I despise having to write a review like this! But I hope to prevent anyone from dealing with this ridiculous situation and unprofessional Service Staff. I very much regret using this company to repair my Yukon. The engine was excessively noisy , so I took it in under a warranty repair on February 6, 2025 after scheduling an online appointment, which they could not find in their system. They said if I left it they would get to it asap, which turned out to be a week or so later. While checking in with service advisor Marty, we were telling him our dog had recently destroyed our entire 2nd and 3rd row seating, and we were going to take it to a body shop where we could get it repaired . Marty offered to estimate and deal with our insurance for that , which was great at the time . I was crystal clear to Marty that the two repairs were totally separate ; I did not want him to start any repairs on the seats until after all of the parts to complete the job were there and ready to go. I authorized Marty to complete the engine warranty repair, and reiterated that I needed to pick up the Yukon as soon as that was done. I would bring it back when all of the Seat parts were in. He completely ignored my simple request. They started taking the seats out before the engine repair - and I'm still waiting for a part to fix it ! They still have my third row seats and partial second row just sitting in the shop!! Still dealing with this mid-May! When I was finally able to pick up vehicle - 5 weeks after my appointment, I noticed 3 large dings on the left front fender/door area. I immediately showed Marty, and he was in complete denial. Says that technician would be fired if the dings had happened there ... made me feel like I would be responsible for a tech losing his job if I pressed the issue... really uncomfortable feeling ... but there were no dings there prior to drop off, and there were none noted on my initial paperwork,nor did I ever see or sign anything noting dings. Four months in, and I have not received one phone call from the Service Manager on how they suggest the dings be removed. My seat part is there now, I've asked if the ding repair and ding removal can be done at the same time to avoid further long periods of being without vehicle that we need for towing , family trips . Etc. I was in the industry for a long time, and I have never ever treated a customer so poorly ! It's wrong. I have many texts showing all of this info and complete lack of customer care. It's a shame - we want to support local businesses ! But but at this high price . read more

The only reason I'm even giving it a 3 is because of the sales rep. This has nothing to do with him as he was amazing and deserves 5 stars. Chico was very helpful from the beginning when I called went to touch the car to make sure it was on the lot and even came in on his day off which was a Sunday to make the deal happen. He was on top of everything without hesitation. On the other hand we just bought a 2024 Yukon XL Denali 3 weeks ago and was told that everything was inspected with no issues found. I noticed the puddle lamps under the driver and passenger seats were just hanging, I was told that it's just missing zip ties which I can just put on since service was closed so they couldn't get any (no big deal). It was not hot in concord so we did not think to use ac. But we live in the valley over an hour away where it does get hot. So next day was pretty warm so we turned it on and was blowing hot air. When I called and spoke to a manager I was asked if I bought extended warranty (which I did but shouldn't have mattered as this is something that should have been inspected before selling). Was told to take it in, mind you I work 6am-6pm so my wife had to drive with our 3 small kids including a 5month old to deal with this. Issue was found to be that the ac condenser had a small hole in it and somehow slipped through the cracks of inspection. They did not have the part so she had to go back again the next day with the kids to pick it up. 3 weeks later I am getting a call saying I need to take the car back in because somehow it again slipped through the cracks and did not get the smog test done. I also noticed the frame has a good amount of rust and I was told it's common especially knowing where the car was bought from (mind you it's a 2024 so should not have any). This is not only a waist of time and miles having to drive back and forth but ridiculous when you are spending over 80K, seems like the vehicle was not inspected and hoping nothing else is messed up or missed that will pop up in the future. read more

Follow up to my previous reviews. After posting the reviews , a gentleman reaches out and asked you to contact the dealership so that way they can clear up any discrepancies. I reached out multiple times. Left multiple voicemails and the gentleman never returned your calls along with any other staff to fix any of the discrepancies. It's just all for show. They had my truck in the shop for over a month total between the three visits. Whoever did the diagnostics on my diesel truck needs to go back to school. Or more likely some tech that's not even a certified mechanic is working on your vehicle and they still want you to pay the full rate even though the work is not overseen by a professional. I should have left this update a while back, but here it is now. Another mechanic figured out the clunking sound when getting other work completed. he noticed that when the engine was reinstalled, Lehmers failed to put the bolts back in for the steering box, which is why it was making the sound. Per the mechanic it was very dangerous and we could have lost complete control of the vehicle at anytime. read more

