Worst service I've received at any restaurant. I've been here before and it wasn't at all like this. Came in 2/3 around 4pm and felt rushed through ordering my poke bowl. There wasn't any reason to be rushed because there wasn't a single customer besides me -- but they barely made any effort. Staff wasn't helpful at all and didn't even tell me that what i asked for would be extra charge. I had to ask and double check. I also was going to ask for togo after finding out it comes out in their own bowl if i ate here -- staff member was already too rushed to go and make the food, she gave me a sarcastic response saying all foods come in bowls? when i had asked regarding if it came out in a take-out style bowl or not. The space inside is nice but i wouldn't come again for their sad service. The poke bowl is definitely not worth $17 because there was barely ANY poke or avocados and just had a ton of rice. I had to be strategic in eating one piece with a scoop of rice. I looked at other reviews to see if my poke was their norm and it seems like the stingy amounts is a common occurrence here. read more

One challenge is they were out of the salmon and didn't realize it until after we ordered it. They also had to fresh cook some brussels sprouts. We substituted the salmon for the chicken. Pretty good restaurant with both outdoor and indoor seating. I was surprised at how many food items and sandwiches were offered. I always thought this was just a place for drinks. My friend got some type of alad with avocado and tomatoes. He really liked it too. He is dieting. I found it interesting that they don't have strawberry lemonade since that is very popular wherever you go now, but I ot the blood orange and it was very tasty. This chain restaurant has been around for a while and their lemonade always hits the spot after a hot day. They have an extensive menu that offers protein bowls, sandwiches, and side dishes that compliment their food. Most of the time I just stop by for their lemonade, but in some cases I get a sandwich eithier their steak sandwich chiminchurri with a side of white truffle Mac and cheese or their Mango chicken bowl. Had a fantastic meal here! I was amazed at the portions for the price....$22 WITH tip and a nice lavender lemonade! Service was a little slow because there was only one girl on the floor and she was totally inundated with DoorDash orders as well as customers but she went above and beyond as she managed the register, took orders, AND served food. Phenomenal job and truly incredible work ethic from this staff member...it's very tough to be understaffed during peak hours and she handled it with so much grace and class. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Chicken was succulent and juicy. I will definitely come back to Lemonade again if I'm in Huntington, and would even go out of my way to check out their other locations. It truly pains me to write this because I used to love this Lemonade location! But they have covered the glass panes so you can't see the food (!!!), it looks horrible. The nicest thing about Lemonade was that you could see the beautiful fresh food...and they changed it! They also moved the menu to the other end of the counter from where you enter. I think they are trying to change the flow of people so that the ordering is quicker but it just messes up the entire experience. On top of it, they made the menu so small and there is so much text it's hard to even read what is offered. And the service was disappointingly rude. The girls who used to work here were so nice! Now, the person who I can only imagine is the new manager, appears to not care at all about customer service. Please change it back to the way it used to be! read more

Dirty tables. Dirty walls. Terrible service. Five employees behind the counter and they make a line because three people stand around and two people work. Waited ten minutes just to order lemonade with just two people ahead of me. Four employees stand around. When it was my turn to order, cashier walked away to the back, and the other two employees turn and face the other direction. I loved lemonade and I was recommending it to everyone I know. My family are loyal fans of Lemonade - we've been going to the HB shop since Pacific City was built and first opened. Personal favorites have included a Pesto Chicken Sandwich, Truffle Mac and Cheese, and Spicy Hawaiian Ahi Poke Bowl - which have been fresh, well portioned, and a reasonable price in regards to its quality. However, during a visit today, my family was very disappointed with what we received. While the taste was the same, the portions we got was less than half of what it used to be. For $15, looking at the portion size was a travesty. I'm not sure if this was a one-time exception at the HB site or a new rule towards portions going on towards its many other restaurant sites. With such a highly regarded brand, this was very disappointing to my family who have enjoyed the Lemonade chain for years. read more

