This place was a little frustrating. As someone who likes cool, different nails I went in wanting something a little more pearl and white than regular white chrome and ended up leaving with regular off white chrome nails. They also charge extra for everything, i left paying for dip with chrome, they charged extra for shape when I already had the shape I wanted and I got a long nail charge when it's on my natural nails. Updating my review because the service and quality has unfortunately gone downhill. They are clearly overbooking staff and it shows. My nails looked great last time (purple set) and I had no complaints. I broke one of the nails and came back to see if I could get it fixed and was told Stephanie wasn't working and that I should come back the next day so it could be a perfect match. I said ok, that was fine and I started my pedicure. When I was almost done with my pedicure, Kelly came over to ask if I was the one needing my nail fixed. I said yes, but I had already said I could come back tomorrow and wait for Stephanie - no issue. Kelly barely looked at me or talked to me, just asked me what color purple I used. I should have stopped her there because the attitude was already not it. I didn't though, and she proceeded to "fix" my broken nail. The base color was completely not a match, but I didn't really care bc it was one nail (and she was clearly grouchy already), but I did ask her to make the purple arch thicker so it matched the rest bc what she painted was so thin compared to the other nails I had. She rolled her eyes and did it, and then used silver crystals instead of the iridescent ones I had on every other nail and messed up the pattern-clearly she wanted to go home and was frustrated she was working on my nail, but I had already said I would come back the next day, so I'm unsure why this even happened, and the attitude was so unnecessary. She didn't even tell me she was done or say bye, just walked away. I told the owner at the end that Anne was 5-star amazing with the pedicure, but that Kelly was so disrespectful and did a bad job, to be honest. Fast forward to my visit yesterday. Stephanie usually does really well, which is why I'm extremely frustrated with the experience. I called and asked to make an appointment with Stephanie for a full set acrylic with design, and was told she had an opening at 6. When you close at 7:30, I would think I'd be your last appointment slot, since it'll take about an hour and a half to do that request. She was rushing through and I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, and was told not only could she do it, but that she has all the stuff necessary to do it. The picture is super cute and has the rhinestones/gems asymmetrically placed and looking good. She started doing three crystals on each nail like the last set I got. I said actually I'd like it to look exactly like the picture, you can add some color, but I want it similar to the pic where each nail is a little different. Please look at my end result and tell me if that's like the picture at all......it's not. And for over $100, that's beyond frustrating. The gems look like a child added them on my nails, and I asked her to change things several times/kept showing the picture and finally gave up bc she was continuing to rush or try to talk me out of things. She's not rude, but was just rushing/not giving the best, in my opinion. I wish I had said just don't even do it, I could have glued some on myself at home. Several other workers kept coming up and seemingly telling her she had another client. At the end of my service, she did say that she had to get going to someone else....at 7:15..... that seems crazy to have someone booked right after me and rush through to get to them, when they close at 7:30. Clearly they are scheduling too many appointments/services together and not allowing for the full time needed to do a good job, which is annoying, bc I know she could have done way better. And more annoying bc I paid a lot for these nails I think look bad. I will be going somewhere else. Anne is great at pedicures, though. read more

I'm not sure how this place rates so high on yelp. The employees don't listen and then get upset when you don't like the service and ask for them to undo what they've done (see photo). And in my case today, another tech had to redo my French pedicure. Gosh, I'm sorry you suck at your job, maybe get a new one (or go back to school) because the pedicure I received today was not worth even $5! Laughable. Hands (and toes) down the BEST nail salon in Plano/Frisco area! Hanna has been doing my manicures for over a year or two. She is truly the sweetest and is The Best at what she does! I can give her any inspiration picture and she tackles it like a true artist. I'm always mesmerized by my 10 works of art. Also, she's so good at shaping nails. I've included pictures of some of my favorites she's done for me. I also request Tina for my pedicures. She's gentle when need be and tough on the hard spots (pun intended). She, too, is the sweetest and so caring- always checking in with me if water temperature is OK, color is what I expected, etc. The salon is clean and relaxing. What I really love is when you pick a color in the book, they typically have the matching gel, dip powder, and normal polish (helpful if you mix products between hands and toes but still want to match). I enjoy that they always have some HGTV home remodeling show on to watch. They always offer beverages although I never partake. Management is always walking around with a smiling face and welcoming the incoming clients. I occasionally have my mom come in with me and everyone caters to her so sweetly. Great location with plenty of parking out front. The salon can be full of clients (weekends) but it never seems like they are rushing you out the door. read more

