I have used this dry cleaner a few previous times, but I am very frustrated with my last experience and how it was handled from a customer service perspective. When I came in to pick my items, I inspected my clothes before leaving and noticed that one of the seams on my sleeves had completely come unraveled. I showed the man working at the counter and confirmed with him that when I initially came in the sleeve was not damaged. While he did claim that it was possible that the item was damaged during the cleaning process, he claimed that it wasn't due to the process, but rather "wear and tear on the clothes". We kept going around in circles on the issue and rather than trying to help compensate for the damage of my clothes, he was dismissive and did not offer any solutions even though it was evident that I was dissatisfied with the quality of service and care of my clothing item. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend this dry cleaner because of the damage to my clothes as well as the lack of customer service in trying to remediate the issue and own their mistake. read more

Clothes were supposed to be done by Thursday. Came Saturday to pick them up and some weren't done. Wasted 20 minutes driving over. Would have been nice if they called and let me know. They should have cleaned my clothes for free to make up for it, but they didn't even apologize. Will not be returning. STAY AWAY Update - they called Monday saying they lost two of my pieces! If i could give 0 stars i would. I've brought different comforters here several times and had no issues. I came to pick up the last one and it wasn't ready a week after i brought it in. I come back a few days later and it's ready. He wasn't sure why it wasn't back within the time quoted. Once i get it home, i realize it's dirty and upon further investigation, i realize it's NOT MY COMFORTER! I take it back and nicely explain the situation. He ends up keeping it there to see if anyone had the same issue (which of course didn't happen considering mine was nicer...nobody was gonna bring it back for a cheaper one) I came back again to check on the status and of course there's "nothing he can do" So as a customer I'm just supposed to accept this comforter that isn't mine?! He wouldn't wash it again, considering it looked dirty, he wouldn't give me a refund and he basically quit talking to me and helped other customers. This is unacceptable business! read more

I stumbled across this dry cleaner just because of the location and I have been using them for a while now. Prices are super affordable and now hat I have been going for a while, the owner has started to hook me up. A husband and wife own the cleaners and one of them is always there. I always see the husband and he remembers me by name, honestly feels a little bit like a small town shop. The shop isn't much to look at just simple. I would say that it might now be the best place you could go but for the price you can't beat it. I have dogs and there have been a few times I brought back items after being dry cleaned that still had dog hair on them but it wasn't like they weren't clean just hard to get the dog hair off. If you are more concerned about price because you have to get so many of your close dry cleaned I would definitely try this place out. They are super kind and affordable. read more

