We recently had my toddlers 2nd birthday party here. Everyone had so much fun and the process of renting the place was so simple and easy. I would definitely book another party here.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here had around 28 guests (including children). Was a perfect place for the party. Kids had a blast, the place was just the right size to hold an intimate party and not feel squished in or too big that parents had to run around after kids. The place is perfect for kids aged 2-5yrs. And the best part it was that all the toys and play areas were clean. Jiin was very accommodating. She allowed us to bring our own decorations and hang on the walls (some places don't allow bringing own decorations so this was a big plus for us) Would definitely recommend Lemon Tree!

Lovely place to host our sons second birthday. We booked the afternoon slot and we got in half an hour early to set up the decorations. The manager there helped us with it but also half an hour is really less time. We had 6 people total who were decorating on full speed and yet it took us a good 45 mins to decorate everything according to put theme. The space is great for kids independent play and parents to get a breather :) Most kids who could walk were playing independently and others were just hanging out with their parents. We are definitely coming back here!

Came for an open play which they have Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10am to 2pm. It's $25 for two hours, up to 3 persons in same household. They offered complimentary keurig coffee, but you have to drink it in the seating area, since there have been spills in the past. The area is small, but they have some nice wooden toys from Hape and Melissa and Doug. Again, since the area is small, it got pretty crowded when we were there, which made it harder for my little to be able to play with things. They also didn't have many kitchen items like food, plates, utensils, etc.

Took 2yo and 4yo for a Tuesday morning here. They had a blast and I was really impressed by the quality of toys. The owner stays in a back room (the connected photo studio) and is available if you ring a bell. We paid upfront ($25 for two hours) We stayed for 1 and a half hours and there was no one else there during that time. Another family was coming in as we were leaving. I think we only managed to play with 1/3 of the toys there. Plenty more to explore when we come back. They let you bring your own food (to be eaten in a large eating area). They have cafe chairs, bench seating, and ikea high chairs. Not a ton of parking if you're looking to host an event.

We had my daughters first birthday and it was truly a great place to do it. The facility is clean and very well kept. The space layout is great for parents and children. The space is a great place for kids to play for 10 and under.parents can sit in the cafe area and see what their kids are doing since it's a pretty open space. The party facilities was great for the party for 35 people. They did an amazing job decorating it and setting the table. The process to reserve and book was fairly simple! It truly was a great experience and would recommend other to check this space out.

I am happy for this place to have finally re-opened! They have done amazing job re-modeling the place while it was closed. I loved the themed areas of outdoor picnic/campfire, kitchen, and beauty parlor and baby care, and train station and cars. They have tons of new toys and books as well. My 3 year old had so much fun. I also appreciated that there are multiple padded baby-centric areas. I also love that they now have a fancier coffee machine that makes lattes! Coffee and tea is free during you stay, and you can also bring your own food to eat. Covid policies: Currently you can book for an hour of private play for $100 or 2.5 hours for $200. They allow 10 people in your group, and it can be up to 3 families. They take everyone's temperature prior to allowing entry. They allow 30 minutes between groups to sanitize the facility. The staff leaves the area during the time, and you just ring a bell if you need assistance. Overall, the rate is a bit steep for single families, but understandable for these times, and comparable to other indoor play rates I have seen. Great option for indoor play during all this smokey weather. and they have a huge air purifier running as well. I was happy with our experience, and will be back again when the kids and I need a special treat!

We had our daughter's 3rd birthday at LemonTree. Jiin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive to all questions I had before we booked, helped adjust timing as needed and lent a hand when we were decorating as well. The place itself is heaven for 2-5 years old. My daughter and her friends went crazy there. I'm even thinking to take them there again for open play sometimes. It's completely childproof, just perfect space for 20-25 people. Different theme play areas that kids explored on their own. Gated so no worries for the adults socializing at the same time. The best of all is - total area is booked for one party. There was no sharing of any space. Overall we loved our little one's party there.

I came here on a Tuesday during lunch time. There were about 5 other parties at Lemon Tree, which was nice because there were other children but not so many that it felt crowded. I brought my 10-month-old daughter, and I wasn't sure if there'd be enough activities for her to do since she's not yet walking. However, since she likes to pull to stand and stand while holding onto furniture, there was plenty for her to do. I especially loved the padded gym area for her to crawl and explore. That room was very clean, and the foam blocks were in great condition. In the main play room there is a train table, kids table with chairs, bookshelf, small structure with steps and a slide, and wooden boat for children to sit in. There are a number of pretend play structures- a few different play kitchens, canvas cafe booth, and wooden house. Lemon Tree has quite a bit of Hape wooden toys, and I appreciated the quality of their items. There were very few plastic and/or battery-operated toys. I loved how clean and well-maintained the space was. Shoes are not allowed inside, so you leave them in the front but there are slippers to wear while you are there. Food is allowed in the cafe area and also in the play area, which is great and very practical for families with kids. I would say it's a wonderful place for families with kids 5 and under! $15 for one adult and child- you have to pay $5 for each additional adult/child and additional $5 for an extra hour.

$25 for 2 hours of open play on Friday. Very clean and fairly empty. There were at most 3 other families and plenty of room. They play loud dance music for for some reason but my son loved it. The free wifi is slow.

