I've been going to Lemongrass since they first opened and I have never been disappointed. The service is friendly and the food is amazing! It's a great place for a quick lunch (they are usually pretty busy during the week but I've never had a problem being there too long) or a nice dinner. I've tried a lot of their menu items but I LOVE the pineapple fried rice, which isn't much of a Thai staple, but it's always what I go back to at least every other time I'm there. Any of the noodle dishes or curries are delicious, as well as the amazing Vietnamese hand rolls that come with the bento box. read more

Lemongrass is always delicious! The staff is always so nice and accommodating. The portions are huge. My favorite is the pineapple fried rice, and crab rangoon. The only thing I don't care for is that the seating is a little tight so if you go at a busy time it can seem a bit crowded. However totally worth it! Here on travel is this was No. 1 on Yelp and it definitely lived up to it. All the restaurants we passed had the typical Monday crowd, not Lemongrass (completely packed). Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and even though it was super busy we got our food out in a timely manner. read more

Very bad service, although it is understandable that it is a busy restaurant, the service was awful and most were very rude. I went with a large party and every 10 minutes a new waiter came to take order and by the time we were ready to pay they all were confused and didn't know what to do. Furthermore, when i went up to pay for my bill, which we had to do because the waitress failed to split our bills correctly, she charged me twice for an entree. When i went to correct the error the lady (i was informed her name is Thai Thai) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend, they do not have a versatile menu, and many wouldn't like the type of food they have. Not to mention the overpriced food, the food was not worth the amount of money i paid. I wanted to give this place 5 stars for the food because the dishes were great. Everyone enjoyed their meal tonight however the service was lacking. It took almost 10 minutes just to seat us then another 5 for waters. Our others drinks took so long they came out with our meal. It appeared there was one person working the entire front of the house alone. She was the hostess, server, bartender, cashier and busser. We began to wonder if she was the cook too. I recommend the place on the condition that you're not in a hurry or too hungry because you'll be there a while. read more

This place was absolutely amazing. The panang is incredible, one of the best I have had. Green curry is very good. Kimchi fried rice was very good as well (even to people that don't like Kimchi). I don't find many places in the QC that have kimchi on their menu - but fortunately Lemongrass does! The Kimchi Fried Rice is to die for. I get it with tofu (and they do their tofu very nicely; small cubes, toasty on the outside and soft on the inside) but you can do any type of meat. The ladies are great at making suggestions and are always friendly. In my experience so far (have eaten there about once a month for last few years) the service is good even when the place is packed. read more