Overall, I just didn't have a great experience here. Food: I ordered salmon and it was tasteless and cold. Cold sides were okay but nothing to rave about. I enjoyed the Mac and cheese which upped my review to 2 stars. Service: horrible. I was shocked at how my family was treated. I think I annoyed her by asking what was gluten free. She didn't know so I asked her to find out. She said the white sushi rice wasn't gluten free and then just threw red rice in the bowl and said it is the only option. We could have ordered a different meal with potatoes or something but okay... then she just kept rushing us through the assembly line. When we got towards the end, she threw our items up on the counter and mine nearly slid off fell. The lid wasn't even attached correctly, but thankfully I caught it. I ordered food from here and they never gave the delivery driver my drink and obviously they don't look at the order to know what kind of accommodations there are... I request no bacon on my sandwich since I do not eat pork and they still added bacon... I got the tomato and avocado side and the avocado is brown... I don't know why I am writing another review for Lemonade because it is already so popular is well liked by everyone. But if you have never tried Lemonade then you really should. It's also a little different here than it use to be. Their menu has changed and now offers more options including the Build Your Own Bowl. Honestly I just like their salads and just order them separately. The reason why I am not giving this place 5 stars is because I asked the girl for a poached salmon salad and changed my mind. I saw her put the salmon that was on the lettuce back and put the lettuce back in the tray. She also tried to give me the last of the lettuce which was barely a handful. However I ended up getting something else that I liked so not a big deal. It's usually crazy busy here but the line can go pretty quick. I've always been a fan of lemonade and will continue to be. Great spot right in the PCH. It's located within an outdoor mall across the street from the beach and the pier. The food was good, very filling! Both sandwich were stuffed with food and at times were hard to eat but you just have to reorganized haha! The lemonade and the deserts were amazing. This was my favorite restaurant in Glendale back when I used to live in the valley, and I was so sad when it closed down as well as the one in Manhattan Beach. I was so surprised to find it open in Huntington Beach. The food is exactly how I remember it, and I am glad they did not change their menu. The girl who assisted me was also very nice. I needed to validate my parking here, so I stopped by Lemonade to pick up a beverage and a small side of their truffle mac & cheese. I'll be honest. Lemonade is not my favorite and I live next to the one in Irvine for 2.5 years and have only been there once. This Lemonade location honestly has the best patio overlooking the HB pier. The vibes here are great, but the food is pricey and mediocre at best. The small side of truffle mac & cheese and the lavender lemonade both cost me about $10. The truffle mac was too mushy and the lavender lemonade was far too sweet. I had to let the ice in the lemonade to dilute to enjoy it. read more

My friends were craving poke, I suggested lemonade and we were excited to get it after our workout, when we got there around 7:45pm, they only had one left!! We we were so sad. (At the other Lemonade, when they run out..that's it..You're outta luck.) Devan overheard us & had fresh ones made for us in the back!! We were so thankful!! Lemonade is one of those trendy places I've always wanted to try since they opened years ago. I had heard good things about their Mac and cheese specifically. Me, being a big fan of Mac and cheese - especially the fancy ones with all the toppings - I just had to get it! My sister had tried it previously and highly recommended the truffle Mac and cheese. It was my mistake for ordering the regular Mac and cheese at first so I ended up trying both of them! I have to say, I think I may have liked the regular Mac and cheese better. Something about the truffle was a little off to me. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious! But I did prefer the regular Mac better. I also ordered the pineapple mango lemonade to go with my meal. I will say that was a huge mistake and I absolutely do not recommend that specific flavor of lemonade! It was very faint in taste and I'm not sure why but the entire drink had pineapple shavings in it. Kind of killed the whole thing having to chew up bits of tough pineapple with every sip. I'll have to try one of their other flavors next time with hopes that those make up for the bad first impression of their lemonades. Other than that one hiccup. Everything else was great! Love the location too. You can sit across from the beach and enjoy your lunch/dinner. For me it was a beautiful sunny day - I had the perfect view of HB. read more

Their food was ok. We were sitting at the patio, they could clean up a bit but we had our dog with us so we had no other option. The guy at the register was kinda slow. I asked to have the parking ticket validated he agreed but he must have not done anything because we ended up with $24 of parking charges after spending almost $50 on lunch. **This is to reply to the manager JP's response. We stayed three hours, should have two hours validated and we should have only paid $8 just so you know. You still denied the fact that your staff failed to validate the parking ticket. Not very helpful at all! No wonder this place is going downhill. Poor management and customer services. read more

The handling of the food was very bad! Got our cold kids grill cheese and I think they were out of cheese from the look of what they gave us! No supervision behind the counter. Staff giving free food to their friends and bad service! I don't blame the staff I blame management.
