Food: 10" Cheesesteak Times Visited: twice OK let me start out by saying this was a very tasty cheesesteak and the employees there are super nice. Both times that I have ordered from here have hit the spot and it is becoming one of my "go-to" spots. Now some people might ask "so how does it compare to an actual cheesesteak from Philly?" Well anyone who has been around that area know that they can be massive and just stock piled with meat. Not the case here but what you do get is that gooeyness of cheese and fine cut meat with really good flavor. The cheese they use is swiss-american and while not the standard, does a pretty good job. One thing that is very noticeable is the bread. It is not the bread that you would associate with a cheesesteak because you may be thinking that it'll be crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. This is more like a Jimmy John's style of bread and while that may concern some, it actually tastes just fine mixed with the cheese, onions, and meat. It holds up pretty well too and the wife and I have not had any problems with it falling apart. Keep up the good works guys. read more

This a a great neighborhood sub joint . The restaurant is spotless and the staff genuinely seem to care . The subs are amazing, I like the size options they have. The size range is between 5 inches to 15 inches. I had the 71/2 inch sub. The size was just right for me. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. They have their own house brand chips that are really good. Prices were reasonable. I will be a regular here and plan on trying every sub on the menu. read more

My granddaughter and I felt like having a sub today so we opted for Lenny's. This is our first time here. The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The subs were delicious. My granddaughter is a very picky sandwich eater and she gave this place a five star rating and she said she would eat here again and again. I agree with her. Went in today for some subs and we were very impressed! We had the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian Sub. They were so good we ended up sharing! The ingredients were so fresh that the meat was even sliced in front of us. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they even bussed our tables for us which we have never experienced at a sub shop. We will definitely stop by again next time we are in town. read more

I knew it had to be good because the line wass always out the doorr, mostly pilots and flight attendants was excited to see there was one in Dallas tucked into a small strip center in Grapevine. First time here and frankly disappointed. Ordered the 10" Philly Chicken. Asked to replace standard provolone w American. Check. Asked for mushrooms. Never received. Pickles were paper thin and flimsy. Roll was certainly not an Amoroso. More of a standard bread type. It was fresh but not a cheesesteak role. Lastly, regarding the meat. Looked like they spread the meat from a small across the large role and sold me a large. A lot of bread. A true Philly would be packed. There was nothing packed about this sandwich. The food was hot and tasted good but just not what I was craving. Side note: I'm a FF guy. Nothing but Lenny's chips here. If you want fries w your sandwich this isn't your spot. read more

Howdy yall. Back with another great review of a hidden gem in our backyard. Lennys Grill is a brand based out of Memphis,TN so it's truly foreign to Texas. (First, to those in the know: Yea, its the real Lennys like back at home wit folks dat know whadey doin.) Okay to the newbies. Its the additions to the brand as well as the food that sets this place apart. My personal favorites are the jalapeños chips that aren't kettle. I'm not a fan of kettle and their chips have the best seasoning. Oh yeah plus their pepper relish has a spicy kick to eat that other sub shops lack. You know the ones if you enjoy pepper sauce. I paid around 13 bucks but I'm a carnivore and I love cheese. Thinly sliced meat with extra provolone. Oh and Chicken Philly is great too. If you're budget conscious then stick with the fresh subs. You'll finish half of their mile high sandwich and give up because it's just so much meat. Tell me I didn't get what I paid for. If you want a deal on a sub...go to your local grocery store and make your own....but it won't taste like Lennys. read more

Honestly I wasn't that impressed. I saw this place had just opened and wanted to try it out- I got the 7.5" Philly cheesesteak- it was over $9, and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either. For that price point I expect more, or at least include chips and drink. read more

Whoah! Where has this place been all my life? Downloaded their app and ordered a 10.5 Italian sub on cheddar bread. Order was correct and on time. Must have had at least 3 staff members greet me or say thanks. The sandwich was way bigger than I thought it would be. Meat was freshly sliced and lots of it. I didn't order extra but it sure seemed like it. Place was clean with lots of seating. I'm somewhat sad I probably won't be visiting my former go to sandwich shop. Lenny's may be it now! read more
