    3 for $9.99

Petite version of the Lego experience at one of the nation's largest upscale malls. Stop in with kids or grown ups as a diversion, the special was created three figures ( 5 pieces) for $9.99.[bring your patience]

Called to check if they have the BTS Lego and they did and ran to get it the same day. The store is always running some kind of promotion for free Lego when customers spent over certain amount. Make sure to join their vip program to earn points.

Good Lego store but on the smaller side compared to others I've been too. It can get crowded. They had a cute Halloween cat Lego set out for $12 something before tax. Not bad. Employees are helpful. I saw several employees restocking as soon as someone took something down.

Lego Stores are pretty unique, as they're no so commonplace, so it's nice to see this here after the demise of Toys R Us and there's really not many big toy retailers who can carry a robust selection of Legos (and Duplo). It's not a huge store, but with the space they have here it's big enough to have a really wide variety to choose from. The internet killed brick and mortar retailers, so hopefully it doesn't kill the Lego Bricks here where you can shop, touch, feel and buy on the spot.

    Inside the store. Very crowded

After Ian had his cast removed from a broken Humerus bone, we promised him that we would take him to a lego store. We had been to the Lego store in Topanga mall & Disneyland before. So, we went to the South Coast Mall. Pros: Lots of happy kids. Very friendly employees. Good location, just like the Topanga mall Lego Store. Cons: Same small layout as the Topanga Mall location. Very crowded.

5/5 - An Absolute Beauty for Collectors and Fans Alike!…read more Cape and Cowl Collectables is one of those rare places you can walk into and instantly feel at home. Whenever I have a bit of time, I absolutely love just stopping by to hang out -- this place is incredible! From Star Wars, Marvel, and DC, to Godzilla, Transformers, and everything in between, it's a treasure chest of pure nostalgia and excitement. The owner, Sterling, is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable and genuine people you'll ever meet in the collecting world. If you can't find what you're looking for, always ask -- chances are he either has it tucked away somewhere or can source it for a future visit. His knowledge is phenomenal, right down to knowing which accessory goes with which figure and from what toy line it came. The trade-in values are awesome and extremely fair -- and if you go with store credit, you'll always get an even better deal. Plus, Sterling is constantly getting new stock in, from vintage classics to modern releases, so it's always worth popping in regularly just to see what's new! But what really makes this place special is Sterling himself -- supportive, helpful, and above all, friendly. Whether we're chatting about toys, TV shows, or sports, it's always a good time. If you love toys, collecting, or just being around good people who share your passion -- you won't be disappointed. Cape and Cowl Collectables isn't just a store... it's a community and a home for collectors.

Top Canvas also has other locations (Alhambra, Downey, Torrance, and Milpitas in Northern California) that operate as collectible stores and this is the only Top Canvas location that runs as a claw machine arcade. [Parking]: Easy and free parking at The District at Tustin Legacy. [Selection & Price]: Apparently the shop redesigned their claw machines and prize system in recent months. Players can now trade plushies for points and use those points to redeem more desirable prizes. As for trade-in prizes, they have selected signed Funko Pop figures / giant Pokémon plushies / other generic plushies (25%), blind boxes (50%), and graded Pokémon cards / booster packs / other collectibles (25%). Personally it would be better if they had fewer blind boxes as trade-in prizes and focused more on curated Sanrio plushies or unique action figures. [Point system]: For play packs, $10 = 20 tokens, $20 = 42 tokens, $50 = 110 tokens, and $100 = 230 tokens. Claw machines with numbered stickers indicate how many points each plush is worth and most machines indicate 15 points per plush. Blind box trade-in values range from 45 points to 125 points. [Conclusion]: It is nice to have claw machines with a higher win rate than places like Round1 + the ability to trade plushies for better prizes, but I do think their prizes are not as good as places like Round1. Personally I still prefer other claw machine spots like Infinity Claws in Rowland Heights and I also like Top Canvas's collectible stores better than this claw machine-only concept store. P.S. - Players can ask the staff to rearrange plushies in some machines.
