So, I ordered (2) Chicken Philly Subs with a few ingredients on them Here is what I got when I got home and opened them up #1 10"Sub Chicken Philly--Nothing but cold Chicken and Bread #2 5" Sub Chicken Philly--Nothing but cold Chicken and Tomatoes and Bread Paid $18.00 for this Not any condiments I requested on my 10" (Requested 6) My 5" had one condiment out of 6 I asked for (Freaking Tomatoes) I know workers are hard to find these days But, Making a sandwich shouldnt be that hard to do!! Wasn't even greeted when I came in ! Stood there for about 5 mins before the worker on lunch came up to take our order . My bacon Philly cheesesteak didn't have any flavor or peppers ! Really upset because I have visited other locations and was very happy ! Definitely won't revisit this location read more

This is the worst lennys ever lust like all the rest of the fast food restaurants in horn lake MS it sucks . they barely put any meat on the Philly and for the price this is not worth it . if I wanted mostly bread I would go to subway. read more

Hit or miss. Most days it's a lettuce sandwich. The standard of more meat than subway is gone. Bread sometimes stale and the staff after 2pm is very unprofessional. If you order extra meat they won't put it on there. It's a clean environment but that's all. Use to be my favorite location. Just go to Subway. read more

HORRIBLE!! I don't know what's so hard about a bacon cheesesteak sandwich with no onions but it's clearly way too hard for this crew. Not only did they get something so simple wrong the first time but I brought it back and they picked out the onions, added what looks like raw bacon and reheated it to make my bun hard and crumbly like a cracker! Laziness must be the new customer service post covid. If I could give them No stars I would. read more

I placed and paid for my pick-up order using the app. When we arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked, so we had to use the drive thru line. The line had approximately 7 cars in line including myself, and the intercom was broken, so we had to wait for each car to get to the window to order, pay, then wait for their food to be made. It took approximately 40 minutes for me to make it to the window to pickup my order, but bu then, when I received the food we had waited to long in line that our foor was cold and soggy. I will never use this location again. read more

If you haven't been here in awhile, save your money. This location use to be great, I always get the philly cheesesteak, in last yr I've gotten 1 twice, it was terrible both times. The meat taste entirely different. last wkend, a friend from out of town wanted lennys, I called in our order..simple Italian sub & turkey club, the girl who answered apparently not American & doesn't eat sandwiches..it was obvious she didn't know what the items were, I asked to speak to someone else, a man got on the phone & was rude. We got home one of our sandwiches was wrong.....idk if there is a new owner or what but I won't go back anytime soon read more

Was in line waiting to order a meal for 6 minutes but the customer in front of me used all 6 minutes by ordering a huge order before closing and by the time I was next they shut me down. Even after explaining that I'd been waiting before closing, employee didn't care. read more

Very disappointed! They play to much!!! Instead of taking care of customers they were laughing and talking. I'm placing my order and was interrupted while I'm talking by her asking what I want on my sandwich. IM TELLING YOU what I want if you turn around and talk to me instead of playing with your coworkers. I always get a large and split with my husband but it was nowhere near cut in half it was more like 1/3 and 2/3. Asked for S&P and oil/vinegar but couldn't taste any of it. Then I get home complaining and my husband told me he had the same experience earlier in the week. read more

Today I visited this Lenny's and the food was really good . The manager went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I had been skeptical about coming here Because I didn't have a good experience before but this store has did a complete 360 and I'm loving the new management and upkeep . Also , I love how they added the charging station in booth seat for phonies like me that's a Big plus . read more

I would NOT recommend the Horn Lake location. It used to be very good service & quality. I could be wrong but, I assume they have new management there. I used to go at least once a week because they always put Subway to shame. I always ordered the 7 1/2" Hot Italian with Mayo, Cheese & Onions ONLY. They NEVER can get it right whether I'm the only customer there or not. It seems to me that their computers have all the other sidings that come on the sandwich listed when they click on it & for some reason, they don't know how to only mark the sidings I want. Today was my LAST day ever going to this location. When I went by the window, I was the only one there accept maybe one other customer inside & like always, same sandwich, mayo, cheese & onions only is what I ordered, plus chips & drink. As always, they NEVER get it right. When I get home, the sandwich only came with meat & cheese, it had NO mayo or onions & of course, the bag was handed to me without the chips or a drink, which luckily I caught that & reminded them of my chips & drink that I paid for. So sick of simple screw ups everytime I go. I will make sure & go out of my to avoid that location & drive further to another one. read more

I've been a Lenny's fan for years and most sites are great. This one is NOT! The sandwiches are skimpily filled compared to other sites and the taste is bland. My favorite, the chicken salad sub, has way too much mayo and grisly chicken pieces and taste really bland. This site has to be the worst of the chain. read more

The limited amount of meat in the sandwiches is ridiculous. I actually complained and was told the prices went down and so did the size and contents. The price was not reduced enough to cover the reduced size and contents. I won't go to this shop again. Other Lenny's are more generous with the sandwich contents. read more

I always go to the Lenny's @ Malco in Southaven, but they where closed today and this was the closet location. Never will I ever make that mistake again. Me and a coworker always get the 2 can dine for $12.99 we never have been asked for a coupon and have never been told it starts at 4 (it doesn't even say that on the coupon). I tried explaining the situation and at first was fine with until I said I will never come back to this location when I over hear an employee saying, "well don't come back then". I then asked for a manager explained what happened and she was at first not willing to do anything for me I told her I wouldn't be back and she shut the drive thru window. Then she started hollering at the girl who I over heard in front of other customers, great customer skills let me tell you. She then comes back and says I am going to honor the 2 can dine, and I am going to throw in the cookies (cookies are included on the 2 can dine by the way), so I asked what about my refund she said that's why I am throwing in the cookies, I said so I am still going to pay 18 dollars for the 2 can dine, so she opens the register and gives me 4 dollars and coupons that expired in March. Worst customer service experience of my life. read more

One of the worst sandwich places I have ever been to, matter-of-fact it was THE worst sandwich place I have ever been to, I'm so happy this place closed down & I hope it's permanently. I showed up when there were no customers inside, no one was at the counter to serve me even though one of the employees was standing there on the phone having a personal conversation & when i walked up to the counter it looked like he was ready to take my order but he completely ignored me. Once another server finally showed up after two minutes they took my order and I waited. While waiting two sets of customers came in to place their order and sat down then that's when people started coming through the drive-thru. it took 15 minutes for me to finally get my order and this was after the other people that came in after me received their's, along with the people in the drive-thru. I was completely ignored and forgotten about. Then when I went to grab my order the girl told me to have a nice day but obviously I was irritated and didn't feel like responding back to her and the moment I turned my back she called me a bitch. after many issues with this specific location today was the final straw. after ordering through drive thru they have away my order to previous driver. so had to come into the location to reorder. once again it was issues with even placing the order again. ultimately they ended up not charging us for the meal however when we left and got it home it was completely incorrect meal again. called to complain and the manager was rude and non helpful. no real apology. just come back and we will remake it. yeah right I'm going to drive 20minutes because you screwed up no less than 3 times. then he hung up on me when I gave attitude back. never again Lenny's never again. read more

I'v seen this place closed and reopen,and all i have to say about this Lennys in Horn Lake is it must have a death wish . I mean how long does it take to put philly cheese steak meat on a bun ? Subway could have put out 20 subs by the time this place puts out one , Expect to see an empty building again. read more
