You can pay $65-75 minimum then tip whatever you like ... even 10% for a total of $72-82... i am not a regular at lemon tree, but had received excellent massages... isn't quality of the massage and total cost most important???? This was my third and last visit. The first time I came here it was excellent. The massage was awesome and Sherry was very professional. The second time I came the massage was just okay. This third time was terrible! The girl giving my massage was actually very good, and it might have been relaxing if she wasn't answering the phone and booking appointments during my massage. When I asked her if somebody else could answer the phone, she told me she was in charge of the phone. There were NINE interruptions during my hour long massage. Between the phone calls and noisy employees, I not only couldn't relax and enjoy it, I was actually getting very angry and keyed up. At the end of the service, no discount or free return was even offered. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me that the manager was off and there was nobody to talk to except her. I went a few months ago and signed in. I asked for foot massage. The lady showed me the price chart and I again said foot and pointed to it on price chart She said oil massage? And I said no, foot. I then signed in and wrote foot massage just to be clear what I wanted. She then walked me in back, passed the chairs where the foot massage usually would take place into a room and had me take off my clothes for an oil massage. I should have stopped it right then and there but was put in an awkward situation. She ended up charging me for a body oil massage (no surprise) and I tipped accordingly as it was not a bad massage just very bothered by the situation. read more

Got off work today with a horrible knot in my shoulder. Found this place by accident. Went in for a quick 30 min massage. Woman behind counter Aleen said I should get 30 min hot oil deep tissue massage. $32.00. And worth every penny. God I feel great after this. Private room I left my pants on took off my shirt only and showed her where it hurt. She took care of it from there. Knot is finally gone and I can go back to work feeling great. I don't understand how this place got so many good reviews. If you've ever had a professional massage before, you will immediately recognize that this place is a very unprofessional establishment. During my massage, I mentioned that my neck and shoulders were tight, so the lady giving me the massage stopped and took out her calculator to let me know that focusing on the "top" part of the body would be "EXTRA!" I had already paid extra for deep tissue.. which I was NOT deep at all. The majority of the massage was very superficial. After paying for all the extras, I didn't have any more cash, so I asked if I could use a credit card to charge the tip. The lady asked, "No Cash?" She gave me a dirty look, as she proceeded to run my credit card. I definitely will NOT be coming back to this place! BAD MASSAGE. BAD SERVICE. AVOID. read more

This is my second time coming here for a 60 minute full body massage, and I have received fantastic massages both times. The pressure was perfect for me (I like it medium) but she did ask a few times if I needed it any harder. I spent $50 (+tip) for a full hour, full body session, including a hot stone treatment, and a facial massage/treatment, I did pressure between 3-4 (medium) which was perfect. The service here was okay. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came. I made an appointment for a 75 mins combo couples massage. My partner said his person gave him a really good massage and he felt great. My massage was okay, there was lack of pressure which I had circled 5/8 on their pressure scale at check in. I would say overall their customer service was friendly, not rude at all. However, my masseuse was clearing her throat every 2 minutes and sniffling while talking to me in very close proximity. This made me feel alarmed cause she did not wear a mask around me. It was also hard to relax when someone is clearing their throat/sniffling every 2 minutes. This was yesterday, and today I started developing a sore throat. She also barely massaged my foot which we chose the combo. I felt like she was just rubbing them softly. They forgot we had a 75 mins session so they ended session early at 60 mins, came back 2 mins later, apologized and proceeded to just rub our shoulders for 15 more mins to hit that 75 mins. Not to mention, my masseuse kept coming and going out. I wasn't sure why, but I felt interrupted. I think there's a lack of professionalism and infection control. Please wear a mask if you don't feel well or even just to protect the health of your clients. I am torn between coming and not coming back. However my partners experience was different from mine and he thoroughly enjoyed his massage. read more

LOW QUALITY MASSAGES and DISHONEST EMPLOYEE(S)at the Yorba Linda location. You get what you pay for, and these days, their massages are not that great of a deal anymore. $50+ for an hour massage with unskilled workers. You run the risk of injury with unskilled workers and still end up paying $70 with tip. You might as well spare yourself the hassle of going here, and just pay a random person for a massage, because I'm not sure the masseuses have any real credentials. Worse however than their ammateur massages, I was told by a friend to never bring any jewelry in, because they have a habit of personal belongings going missing there, but I figured people were just exaggerating or careless. The first two visits were to get a massage with a friend and it was ok, but going there the third time, I forgot my ring there in the clothing box and called the moment I got home. They claimed not to understand and then asked me to dig through their trash when I arrived even though I knew it was left in the box. Of course, after digging through their trashbag filled with chicken bones and gross food left overs and then waiting forever to get the green light to go back in the room, the ring was nowhere to be found. There were 5 people working that day, and I am fairly sure the deer in headlights worker who said she cleaned the room after I left and saw nothing backed herself into a corner and wouldn't budge. It's unfortunate that she was willing to steal from a customer who tipped her generously. However, I won't ever return. It's not worth a $20 savings for a sub-par massage and a dishonest worker. I feel for the owner, but honesty is a non-negotiable for me. read more

I had a fantastic experience! I had read several of the reviews for this spa, and I also had a bit of difficulty communicating with the person I talked with on the phone to schedule my appointment. However, when our call dropped, he called me back in order to confirm my same-day appointment. I received a 60 min private full-body massage that incorporated the oils and hot stones for $40. My masseuse, Mabel, was very experienced and professional, and she checked in periodically on how I was feeling. The staff is professional, if not the most talkative. This was the first time I got a massage here. At first I was a little apprehensive. I called 30 minutes ahead and was able to get an appointment. The man spoke English but it was difficult to understand him. When I arrived, I felt apprehensive again because there was not much communication and there seemed to be a language barrier. However, there wasn't much to say. I made my selection from a menu and was led back to the room. Then the massage therapist exited while I got undressed. The room was cozy and inviting. The prices are very reasonable! I got a 90-minute massage for only $60! I have gone to a lot of massage therapy places and I have to say this was definitely worth the money. My massage therapist had magic hands and was a true artist of knowledge and precision. She provided me with many techniques, some I had never experienced before. It wasn't just a massage, she used warm oil, hot stones, wet towels... it was the whole therapeutic experience. The restroom was also very clean and comfortable. They even gave me a bottle of water when I paid my bill, which I thought was a nice touch. I left feeling so drowsy and relaxed. Since I live with chronic pain, I know I will return here for regular massages. I had better movement and less pain from one visit. Couldn't be happier with my experience. My first time so started with 1 hr foot massage. This is a good place for relaxation and the price is reasonable. The ambiance is really nice and serene. The massage ladies are using a very neutral pressure that you can almost fall into sleep. But if you are looking for the hardcore get rid of your knots kind of massage, I'm not sure this is the place for it. Maybe if you can communicate with them they will do it.
