I was told I had ALL KINDS of eye issues, and needed bifocal glasses, special contacts etc. I got the glasses and after a week of wearing then I had to go back to my old glasses. There's gave me such bad headaches I actually felt nauseated all day wearing them. Forward thru covid to 2021. My husband went to Zaleski Optical. They were nice, professional & they started FROM THE BEGINNING with his exam. He loved them. I went a couple of weeks ago. AMAZING from the walk thru the door. Tammy is AWESOME, friendly, helpful, honest! The Dr. Started from the beginning with me as well. Guess what? DID NOT need bifocals. Nothing wrong with my eyes out of the normal. Have 20/20, need distance glasses AND was able to get my long wear contacts and he even told me if I need a booster with them, just go get a +25 pair of readers from a store! Their prices are GREAT TOO. I did NOT feel robbed after I left there. These ppl really care about your vision & take the time to explain everything to you from start to finish. She will make herself available for emergencies and goes out of her way to help. She is the DOCTOR that does the eye exams and she is great. The other part of the business is the eyeglass sales...which is run by a separate entity and which I usually don't use. I get my RX from Dr Hall and then get my glasses at other places so I can't really rate the eyeglass sales. I have brought my 2 small children to her several times, and she is always patient and tries to make the experience fun! (And one of my kids has an anxiety issue to begin with, but Dr Hall makes it fun for her!) Kudos to her in this age of assembly line medicine that she takes the time and effort to care about her patients!

The website isn't just for show, him (his office) actually use it. Even though I'm not a young millennial that needs to do all my business via tech I am a tech nerd so millennials will find the website very useful. Office is a beautiful small one story building with parking in the back. During the pandemic the office provides face masks at reception if you happen to be a Karen and conveniently forget your mask. Office also provides hand sanitizer during these trying times in an effort to protect patients. Exam room is very large, spacious and equipped with the finest eye tech for our modern time. Jedi Master Dr Franco is absolutely amazing in his empathy for his patients. If eye glasses are required the office is equipped with a beautifully elegant room with eye glass frames displayed on multiple walls where you can indulge in picking your new look (upgrade or otherwise). If you are in the area and in need of a great optometrist this office is significantly better than any of the franchise eye centers you find at the mall. I went to Doctor Matta Ayman and I had a horrible experience. I was told by his office staff that…read moremy insurance which is Medicare and United healthcare would not pay for my eye surgery and I had to pay out of my pocket. This doctor's office did not submit information to my insurance to find out whether this particular surgery was going to be paid by them. My insurance had no information. Nothing was submitted to them then I find out later that my insurance told me that it would be paid for so the $4000 that I paid out of my pocket. Should've been returned and my insurance company said they would they paid him. After having the operation, I had a problem with dots black dots, and floaters in my eye, and had to constantly go back to him for eye drops and his office staff is operating office staff. We're not forthcoming with me. I asked for my records from Orange ambulatory service in Cornwall I could not get them. I don't know why I could not get my records to tell me exactly what lens was put in my eye and how much it cost they didn't know the codes or anything I am confused and out of $4000 I am upset and will have to wait to find out with my insurance company. What happened and if I will get my money back for the operation that I had. If not, I will have to get a lawyer. My experience with this doctor was horrible. I do not recommend him to anyone.

She took care of all necessary paperwork for me to sign. Then Yasmin, a Med Tech, took eye readings on the many diagnostic machines. From there I saw Dr. Kahle, who looked over my diagnostic images. She also did her own assessments and found my perfect eyeglass prescription.
