This was my first time going and I was not disappointed. The venue is very clean and well kept. I was greeted and told to sign in, which started a rewards program for me. After about 10 minutes, I was greeted by Jenny who works at table 1. She brought me over to her table and asked what kind of color, shape and extra designs I'd like. I had a large chip on my thumb nail but I wasn't worried about it since I wanted a more coffin shape. She checked in while she was filing the nail to make sure I was satisfied and double checked again before she painted them. I'm very happy with the work she did and how friendly and accommodating she was. There was also a young girl that wanted a specific design and the other nail techs waited for her to be finished with me so she could do the design herself. I went here for the first time to get my nails done. I've never had art on my nails, but I saw some pictures on Instagram that I thought were nice and asked to have them modeled after that. The designs did come out nice however my nails are super thick and I was surprised that there was absolutely no cuticle care involved in the nail service. Initially, I left only half of disappointed at the lack of cuticle care. But then I started noticing more and more details like how the nail tips don't line up with my natural nail. read more

Paid $50. for pedicure that looks like nails have already grown out for week or two. Gal took paint brush and took off polish at cuticle. Told her I wasn't happy, but they were closing. Last time polish on two toes came off. I've tolerated a crap nail polish job 2 times now. DONE! read more

Phil is the best manicurist I've ever had. He did my spooky black Halloween stiletto full set, all hand painted (no stencils, no stickers, no air brushed). The ghosts and the heart web were my favorite. I got a lot of compliments on them, and they lasted me a month. Went back and had Justin for my "november MMIW" coffin shaped fill nails. Not as attentive to detail, but I'm grateful they had the perfect hand sticker, and Phil was gracious to help out with the hand painted feather. read more

Went in for the first time today with an appt with Phil and a pedicure for my upcoming baby shower. What can I say ... AMAZING SERVICE !! Left in love with my nails. Phil recreated an inspo pic that turned out exactly identical. My pedicure was also amazing. I didn't get his name (older guy/man) but he did great! I will be back for sure for my next appt. I would give them no stars if I coul. I had been a client of the employee Phil for over 6 months, last week I got a color change and he put polish on a design I did not want polish on and I asked him to remove it. He did but today when I called to try and make my monthly appointment for a full set he told me he did not want to do my nails anymore and made up some bs excuse to the reason being that he always spends a long time doing my nails which was not true. Some times I get little to no designs, and sometimes I get long or medium or short length nails. I switch up. If you look on they're Instagram page they always do designs on people that would take quite a bit of time to do. Not once did he ever tell me that the time he spends doing my nails was a problem, but the very first time I asked him to remove something from my nails he did that I did not like he tells me that he does not want to do my nails anymore. I have also witnessed other employees at Lens Nails switch up the price on costumers after the price was agreed on already even though nothing extra was done or anything. If I were you I would stay far away from this salon because not only do they try and rip costumers off but if you tell them to fix something they messed up they will tell you they do not want to do your nails anymore. The whole experience I just was put through by employee Phil was mean and very hurtful because I have never done anything to him. I have always paid what he asked and tipped him. So for him to just abruptly say he doesn't want to do my nails anymore and then lie to me about the reason is just sickening. I wrote this review to warn people so that no one else has to experience what I was put through by this employee and business. read more

The service was truly impeccable! This was my first time visiting this salon and it definitely won't be my last. I opted for a number 4 pedicure, which was exactly what I needed. The cleanliness of the shop and the proper sanitization of all instruments exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back for another pedicure, and next time I'll be sure to get a manicure as well, but I just couldn't decide on a design that I wanted to get. Maybe next time I'll be more adventurous and try out a bold new look! read more

I went in as a walk in pedicure. They were very busy and asked if I could come back in about an hour. No problem as I was a walk in. I went back and was seated right away. I was desperate for a pedicure due to me not being able to do it myself. I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my joints. It was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have ever had. Best service and value. Moderately priced unlike so many salons these days that cost a fortune. The staff are SO nice, it's usually quiet even when it's busy. Good color selection. Update: I loved my gel pedicure experience so much I went back and got a gel manicure. I'm so disappointed because they are quite literally the worst nails I've ever had professionally done. The color is uneven, missing in spots, and all over my skin. It's not just staining from the dark color, there is actual paint on my cuticles and fingers. I was told just to wash it off myself when I got home.... They also re filed my nails after they put on the top coat and they ended up scuffing and removing some of the color on the tips. I genuinely don't think this person is practiced in gel nails. I was truly in shock. I got a different person for my pedicure than my manicure. I can't speak to their other services- their acrylic nails look amazing on their instagram, but I would avoid gel nails. I'm so bummed to say I won't be going back. I really thought I found a great salon, but unfortunately the skill levels amongst technicians vary too much. My gel pedicure came out beautiful and my technician was wonderful. She checked the color with me during initial application which ended up being too bright and happily changed it which was very thoughtful. This will be my new go to salon. read more

Don't waste your money here, the workers do not take their time. I asked for a french manicure and the guy gave me garbage. The white part was painted unevenly and when I asked about it he didn't even bother to fix it. Would absolutely not recommended this place! Real is so real, informative and kind! I walked in and was greeted right away. Sat down and told the girl what I wanted. She then showed the photo to Real who was with another client, they asked if I could wait 10 mins and I did. The wait wasn't long at all. I'd rather have someone who knows what they're doing rather than a worker just doing it to do it. I wanted a translucent marble design on acrylic powder. Real looked at it and made some suggestions to which made sense to me and he started right away. The manager who is Real told me that they have just bought this and it's under their management since October so they're fairly new and they are more hip, they are making the place more young and keeping up with trends. I've never loved a mani more than I love this one! Give them a chance and go get your nails done. You won't regret it! Worth every dollar! Thank you Real. read more