Do you allow booking private events on weekends? We're thinking 35 people for a possible baby shower

Thanks for your interest! Private events only during the weekend. No open play. Please email us at info@lemontreeevent.com for event inquiry!

Can you host 38 people? I have exactly 38 people that I need to have for my son 1st bday?

We sometimes allow couple more people. FYI, you don’t need to count 2yo and under.

Are you able to accommodate 50 total guests for a birthday party?

Unfortunately we can only host up to 35 ppl here.

Is it typically crowded on Fridays 10am-1pm timeframe?

It’s very random actually. Afternoon is slower generally for us.

You have to do this visit the right way to really get your money's worth. We came on a Tuesday arrived at 6:30 PM and it was not crowded at all. The prices online and in person are the exact same, out of convenience I decided to just pay in person. Customer service could be so much better, I understand we came at the end of the day, but upon arrival the person working the front was sitting back with her phone in hand and talking to someone on speaker. I initiated the greet and she followed it up with a question on whether or not we had been there before. Upon sharing we were first timers, she says there's a waiver to sign and points. I look back to see what she's point at about twice before I ask what she's referring to. Instead of her getting up to show me, she shares there's a QR code behind the computer lol. Fast forward to payment, she offers us either the 1 hour block or 2 hour block, but I had already seen that their hours were until 7:30... we arrived 6:30 so why would I be offered the 2 hour block and then be asked to leave within the hour?? Overall, great place to bring little ones to tire out, but during a weekday and their non busy times would be ideal! There were about 3 families total outside of ours roaming the place and made it very manageable to play in different areas. Customer service is meh, but I mean the only thing needed from them would be help getting in/paying for entrance. P.S. We did not use the bathrooms, so no input there!

Amazingly, Great America is closed on Saturdays, and it was way too hot to be outside. This spot was perfectly air-conditioned and just what we needed. I don't know if I got lucky with the crew on shift, but the staff were on top of it and made our experience awesome. We got to try everything with our tickets, and even I was able to crawl and run through all the attractions. (I'm a petite adult who works out, if you're larger or have bad knees, you might get stuck.) I paid $38 for me and my niece to play together until more kids showed up. There's also a membership for $25/month (one adult + one child), but you have to commit to at least 3 months. This place was worth every penny. My niece made friends right away and ran around playing until closing at 8 PM. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be even more fun: **1. Bathrooms:** They were a bit of a mess--typical kid chaos, like toilet paper everywhere. Totally expected, but a little more frequent cleaning during peak hours would go a long way. **2. Bazooka Ball:** It took *way* too long to get a game started. Some kids had to leave before it even began, and kids kept asking me, "Is it going to start?" When it finally did, playtime was only 3-5 minutes. That felt rushed, especially after waiting so long. I think it would help to have a set schedule for these games to be posted and spread out throughout the day. It could even be a fun "grand finale" before closing. I get that it takes safety training to run the game, but giving families a clear time to plan around would make a big difference. I can see parents saying after bazooka ball we're going home. Also, I got to play 2times, the guns worked fine the first round--but the second time, mine and my niece's guns were broken. With such a short play window, fiddling with gear that doesn't work really sucked. Before starting a game, someone should test each gun and label the ones that are out of air. That way, every kid gets a fair shot. I'm glad our first round was solid, but I could see a kid being really disappointed if they waited forever, got a broken gun, and then lost. **3. The Tire Slide:** There's a slide in other reviews where kids sit on a tire and roll down a long, fast track. We were so excited to try it--my niece hauled that heavy tire up the stairs, ready to fly--but when she sat on it, nothing happened. It just... stopped. No roll at all. I don't know if they changed the flooring, but it's a huge letdown. That slide was a major selling point for us, and it didn't deliver. I get that speed could be a liability, but even a slight roll would make the climb feel worth it. We all sign the waiver--some fun and freedom here would go a long way. **4. The Ball Pit:** My niece tried to cannonball in--only to find out it's not even full. Just a floor with maybe half an inch of balls, giving the illusion it's deep. She didn't get seriously hurt, but she did hurt her leg jumping in. We sat and watched other kids do the same thing--one after another--slowly realizing the pit wasn't safe for jumping. At trampoline parks, they mix foam blocks in with the balls so kids can jump and swim around safely while staying on top. It also helps staff see everyone and prevents accidents. I think adding something like that would make the ball pit way more fun and way less risky. --- **Things included with your ticket:** - Maze - Trampoline - Jumpy House - Bazooka Ball - Mini Golf - Rock Climbing - All slides **Extras (cost extra):** - Food & water - Arcade games - Claw & candy games They even have a toddler area--secluded and locked off from the bigger kids. Perfect for little ones to roam freely and have a blast. **Suggestions for an even cooler experience:** A game card--like at Chuck E. Cheese--where you can play arcade games unlimited for a set time (starting when you swipe) would be a game-changer. It would keep the energy going and give families more value. Even without the changes I highly recommend this indoor park. I can see this playground getting old after a few times but for my first time here this place was lit and there was a birthday party going on so there was more kids playing hide and seek and tag it was a good time.
