This was not an inspection -- it was a drive-by. He missed obvious, widespread tile floor cracks throughout the house, issues so visible it's hard to believe they were "overlooked" at all. When I asked him to come back and re-inspect his own miss, he had the nerve to say it would cost another fee. Because of this incompetent inspection, I lost $5,000 backing out of the home. This company didn't protect me, they cost me thousands. Total waste of time and money. This is a bullshit company with zero accountability. If you don't want expensive surprises after you're under contract, stay far away. You will absolutely regret hiring them. Never recommended.

They detailed everything on their report in a way that was easy for me to present to the builder and for the builder to follow up and make necessary repairs. I would especially like to note how important it was for me to add the sewer line inspection. The added cost was SO insignificant compared to the $14k repair that was needed based on the inspection findings. Thankfully Home run found it and gave me all of the info I needed to submit it to the builder for warranty repair. It helped me save out of pocket expenses down the road AND the frustration of plumbing issues that could have been caused.
