Ryan T. was a courteous and very knowable salesman. I would definitely buy another Volvo from him.

It's been well over a month at this point and no updates on parts, but have got plenty of solicitations/texts on signing up for their discounted plan/services. I drive a fleet/company vehicle which they know and have no use of whatever they're offering. They said my steering wheel control buttons and backup camera were bad and needed replaced and that they "re-flashed" my shifter button. I don't know what they were talking about but none of it needed replaced. Firestone fixed a loose battery cable issue that was causing the shifter issue and Reddit help me fix re-seating the camera harness that fixed the back up camera and steering buttons. Haven't had any issues since Firestone fixed the main battery issue. No call back, no updates, spammy texts, and saying I needed parts I didn't...No, I don't recommend taking a vehicle here.

Now my Truck was involved in a accident where it was totaled and to close out my financing account the finance company needs to get a hold of the dealership. I've called and left numerous messages with the sales manager. They don't call me back. Approximately two years later, the engine suffered catastrophic internal failure. Mercedes-Benz diagnosed it as needing a complete engine replacement, estimated at over $23,000. I also obtained an independent evaluation from a European automotive specialist, which found no external cause for the engine failure. I contacted Leikin because they sold me this vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned. I was not initially demanding that they pay the entire repair bill. I asked them to consider goodwill assistance, help me transition into another Mercedes-Benz, or work with me toward another reasonable solution. Leikin responded that because I now live in Oklahoma and they are in Ohio, it would be cost-prohibitive to bring the vehicle back for their own diagnosis, so they were unable to offer any assistance. That was extremely disappointing. I purchased Certified Pre-Owned because I believed it provided additional confidence in both the vehicle and the Mercedes-Benz ownership experience. Facing a complete engine replacement only about two years later is difficult enough. Having the dealership that sold me the vehicle decline to explore any reasonable way to assist made the experience worse. Mercedes-Benz USA, however, has agreed to review my situation for goodwill assistance, which I sincerely appreciate. I cannot say what Leikin knew or did not know about the internal condition of the engine when they sold me the vehicle. I can only speak to what has happened during my ownership and how Leikin responded when I asked for help. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the after-sale customer support I received from Leikin Motor Companies.

I went to DB Motors with nothing in my pockets just to see what they could do. I was not expecting to leave that day with a Car. When I arrived I met with the Owner DJ. I explained my situation and he said we could work something out. I picked out a minivan and took it for a spin. when I got back he then showed me a different minivan. It was a little more money than the one I drove but DJ explained that the other one was better on gas and had safety features the other didn't. he stated that with my having 6 Children he would feel better knowing I had the safer vehicle. I drove off the lot that day after giving him $250 and then working out an agreement to bring another $250 the following week. I made payments every other week. One night I was driving home and my Tie Rod Broke. I called for a tow truck and then called DB Motors to leave a message and let them know the car would be towed to the lot and what had happened. I figured I would hear from DJ in the morning. My phone rang two minutes later and it was DJ the owner. He told me to cancel the Tow and he came and got us. he towed the Minivan back to the lot and made sure my Family and I had a vehicle to get home. The next day he fixed the vehicle and only charged me for parts. I was shocked " his reply to me when I stated that was " Look I have Kids and I would not want my kids on the side of the road waiting for a ride late at night." Ever since that first encounter with DB Motors I have purchased several cars. I have referred friends and family and everyone has been satisfied. I have always told Friends that when it comes to buying used cars on Vine St the only place I will deal with is DB Motors.

The place is a big storage unit, no lift at the facility, not a real dealer. He treated me as a woman with patronizing comments when I asked questions. He treated my other family member, who is knowledgeable about cars, in an even worse manner. If you want to make an offer, he won't even counter. He said " sounds like I will be paying you money to take the car". He said "you wasted my time". Anything you say, he says--"what do you expect from a 20 year old car". He told me a car from Maryland can't have rust because they don't get snow and don't use salt. Simply not true. There were many many things wrong with this car that were not disclosed in the description, and he would not admit that they were an issue. He would not make any adjustment for the repairs that needed made. No matter how great the car, do not go here unless you are willing to subject yourself to ridicule and condescension!

