    Johanna did an amazing job with my perm. I've been getting them elsewhere for a year and a half but decided to try a salon closer to home. I showed her a photo and explained what I wanted, including bangs (which I didn't currently have). She was thorough and I have never had a stylist deliver 100% of what I asked. She has a new lifetime client in me. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean.

    The service was excellent. My stylist knew exactly how to perm my hair and it came out looking fantastic!! The two stylist working, though they just obtained their license l, we're so professional and knowledgeable! Whatever school they went to taught them well. I love my curls and my cut.

    Straight from combing

    Requested the first photo. I have waited years to get my hair this long again after an accident.(my mom and sister cut it since they had to wash for 8 weeks) I do not use any products on my hair, just basic shampoo and conditioner. I put coconut oil on it occasionally. I do not use any curling irons, flat irons, or hot curlers! Megan, the operator wanted to cut my hair before the perm, but I prefer waiting for about 2 weeks. She didn't like that. The wash was ok, but twice is always better. The rolling was ok, should have been tighter, and kept wet. I had to ask for cotton for the edges. She covered with a trash bag. Checked it once and said ten more minutes. So, 40 minutes with solution on! ( my head should have been warmed with dryer. The areas that took were the edges of scalp. The warmest area with the cotton and plastic rolled up) She rinsed lightly, then then neutralizer for 10. She took the rollers out before she rinsed the neutralizer out. This rinse was too quick, (also took the rollers out) rinsing about 2-3 minutes. When I sat back down in the chair she combed it! Yes combed with a regular comb, not like a pick, I was so distraught. She wanted to do a conditioning treatment. I have no words. Please DO NOT USE LEMON TREE, KELLER TX and/or HURST TX MEGAN IS THE OWNER OPERATOR. MEGAN FRIED MY HAIR! I phoned her later that day, she was not available! I phoned the next day, she spoke with me for very short time, said she was with client and would call me back. She never called me back (Surprised? NO! ) The next evening I phone and we spoke. She keeps blaming it on my hair. Will not take responsibility, or even apologize and set up future time to correct. On google review I gave her 1star. Can't leave a review with "0" stars.

    I got a haircut the other day by Jaiden and he did amazing!! My hair felt so clean, my hair felt and looked healthy, and my blowout slayed!

Hannah tried to make the waxing as comfortable as possible, but it was still one of the more painful waxing experiences I've had. My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.
