I was surprised when they came in with equipment to finding urine spots and reading moisture you can't normally find or see on a dark brown carpet. Promptly scheduled carpet cleaning, about 2 weeks out. Service was thorough and efficient. Wall-to-wall carpet in our 4 bedroom home plus bonus room were nearly as good as new in about an hour. Carpets were mostly dry in 6 hours, fully dry after 24 hours. Blacklight was used to identify problem spots left by previous pet owners' furry friends. I am relieved to have those gone! They not only cleaned and vacuumed my carpet but they also gave me some extra tips and gave me a bottle of their carpet solution just in case something was to happen a spill or a stain. They are fast and friendly. Also they are pet friendly which the spray that they use is ok for pets and it won't harm them. Very prompt in scheduled time when coming and going! My expectations were low as the carpet in our house is16 years old and we've had 2 kids and 4 different dogs in that time period. While booking the appointment with Ron he perhaps errantly built up his companies abilities and how good our carpet would look after they got done with it. To be honest I've done just as well with a Rug Doctor rented from Fred Meyer. The one thing they were effective at that you can't get done with a Rug Doctor is getting the pet odor out. As far as getting up dirt and stains not so much. They actually send you electronic alerts when they start and finish and it was obviously a rush job as the time spent there was minimal. read more

Cera returned phone calls promptly and set everything up flawlessly. John and Gabe were on time and thorough in their explanation of the services they would be providing. John and Gabe had suggested that the padding may need to be changed and at this point we agreed. I liked that they really took the time to asses what was needed by using a black light. I have pets and I'm very attentive to them, and my carpets look like new. The black light showed where I thought I did well in the cleanup after the occasional misshapen with the pets. What I learned is that just because it looks good doesn't mean that it's truly clean.