Was excited to get a quick appointment for a polish change on my hands and a basic pedicure. I'm not sure who my nail technician was, she did not talk to me or introduce herself. And she did not check in throughout the service with me. I'm, not overly impressed with the quality of work done as you can see in the pictures. The nail color is erratic and she did not shape or even out my nails. But I am willing to give them another try just hoping not to get that nail technician. Never go to this place. It looks nice when you 1st walk in and I have given them 4 different tries because they are close to my job. This is the last time. They were extremely rough with me, never allowed the nail polish to dry or for me to finish my water and so rudely brought the card charger to me to pay within less than five minutes of them being done with my toes. Remind you that I was not the only person left in there, I also called and made a reservation, but I was the only person with dark skin. Stay far away from this place. Oh and did I mention that the man grunted the entire time working on me and again was extremely rough using the tools as if I was bothering him. Honestly I don't even know where to begin. My friend and I were trying to get our nails done and saw all of the amazing reviews. After careful consideration we choose to come here. We walked in and asked about the Gel X price which ended up starting at $65. We sat down and waited until they were ready for us. We overheard their conversation which was about them not knowing how to do Gel X but how they were going to learn on us right there and then. Keep in mind they probably didn't know my friend spoke Vietnamese. That was absolutely ridiculous. We were probably going to end up paying well above $65 for something they didn't know how to do. Went in today for a gel manicure. The tools used on me came out of a cosmetic case and were not sterilized (not in the appropriate sterile bag). The manicure was painted on in a way where it looks at least a week old. Came in here just a few days ago and was looking forward to trying a cute french tip on my natural nails seeing all of the great reviews I thought it wouldn't be an issue at all. I made an appointment online and came in the guy who was going to do my nails was absolutely terrible, unprofessional, rude, and did not do an efficient job. For starters I was seated on a pedicure seat, even though i'm not doing a pedicure so with an appointment set I thought that was already pretty strange. So i'm sitting there in sneakers super uncomfortable already and having to turn both my hands to the side I can hardly reach this man so Absolutely uncomfortable throughout the entire service. Now, for the nails. I showed them a picture and basically they at first were quite puzzled like they didn't know how to do a french tip and then the lady told me it would be consider a "design" so it's additional $35. I said no i'll do solid color because that price is outrageous and 2. They weren't even confident they could manage the nail inspo so I wouldn't take that risk. Now, my nails were natural I had dip on them for the entire year. I've gotten many many fills. Anyway, the guy said after he took off the polish and dip or whatever "this is additional 5$ for really long nails, and 5$ to take off acrylic" I said well, for one my nails weren't really long but ok. and second, I didn't have acrylic which I explained. He was immediately frustrated because I was telling him this isn't acrylic and have a picture of my nails from my last fill. So again lady came over and let me know what he's saying is since I had dip and they painted a gel on my real nail it's 5$ bc it's "really hard" so which is it the gel or the acrylic nail? lol.... That took maybe 30 secs to take off but she said it's ok I won't charge that and then since my nails were sooo long to them I said it's fine to just cut them down so I wasn't charged additional 5$ and I can restart my growth again. After my service was finished, the guy didn't say thank you or anything and said "wait 5 mins and wash your hands" then left. Ok??? Definitely not deserving of my business. Now, after such a terrible experience and work done after 1 day one nail cracked, after 2 days two nails cracked!!! It's dip. My last set stayed on for almost 3 weeks and not a single crack. Save your money and your time because this was the worst place i've been to in awhile. Update- Now 8/10 of my nails are cracked not even one week later. I have requested a full refund from management so we will see if my request is heard. read more
