I'm not sure if this dealership is Victory Hyundai, a franchised dealership or Premier Auto Outlet, a non franchised preowned dealership. Regardless, I had a bit of a visit. I stopped in to look at a car listed on the dealership's website. The salesman brought me inside and had me fill out form with questions about what I was looking for. Vehicle type, payments, trade-in, etc... I was intentionally vague because I wanted to look and drive the vehicle. If it was something I liked, I would have been happy to talk numbers. He insisted, so I made up some answers. Then after about a half hour of small talk, his coworker walked over and said the car wasn't on the lot and the dealership wasn't sure when it would be back. Oh well. To the salesman's credit, he reached out a couple of days later to let me know the car was back. Unfortunately, I ended the call because he came on a little strong trying to schedule an appointment. It wasn't a good experience. It wasn't a bad experience, either. It was just okay. I don't think I'll return, however if you decide to visit, please do your due diligence and be prepared to walk away if you don't like what you hear. read more

Summary: This dealer messaged me on facebook about a car I had for sale, made me an offer, had me drive 45 minutes each way to their dealership, and then tried to negotiate an entirely new deal at an insultingly lower price based off of information they already had prior to me arriving. Hours of my day was wasted and I can genuinely say I have never felt more disrespected, lied to, and attempted to be hustled by a dealership than I have here. If they offer to buy your car, they will throw out prices they know you want you to hear to get you in the door, after which point they have no intention of honoring. This is what happened to me, just the facts: I listed a car for sale on Facebook. Marneasa messaged me, we talked price, and settled on a number. She told me the car would be purchased for $31,000 (see picture below). I flat-out told her I did not want to drive out to their dealership unless we had a deal as I'm very busy mid-move with young kids at home, and she told me we had a deal. I arrived and met Sydney. She immediately gives me a paper asking what my asking price and what the lowest number I will accept is (Red Flag #1, we already had an agreed price). I tell her this and she laughs and says "Oh I have no idea what you and Marneasa talked about, that's all on Facebook!" (Red flag #2). I should have left after this point. Of course you know what we talked about. She then comes back a few minutes later with a KBB printout showing my car is supposedly worth 22k and asks what I think about this (Red Flag #3). Again, I should have left. I told her I would not sell for a penny less than our agreed price. Also, I had done KBB pricing on my car and KBB put my car at ~27,000-34,000 depending on condition/who bought it. Nowhere did it list it at $22,000. They inspect the car, test drive it, etc. They spend 20 minutes "figuring out the numbers". Numbers we had already made a deal on, mind you. Sydney comes back later and tells me the car has too many owners (I'm the 3rd owner) and that they are no longer interested at 31k, but they'll try and get close. I had given them the VIN two days prior and the number of owners was nothing new to them. I took my keys and left after 3 hours of my day was wasted. The best part of this entire ordeal is that they have a plaque on their wall stating their guiding principles are "honesty", "integrity", "the golden rule", etc. I guess everyone at this dealership really enjoys being lied to, misled, and having hours of their day wasted. That or no one has ever explained to them what the words on that plaque actually mean. Also, fun fact about their $22,000 KBB offer - I sold the car to another dealership (Texas Auto Value) the next day for $30,000. No games, they looked at the car and cut me a check within 20 minutes of sitting down. read more

On October 10 I contacted Premier auto outlet. Interested in a 2022 Kia carnival prestige trim level. I was dead set on getting the exact car and that led me to this dealership. I purchased a car over the next few days and Had it shipped from the auto outlet in Kansas to Long Beach California so it could be brought over to Hawaii via boat. Needless to say I never saw the vehicle in person. I received the car November 14. Immediately at the port, I noticed the car had not been detailed inside or out. The floor had Cheerios in the tracks. Additionally, the car gave a maintenance alert for the oil change. I contacted Premier auto outlet and spoke with the lovely sales man Scott, who informed me that sometimes maintenance doesn't reset the oil alert. He also apologized for the car not being detailed as it was shipped out during his day off. I wondered why they shipped out the car without the sales persons sign off. But I figured I was grateful to have the car. Driving home I noticed a rattling noise and quickly made a appointment for the dealership. Additionally, I noticed a interior piece of trim hanging down by the rearview mirror. Two days later I had an exterior piece of trim completely rip off of my car as I was driving down the freeway. With both kids in the backseat, I was terrified that we would be in a car accident. I notified Premier auto outlet about the hanging trim on the interior and the loose exterior piece that ripped off. Scott overall seemed sympathetic, however, was reluctant to offer any assistance in correcting the issues due to company policy. He offered to pay his own money to replace the interior piece of trim. During my visit to the dealership they noted the car needed new tires. I bought a new car so that I didn't have issues. Never did I think I would pay $4000 over MSRP for a used car that needed new tires, an oil change, right out the gate and had trim falling off of it. Will I return? Absolutely not; sadly. read more

Initially the experience was amazing Gus was nice and attentive and explained things to me I didn't understand. Fast forward I've had my new Jeep for almost 27 days and it's currently in the shop broken down and won't start. I mean I know when buying a used car I'm buying the issues as well but they have given us the run around since yesterday calling all day. No rental or loaner available at this location ! I bought my car from them 3 years ago. They were high pressure sales. I called the day after and told them I didn't want the extended warranty. They said they would take care of it. What they actually did was never payed for the extended warranty and pocketed the $3,000 and never gave me a refund. read more

i told the sales man i had a dr spt i had to be at first but i was on my way to purchase the jeep. He still sold it before i got there. i them has another one offered to me when i test drive it i told him it has horrible tread on the tires, was loud inside the car like a break in the cabin seal and air was getting inside when driving and bad brakes and suspension. they change only front brakes and rotors and not the backs. their mechanics tell them the fro nt shocks, struts and control arm are bad . the sales person stated to wait the 30 days for their warranty responsibility to run o ut And just make a claim through the extended warranty purchased. That was all good except they intentionally sold me the extended warranty that did not include suspension. This sales person was rude, very pushy, and didn't know much about cars. only knew to get over on you. And how to rip you off. read more