Terrible. Get what you pay for. Affordable and nice initially, but took a brand new coat with tags still on from Paris there. Was given back to me with buttons missing and 2 holes. They agreed it was not like that before. They further denied any knowledge and told me to contact manufacturer in France. They asked for more money. Manager is evil. I have gone here only twice and the two times that I've come the guy at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. It's super cheap and all of my business professional clothes turns out just fine! I had to rush a skirt for a class presentation and they even do same day service if you arrive before 9am. I came in at 9:15 the first time and the guy was nice enough to still get my skirt done on time. Today they closed at 7pm and I arrived at 7:10 and the owner still opened the shop for me to get my five items! They are awesome in customer service and will definitely be coming back :) I recommend this place to any college students looking for a quick, cheap and convenient place to get dry cleaning done. I have given this place two chances. Both experiences were terrible! On the first visit, I dropped off a black coat. I couldn't believe the condition I got it back in. It was filled with red fibers, everywhere! I can't believe someone didn't notice that before giving it to me. They took it back and I received it the next time in good condition. Ok I'll let that incident slide. Second time! I dropped off a dress filled with sequins a friend let me borrow for a wedding. I drop it off, paid, got my ticket, left. I come back when they told me to, which was the following Friday. As soon as I get there, they guy looks like he was trying to tell me something but can't get it out. What happened to my dress?! Finally he tells me that they couldn't clean the dress because of some sequins falling off and that he should of inspected it before he sent it off but he didn't and also that he meant to call me but he didn't. Way to do your job sir! So after looking at the dress, I decide to call the owner of the dress to make sure she's aware of the condition of the dress before I take it back with responsibility. I can't get a hold of her so I tell him I'll be back for the dress with her. This is when he starts arguing with me! The guy had the nerve to raise his voice at me, try to blame me for the condition of the dress, and wasted even more of my time! After all this I just told him to give me my ticket and that I would be back with the owner of the dress. Soooo unprofessional! I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice before brining their business here! There is seriously a dry cleaning place at every shopping block in this neighborhood. If I could give this a zero rating I would however i am forced to at least give 1 star. Let me preface this by saying that I have taken my clothes/comforters to many dry cleaners in the past and when I was younger I even worked at a Dry Clean Super Center! I brought two comforters in to this Dry Clean Super Center on a Tuesday. I know that comforters take extra time to clean, which is completely understandble, therefore they were picked up on a Saturday. Due to me moving into a new apartment, I had my Dad pick them up while I dealt with the movers. My Dad came back and had mentioned that the manager stated that for some reason one of the comforters became discolored however they did everything like they normally do. Please keep in mind, this comforter has been dry cleaned multiple times and I have never had an issue. I called the Dry Clean Super Center this morning (I called later then normal because I have been traveling for work). Right when they answered the phone, I asked to speak with the Manager, the man on the line (Monny) stated he was the manager. I informed Monny of my dissatisfaction with how the comforter turned out. Please keep in mind that the discoloration is burnt orange that bled ALL over the white background. He stated that he remembered this comforter and that they did everything per the label. I informed Monny that I expected a resolution because I did not bring in my comforter like this to which he stated "we cannot do anything." As our conversation went on, I could tell he was not going to provide any resolution so I asked for the Owner's name. He told me that he could not give this information to me. After a round-about conversation of about 15 minutes, Monny just was not going to help me. A few words he had for me was "google it" "you are like a child" and "let me talk first" ---these are words that should never be said to any paying customer. Eventually, I asked Monny to send me literature about garmet care because if they are not going to provide a resolution after damaging an item they they must have something. He then asked me for my email and contact phone number to which I gave it to him. He then eventually provided me the name of the owner, Allen (I had him spell it out or me). I confirmed with Monny, on the phone to send me the information to which he stated "I am not going to send this to you. If the owner wants to contact you he will." This infuriated me. I then hung up on Monny. We (my fiance and I) googled the store owner's name, to which it is Ali Emami. All in all, Monny and this Dry Clean Super Center is poor at customer service, unethical, and they lie to you. In the end, all I asked was for a resolution-- I had never mentioned any form of compensation, I just wanted them to make it right. This establishment is terrible and I will never be taking my dry cleaning there ever again. Update: Per Monny's suggestion to "google it" (in regards for owners information), I did just that and found the name of the owner, Ali Emami. I was also able to locate contact information for Ali. I spoke with Ali this afternoon and told him my story. He explained to me that he is simply a silent owner and the managers make all of the decisions. He also told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I informed that is too bad because Monny told me he would pass my information to him. Again, another lie. Unfortunately, Ali Emami, the owner of this dry cleaners told me that he would be going over his managers head and would be unable to provide me with a resolution. He said that the decision was made and he would not do anything. He did mention that he would have Monny call me on Monday. As of right now, there is still no resolution to my destroyed comforter. Oh and I will also add that Ali Emami told me that with my comforter being 2 years old, it holds no value. It seems as if the owner's demeanor/lack of customer service reflects into the management of the stores. Needless to say, I will never be going to any of his locations. If Monny does not give me a call on Monday (as promised) I will look at other avenues. read more

As a loyal client for over 5 years I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I had noticed for several months a few of the buttons on my shirts & cardigans were coming back chipped. I said something and just asked that more attention be made as they were being cleaned. Then today, one button was ruined. I was hoping for a simple statement, such as "let us replace the button with something similiar" Instead I received several excuses and was pointed to the wall policy that they are not responsible for anything other than the fabric. Well my "fabric" had been stained by what looked like a chemical. And they still just made excuses. I told them I would no longer be a client and would also give bad reviews and not recommend them to anyone. So DO NOT USE Dry Clean Super Cleaners on Upper Greenville. I couldn't be happier! I have been coming to this location for years, since a closer location closed. Their service is excellent. I use them for business and personal items. My clothes, bedding, and lab coats are cleaned well, on time, and for the lowest prices that I have found. They do minor alterations for a reasonable charge. Monny and Lucy always have something funny or kind to say. Once they have your credit card info, you just drop off and pick up, and there is rarely a line. I've used their services for many years and have gradually become a loyal customer because of the excellent quality of their cleaning, their reasonable price, their rapid and dependable turnaround time--and most of all because of Manny, the Manager. He's unfailingly soft spoken, patient, attentive and polite and always serves his customers with good cheer and a smile. Moreover, his wonderful wife also used to work there prior to the birth of their second child and she too equally reflected those same fine qualities by which I've just described Manny.
