how you like your nails done and if you want to show it off or not. I personally am not coming back to get my nails done here again. I'm looking for another nail salon to go to in the future. read more