Very dishonest and misleading dealership. Their listing for a 2014 Honda CR-V stated that the…read morevehicle had new brakes all around and excellent tires. In addition, during a phone call with Michael Megresh, the owner, he told me the tires were new all around. I live about an hour away, so I did not want to drive there until I had financing arranged through a third party. I relied on the statements in their listing and on what I was told over the phone. Those statements, which are still on their website, were completely false and, in my opinion, borderline fraudulent. Because I was seriously interested in the vehicle, I paid $195 to have a well-respected independent pre-purchase inspection company inspect the car. The inspection found that the brake pads were only about 50%. The tires were mismatched, with three of one kind and one different tire. The tread depth was only 4/32nds. One tire had a gash in the sidewall, and another tire was badly worn on the outside edge. One of the most important things to me was finding a vehicle with good tires and good brakes so I would not immediately have to spend money on maintenance. I assumed the description they posted on every site where they listed the car was truthful. It was not. It could not have been more misleading. When I called the salesperson I had been dealing with, he said he had given the matter to his boss. That is when I called Mr. Megresh. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. He told me my inspection company was lying to me and did not know what they were doing. What possible motive would an independent inspection company have to give me false information? Despite the inspection results, he still insisted the tires were excellent and the brakes were new. Then he had the nerve to offer only $200 off the price of the vehicle. The only reason I paid for the inspection was because I relied on their representations that the vehicle had new brakes and excellent, or supposedly new, tires. Both of those statements were false. All I asked for was reimbursement of my $195 inspection fee because their misleading listing caused me to spend that money. Whatever you do, stay away from this dealership. In my opinion, they made false and fraudulent statements in their listing and over the phone, treated me rudely when confronted with the inspection results, and refused to take responsibility. They will tell you anything to sell a car. Be very careful.

D & S received my…read morevehicle the morning of 10/29 and did not assess and submit a supplemental until 11/11 which the insurance approved immediately. D&S kept me in the loop and provided thorough information about the repairs needed and how the technicians would achieve this process in a timely manner. Once the assessment was complete, I was informed if parts came timely repairs would be done the first week of December at the top of the week and I'd be able to pick up my vehicle then. Harley did a wonderful job of communicating each step with me providing a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready. I was then informed it would take more time to put my vehicle back together than previously anticipated so my vehicle would be ready by 12/05 rather than the top of the week. Harley let me know the team was unable to complete putting my vehicle back together by EOD and my vehicle would be ready by 12/08 at the earliest and 12/09 at the latest along with approval from the insurance company of a second and final supplement for the labor to put my vehicle back together that the team did not originally anticipate. Calibrations and clean up weren't complete until 12/09. Harley then informed me the service writer was unable to finish sending the information to the insurance company by EOD 12/09. 12/10 the information / final supplement was sent over to the insurance company to review. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle 12/12 after I called the insurance company several times to expedite their review of the supplement money needed for the extra labor costs of putting my vehicle back together which D&S did not anticipate during their initial review. D&S finished calibrations and cleanup 12/09 but would not release it until they received the supplement from the insurance for the extra labor costs. The body work looks and feels amazing, you cannot tell my rear bumper was replaced. Only downsides, the technician my mom and I spoke to was unable to tell us if the vehicle had a full paint job. Once I went to my vehicle I was unable to access it as the technician forgot to take it out of service mode. I went back into the shop to find someone to take this out of service mode. My panel under my hood of car was not put back, however I popped this back on myself. I appreciate Harley's customer service and updates. The repair team unfortunately left me feeling unnerved about all the 'unexpected' extra work necessary after their review.

However, the repairs ended up taking nearly a month. For the first 8-10 days, the vehicle sat idle in the parking lot without any repair work, damage assessment, or parts evaluation being done, which significantly contributed to the delay. They may have been busy with a high volume of vehicles, this was never clearly communicated to me upfront.
