I bought a brand-new Cadillac from this dealership about a month ago. Overall, I'd rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars. While I was happy with the vehicle itself, the customer service left a lot to be desired when buying a luxury car. The staff put very little effort into building a good customer relationship and didn't take the time to thoroughly explain the additional services, packages, or available options. For example, Cilajet was never offered or discussed during the transaction. As a result, I had to take my car to another dealership to have a ceramic coating applied. In addition, the delivery process was not clearly communicated. I expected the vehicle to be transported on a tow truck, but instead it was driven approximately 70 to my home without anyone discussing that option with me beforehand or asking for my preference. Overall, I felt there was very little guidance or communication throughout the buying process. I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care from a Cadillac dealership, especially when purchasing a luxury vehicle. read more

Update: Martin contacted me and we discussed my issues. It turns out that even though I was sold a PPI, the tech performed a "safety inspection" instead, which is basically tires, brakes, lights, etc. Martin was extremely upset and told me that steps had already been taken to prevent a recurrence. While this didn't help me, it was good to know that they take these things seriously and had already found the issue. While they couldn't cover the cost of the repairs that weren't noticed, they did refund my PPI fee as well as other things to try and make it right. While I'm not changing the rating, I will say that I'm impressed with the way they stepped up. If I lived near the dealership I now think I wouldn't have any doubts about buying a car from them. read more

I took my 2020 XT6 there because the alarm wouldn't shut off last Saturday, they took until Tuesday afternoon to lmk what was wrong, they gave me a estimate of 1200 2.5 hrs of labor 2 change the alarm module and 700 for door lock assembly, it seemed to me it was high costs, so I called Dublin Caddilac, they said 1hr for labor. So I get my truck 2 Dublin they checked it out and told me everything was fine and they must've reset the module and tried to charge me 900 extra, plus there was nothing wrong with door either. I advise nobody getting service from them read more

DON'T GO HERE!! I brought my 2022 CT5-V Blackwing here for an AC repair. The car is a rare breed, the last of its kind, extremely limited production & cost about $120k. They treated it like dirt & after weeks of BS and lies I finally got my car back with a chip in the paint!!! They eventually agreed to pay for the repair, but now they are backing down from their word and saying they will pay for only 60 percent of it. The level of dishonesty and failure to take accountability over there is shocking! I had a bad feeling when I first dropped my car off and wish I had trusted my gut. First, I was mocked for having plastic covers on the drivers seat, custom steering wheel and suede stick shifter. (Later I would find my car in the parking lot with all of this removed & tossed on the passenger seat!) I was further unnerved seeing how they handled my car in front of me (I could only imagine how they treated it with me gone). I also witnessed a pile of boxes toppling over onto a car in the service bay next to my car. The car has cameras all over it- one of the guys who was supposed to simply move the car into the parking lot can be found sitting in there for several extra minutes playing with my XM radio & opening my middle compartment. He also stalled my car (it's a manual transmission) & he wasn't the only one who did. My car sat in their parking lot for many days waiting to be worked on. This was rather annoying as I clearly told them I would wait to bring the car in until it was ready to be looked at. They had no regard for my time or for my car. Rather than be transparent about their service delays, I was told several falsehoods, deceptions and blatant lies. They must assumed that I didn't know anything about cars & that they could get away with so many untruths. In trying to justify the delays, I was told several times that my car is "so new that Cadillac doesn't have a service guide out" for it yet. BS! I have it myself! It's a 2022! Spare yourself from a headache and have your car serviced somewhere else. Even if the dealership is some distance away, it'll likely end up saving you time in the long run since this place is incapable of timely, let alone trustworthy, service. The first time was with them, the second time I went to another Cadillac dealership in the area (BIG MISTAKE) and then I came back to them two weeks go. Could NOT. BE. HAPPIER. Everyone from the service department, to the sales staff to the receptionist is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am sure some of the credit for this environment is due to the general manager, Melissa Arbil. If you ever met her, you will know what I mean. I want to give a special shout out to Aric Carlson (see photo ) He is the sales associate who handled all the details, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I was so pleased that Aric was still here after all these years, as the turnover for car salespeople is notoriously high. Says a lot about the management here, that the staff has such longevity. I have already made plans with them to be on the waiting list to get a Lyriq as soon as my lease is up. There is no need for me to go to another dealership or to another automotive brand. A week in advance, I booked an appointment over the phone to see if I can bring in my car for a safety recall repair and a maintenance and they confirmed. I made sure my day was free because repairs take forever. I drove 30 mins to get to Walnut Creek only to be told they cant service my car because they're not certified to do the recall on my Chevy. Couldn't they have told me that on the phone a week prior? That's the whole point of me calling in advance. I also booked the appointment early in the morning so by the time the repair is done, I wont hit the rush and be stuck in traffic. Since they cant repair, I had no choice but to drive home and sit in traffic for an hour. What a waste of a day. All of this hassle could've been avoided if they communicated better over the phone. read more

Expect to have to come right back. This is the place for bonehead issues that require u to come back. Example - rotating tires without resetting the tire pressure monitors so the readings end up being wrong and u have to go back. For today, I booked a simple oil change and wiper change. I told the service booker when I booked the appointment that I need a wiper replacement. I explained the model of car i have (ELR a little unusual) in case it's rare to keep in stock so he could order ahead. He assured me "it's not a problem, I got you". And of course, they have none and cant get them to include in the service w/ the excuses that the wipers are rare and not in stock. No sheep sherlock, too bad you dont listen to your customers and cant execute a wiper blade order. So it's a typical scenario where they expect you to come back and dont worry about just doing it the first time. I live far away - mistakes happen but they're just incompetent on basic blocking and tackling. Update: service mgr came over after seeing this review stating he would send someone out to get the wipers with minimal delay and then tried to steer the discussion that my issues are from past visits not today (implying that he is fixing today's issue/negating it). He is only doing this because they saw my review as i wrote it while in their waiting room. The trend where i have to come back due to small issues is on them to fix, not on the customer for sharing the experience. I have to remember never to step foot in here ever! Came by to get my license installed on the front of my car since I received a fix it ticket. Most cars do not come with a front one? However I was treated with distain rudeness! I was, made to wait - Im patient! Finally he tells me the plate cost $43 not including installation? I remember I have one at home that SSF swapped out when doing their state of the art diagnosis! This man was just plain rude! I go you know I have one at home and I'll just go back to SSF. He's like whatever and goes about his day! These folks don't know anything about good customer service? Never should have come here in the first place Will never deal with this place especially after they couldn't repair my car and said its was ok!