Very unpleasant experience at your dealership, and very shocked how my father who is a disabled veteran was treated as I was looking at a vehicle. When I asked for a manager, the salesperson had a very passive-aggressive attitude which the manager had to ask him to leave. Is this really how the staff treats potential customers? I was amazed, and more pertinently, how the manager dismissed it without trying to assist at all. My Tesla recorded the incident, so seriously considering sharing this experience to ensure this doesn't happen to others in the future. Found out our Toyota we purchased from this dealer had a warranty that wasn't transferred to us cuz these guys don't know #*%t about Toyota's yet they still sell them... and when I called the dealer back to inquire they told me it wasn't possible to get it put in my name. Of course not because they can't go back in time and do their job to 100% capabilities .... NEVER BUY A TOYOTA FROM A GMC DEALER... BETTER YET, SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP. Buyer be aware! I came in here today found a suv that I liked. I agreed to the full asking price and did not even try to bargain or negotiate even with all cash. Sat around for almost two hours. Start doing the paperwork and they wanted to charge 1k more then the asking price. Because someone totaled it wrong. Even before this was discovered I tried talking to Carl Rogers the general sales manager. He is truly a jerk and so rude. Even when my sales guy tried talking to him I can hear him talking and still very rude and disrespectful. How this guy is in charge I have no ideal. I want to thank the Anonymous rep for continuous communication in helping me via email/phone. Today I had a SCHEDULED appointment and when I arrived I should have known the day would turn into a shit show ! My Anonymous rep had to leave due to an emergency and I was provided another rep to be honest sure he was nice but I'm not certain he was invested in the day or perhaps he assumed I was too young to make a large purchase. Keep in mind I have great credit as well as credit history. This would have been a LARGE but durable PURCHASE, I ultimately left with nothing . The sales team did not run my credit (which I'm glad because I wouldn't have wanted my score to go down for nothing) they went based off of their thoughts and opinions then tried to have me settle by requiring I put down a payment of $8,000 or leave with nothing . In all honesty I did not feel valued as a preferred customer .I'm already a dam customer and have been for three years and make all my payments on time. After this experience I'm not to sure I'll be back even for a simple maintenance routine which I usually have my Acadia serviced at this location. He handled the entire process as it should..no pressure and honest! If he didn't know an answer, he told me so and worked to get the answers. Nearly a week to get my car back and they didn't even wash it! I have a 2007 Saturn Vue and had it towed to the dealership instead of another shop, expecting better service. The high beams wouldn't shut off and drained the battery, making it impossible to drive. When they tested it, they said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced before they could retest to find the issue. It was not worked on during their Saturday shift, and they had a staffing issue Monday. Tuesday morning I get a call to tell me they need to replace the MFS and they quote me a final price of $906. I repeated this back to the service tech (Stephanie). She did not correct me. Now, when it's finished, I get a courtesy ride to the dealership the following morning and find out that it's actually $1,034. I asked how this was over $100 more and get told the actual amount was $1,006 and they'd "misspoke" when they quoted me. At this point they've had my car for almost a week, and to top it all off, nowhere in all that time did anyone wash it. And the final capper - they left an open, half drunk bottle of water in the cupholder when they brought it around. Never going back - dealerships are supposed to have a higher standard, which you pay a premium for. Definitely not the case here. read more

I knew the point was moot but I was curious and wanted to know how they arrived at a number 10k before everyone else. So I called the number and left a voicemail. No return call from them. Surprise surprise. I should have known better and not wasted my time on it. But since I already wasted some of it, thought I'd waste some more updating my original review. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and salesreps and managers. I'd be confident in saying much higher than average. I've seen some dealerships and their staff that defines "shady" and stereotypical car dealership behavior. But after dealing with this one, it feels like I now know the true definition of "shady", "unprofessional ", "insincere","arrogant ", "dismissive " car dealership and its staff. I can understand having a crappy employee (sales rep) but a GM in the same category is a level of its own. Posting a reply to my negative posting pretending to care about wanting to resolve the issue for other to see but not follow through on their part should be self explanatory about what kind of dealership they are and what type of people work there. Take the time and take a drive people. There are much much better dealerships out there that deserves your business. read more

Called ahead asking if I could test drive 2 trucks I was considering to purchase one of them, and was told they'd call me back as they double check on inventory. Get a call back minutes later that they're available and I could test drive. I get there and one is in the showroom while the other they refused to let me test drive, both requiring credit checks by their sales manager. Requiring a customer to receive a hard inquiry on their credit report, without any agreement on price, consideration if I even liked the car, is stupid and no consideration of the customer's time. - Lost the easiest sale of your life as I ended up buying the same truck in Walnut Creek. read more
