*****!!!!!avoid this business for lash extensions/ "microblading"/ microneedling or any aesthetic…read moreservice offered!!! i don't want anyone else to go through the trauma i just did!!!!please read before booking any aesthetic service!!!!there is something very wrong& potentially dangerous here*********see attached photos of my botched microblading please!!!& screenshots of how the business treated me after***** i had an appointment yesterday for microblading & lash extensions& my life feels like an absolute nightmare now since. i found them on groupon & after seeing a few photos in their gallery, their rating & the positive reviews i blindly trusted their competence& went in for microblading &lashes. i have had previous microblading done that i was happy with, but my pigment had subtly faded into a greyish brown so i was thinking there was no way it could go too wrong since i just needed the girl doing my "microblading" nisrine nasser to place pigment over shape i was already happy with& i felt like she understood that considering i expressed that& obviosuly already had a good shape to my brows ...i was so wrong about how ignorant i was being to trust this place based on a rating, a few photos &reviews...these reviews are potentially either paid for or were left for hair appointments only not aestheic services.... i left with incorrectly color corrected brows that are dark brown with an orange outline& she went way past the outer corner of my eyes...i felt it as it was happening so i asked her what she was doing &she told me not to worry& that she wasn't putting any pigment or color in this insane location so i tried to trust that nothing was wrong &let her continue working on me instead of getting up& running out of there like i should have.. it turns out what i had felt was her creating a mcdoinalds arch shape far past the perimeter of my eyes...after i got upset &asked her what she was doing, instead of being honest &telling me she lied & tried to cover what she had just done to my face by taking skin tone pigment &trying to aggresively cover up the ronald mcdonald eyebrows she was attempting to leave me with. the skin tone pigment she put over the brown pigment did not even match my skin tone...if she had actually had any trianing/ qualification to do this service she would have known this is something you absolutley never do because the skin tone pigment doesn't actually cover the darker pigment&worse it is pretty much impossible to remove with laser ...i am so horrified by this experience....when i got out to my car i checked my mirror (seeing my eyebrows for the first time in adequate lighting &i immediately texted the business&asked why i was left with dark brown eyebrows outlined in a brassy orange& why there was a skin tone blotch patch past the brows...they essentially gaslit me&tried to insist this was normal...they did not ask me to come back in or to see what i was talking about they just avoided responsibility. they would not even refund the tip i left before seeing what was done to my face which is disgusting....they don't care that they have literally botched me....i still can't belive this is real... i wish i knew yesterday that by coming here i would potentailly never be attractive again....i wish i had been more cautious & i am so dissapointed in myself for allowing these monsters to butcher my beuaty & leave me looking so awful for minimal profit?....they made such little money from this& i now have to pay so much money to try to correct what they did to me& this could have been avoided if nisrine nasser had been honest about what she had done&not tried to hide it by covering it with a tone of ink that can not be removed with laser due to oxidation ...it will turn yellow or grey if lasered...i do not think they are actually qualified to do these services so please do not let them harm you...the owner insists they do have proper licenses& training, but i met with multiple professionals today to try to find a solution to try to salvage my face after the huge mess that was made by improper techniques& i learned that first off the "microblading" they are advertising &list as the service offered is not microblading it is something called permablending.. also i was told that nothing was done correctly& is the worse work some of these woman have ever seen, most importantly i learned that the attempted cover up/camoflauge nisrine did to me is something that should never be done...these people ruined my face& are not aknowledging it or offering to do anything to amend the situation...they do not care about their clients satisfaction or well being.see my profile pic for before picture& attached after my apointment....do not get microblading or microneedling they may hurt or permanently disfigure you. curious who dr is on staff for legality? I trusted this salon because my family members go there, and because the stylist reassured me multiple times that she fully understood the soft "expensive brunette" look I was trying to achieve and could absolutely do it. I spent a long time explaining and showing inspiration photos for a very specific look: soft, blended "expensive brunette" dimension with subtle low-contrast color and soft layered shaping. The photos I showed were rich dimensional brunettes -- not chunky, stripy, or heavily highlighted. Unfortunately, the final result looked much brighter, chunkier, and less blended than what I had requested, and the haircut also did not reflect the layered V/U-shaped look I asked for. Because this was my first professional color service, I relied heavily on the stylist's guidance regarding timing and expectations. Before the service even began, I specifically expressed concern about whether there was enough time to fully achieve the look I wanted, and I even offered to come back another day entirely so the stylist would have more time to work with me and not feel rushed. I was repeatedly reassured that there was "plenty of time" and told not to worry. Since I had never had a dimensional color service before, I trusted that assessment. Unfortunately, the appointment ended up running extremely late anyway, the salon was closing by the end, and I never really had a proper opportunity to sit down and fully evaluate the final result before leaving. Before I could even fully explain the situation, it became clear there was no willingness to work collaboratively or even discuss possible solutions -- despite the fact that I fully acknowledged the time that had passed, explained the serious health-related circumstances that delayed my return, and specifically offered to pay again if needed. If you are specifically a brunette looking for very soft, blended, low-contrast dimensional color, I would strongly recommend making sure the stylist you book with truly specializes in that aesthetic. At the very least, I believe clients spending this amount of money should feel there is some willingness to work with them respectfully when the final result clearly does not align with the inspiration photos provided.
