Because the ability to withdraw funds was an option through Co-op, Jesus was kind enough to come out to the ATM, to show how to process my transaction. He also explained how to recognize which Credit Unions or Banks this function works. It seems this credit Union processes transactions so much quicker than other Credit Unions.

They were super friendly and helpful. Linh was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helped me understand all of the coverages. The only time my insurance went up is when I had a ticket about 6 years ago, so maybe that is the reason why her price went up. Prices do not go up on its own, there are usually a reason. Last year, my insurance policy went up, and before I even had a chance to call Linh, she called me to let me know that the insurance company did not include and discount, she updated the price for me very easily. It is very hard to find an office that will call me at my renewals. My old agent never did that. I love that they are on top of their game. Kudos ladies! My family and I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and we do not plan to leave anytime soon.
