Overall, a nice coffee shop in downtown Nantucket, a little off the beaten path for a morning libation!

The low stars is due to them having three registers going screaming "next" as the pile of people that already ordered were piling up on each other plus strollers and they kept taking orders while one young lady was making the coffees, teas and smoothies. I felt awful for her. There was an employee young man standing there doing nothing but screaming "next" as well. I felt so bad for the young lady trying to keep up with all of the orders. If you are the owner reading this, please train your team to stop taking orders on two of the three registers for a minute and help clean the line out of orders by helping. Besides for marketing purposes, we all know a line to your place makes people crave your place even more. Hope you are able to train on attitude, organization, and empathy for another human being that is on the team. I will say the chai tea was made well.

Absolutely horrible service! Not only the the person at the counter not know how to pronounce items on the menu, it took her 4 times to even get our order correct. If I wouldn't have caught it she would have charged me $36 for a wrap. There went 15 minutes; then for 1 wrap and 1 panini it took 35 minutes just to get our food - the business was not busy. The woman in front of us was ordering a coffee smoothie and had been waiting so long she went up and asked twice about her order. Our sandwiches were mediocre at best, and the falafel was microwaved. I want to like this place because I love one of the owners, but I just can't - I have been here a handful of times to try and support local business, but will not be returning. read more

I chose the fruit/granola parfait because it was the only item I could find that was marked "organic". I came here because they advertise "organic" food but I'd guess that maybe 10% of the menu items have organic ingredients. I asked the young girl at the counter if they brew organic coffee and you'd think I asked if she'd been to the moon. She had NO IDEA and I felt embarrassed for her and her young coworker who stammered over their words as they claimed it was "probably" organic. The parfait sucked! Huge container of plain yogurt with not enough honey or toppings. I followed this place on Instagram for months before visiting Nantucket, and as a person who is passionate about organic eating, I am so disappointed. read more

I got what an amazing spot this was!!! Sooo beautiful Inside, shout out to Hafsa and Co for the flower installations! I had the Persian, and it was so good and unique! My friend had the breakfast salad and she wanted to lick her plate!!!! The service was just impeccable, you could really tell the server really loved her job, and loved having us. This place is delicious! My boyfriend and I intended to visit other coffee shops around town but always ended up coming back here. The hot healing latte is wonderful. My boyfriend ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and loved it. Açaí bowl is also great as well! read more
