My wife and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Philly and and Italian sub, and per usual, we were not disappointed! The subs were fresh and the bread was just the right texture. My order was completed on time by the staff, and was placed on the appropriate to go order location. I went into this location today and ordered a Philly. The service was extremely good and orders were coming out very quickly. The restaurant appeared very clean. The only thing they messed up was not giving me the red relish requested in my order, but I am not even mad about that. The sandwich was still delicious! I received a free birthday 7.5" sub for my birthday on 09-12-25 (my birthday is 09/15). It said I had 14 days to collect it. My husband & I went yesterday 9-26 to get it. We placed our order my husband ordered the 15" sub for $16.09 & we got 2 bags of chips. Total order including my "FREE SANDWICH" $30.91. Was told my free sub was no longer available!! I kept explaining that the 12th plus 14 days was 26th but they wouldn't agree. Said maybe 14 days from my birthday the 15th which would have been the 29th. I was there on the 26th. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Didn't even apologize!! My husband paid the $30.91 meal & said we would never be back. The sandwich was sub-par. Bread was dry thin toppings!! They sent a survey that evening to which I explained as above what happened. This morning I got a text at 7:00am from a Naomi saying sorry but they would use my experience to improve service. SERIOUSLY......so I decided to use this platform to inform customers stay away from this business who don't appreciate their customers!!!! read more

Lenny's's grill and subs at the corner of Appling and Stage Road. According to my taste buds, their Chicken Philly is the best tasting sandwich ever. My issue with them is the way they place the chairs. They purposely position the chairs, so the leg of the chair is over the table leg. Every time and I mean every time you pull a chair out, it hits the table leg. If you have something in your hand, it will catch you by surprise and you'll drop it. A person with the lesser balance, perhaps an older person might even fall. I guess it looks nice, but it's just not practical for the dining public. The food is outstanding. The service is almost always outstanding, but now you've booby trapped the table and chairs. If you had a drive-through, I would never come in your store again. read more

I came on a Wednesday night for Oak night and it was pretty crowded around 5. I ordered the club sub add avocado and i made it a combo. My son ordered the Philly and made it a combo. He loved it and ate every bit of it. Mine wasn't so good. The avocado, along with everything else on the sandwich made it very sloppy and the bread very soggy. I only end up eating half of it. After the 1 half, my stomach immediately began bothering me. Not sure what it could've been but i ended throwing the rest of the sandwich away.
