The sit-down food is classic Brooklyn Italian comfort food, the portions are generous, and obviously you finish with the spumoni. This isn't precious food and it isn't trying to impress anybody. That's precisely the point. Brooklyn has changed about 9,625,247 times in my lifetime. L&B is still L&B. Five stars. Always.

I appreciated that they gave us plenty of ketchup for that little terror, but we didn't find out until later that they didn't give us any plates or anything, which was kind of a bummer when we got to the brewery. Either way, it's not going to blow your mind, but Mark's is a shop that makes you glad we live in NYC, and have good pizza everywhere you look.
