The salon is nice and they have a great selection of all OPI polishes. They told me to come back and get a mani:pedi for $35. I will definitely be back. My rule is usually 3 strikes and your out. First time was very good my gel lasted 3 weeks, awesome and I liked the pink glitter she suggested. The second time another person did my gel and after leaving I noticed a big oops so I returned, np they fixed it. It was ok. The third time again she had a different gal do it, I didn't like the color and it was too shear and not consistent so I asked for another coat and she wanted to charge me more $. I got the milk and honey pedicure which is listed at $60 on Groupon. I would have been pissed to pay that much for what i had done. But since I used a Groupon, it only cost $30 so I'm happy. It was pretty much a regular "spa pedicure" you can get at other shops. She did a thorough job on my calves, feet and toes. The massage felt great! The milk and honey is just an oil/cream. Feet are soaked in a regular basin of water with some kind of colored soap. Calves and feet were scrubbed down with a sugar scrub. They have the regular massage chairs you see at all the nails shops. Place was empty when I walked in and out. I made an appointment but I guess during the week day that's not too surprising to see it empty. Would I go back? Yeah but I think I'll try the shellac. I went to this salon because they were having a special on Groupon. My Shellac French manicure looks nice, but I would not recommend this place. There are bugs everywhere. There were dead ants and mosquitoes in the nail dryer and while I was getting my nails done I got bit by a mosquito. The ladies who work there must know about the bugs because when an ant crawled onto my arm my nail technician quickly pushed it away and continued working. This place needs to make some serious improvements before I would return. read more

Horrible! I live right beside Lenox Nails so I hoped it would be a good option. Unfortunately, I will not be back. My technician was so rough with me, not massaging my legs or feet but actually using her fists to hit them. I indicated this was hurting when she started this process on the second leg and she just moved on rather than switching techniques. Beyond that, they were mopping the store when I was there and using another pedicure station's tub as the mop bucket. Maybe they sanitize them after, but that's just disgusting. Bought a Groupon for a pedi. While in the chair for a pedi, they were so pushy, selling me on a gel mani, I finally agreed just so she would stop selling-thought I could relax and enjoy the pedi. Nope. Would not even let feet soak. was rushing thru and then another worker crowded in to do the mani, rushing and I had to hold the water bowl. Pedi was bad. I do better myself. The 29.00 for a gel mani was a total waste of time. I was told it would last three weeks. 2 days later, it's peeling off all my fingers. I feel so ripped off. read more

The only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one because my manicure was decent, the manicurist (male) was great, and I got it at a great price through Groupon. On the other hand, the eyebrow waxing was horrific. The only request I had for the lady (older) was "not too thin please" to which she rudely replied "I know." I decided not to pursue it further, so as to not risk offending her expertise (which I now know, she has none). Before I knew it, she was roughly and painfully ripping out hairs with a tweezer in places I knew did not feel right. She then proceeded to show me one eyebrow in the mirror - and I almost fainted in horror. I will upload picture for you to see the damage she did. I complained, and she insisted that it looked good and that she had made a "nice shape." I asked her just to make the other one even (which she did not, as my eyebrows are not symmetrical as we speak), and I complained again. She told me all I had to do was use some pencil to fill it in and it would look good. I have NEVER had to use pencil before because I have never had such a terrible eyebrow wax and my eyebrows look fine without filling them in with a pencil. I paid (regretfully) and left in such a hurry that I failed to notice there were still small hairs underneath and between my eyebrows, which I suppose she missed while she was hacking the main part of my brow. Please be warned - NEVER get your eyebrows waxed here. read more

They did not have good customer service, seemed very impartial to "certain" guests and just overall ruined the relaxation mode intended. Their attitude is as though they're doing you a favor, very entitled, made me forget that I was actually paying for this service lol. Lesson learned, while coupon deals are great...be very cautious. It's usually a good reason why the businesses have to post on there. In this particular case, they probably were struggling and needed more customers, I don't know anyone who would voluntarily go here and deal with their foolishness for basic services. I needed an emergency mani/pedi and remembered this place. I pulled up right as it was closing, but they very kindly accommodated me (+1). I then proceeded to receive a rather half-hearted pedicure and the worst manicure I have ever received in my life. She cut my cuticles without soaking them first, and here 30 minutes later, my cuticles are dry and look like they've been massacred. On the plus side, she did a great job shaping my eyebrows, some of the better work I've seen. The place worked in a pinch, but I will not be going back. Then put a brown powder on them to stop the bleeding and preceded to do a shellac manicure on top of the powder so now my fingers not only hurt but are brown around the edges. Never again. I have struggled with this salon for a year now. I gave them a try with the Groupon special --$30 at the time for what is really a $45 milk and honey pedicure. Because I was local with an apartment in the building, the owner (who asked me at least half a dozen times where I lived) told me to come back and that whenEVER I came, she would give me the milk and honey for the Groupon rate. Fair enough and smart, I thought, as why make a regular always print off a Groupon, or why make regulars pay 50% more than one timers, right? So it is convenient, never need an appointment, not the cleanest place and the energy is low, low, low as you can tell the stylists are tired and sleeping between customers. But, hey, drop in for $30, fine, I could suck that up. And, finally, after all that time, the gal who does my pedicures is doing them the way I like them: no cutting, no cheese graters on the bottom of the feet, no scissors down deep on the big toes fostering ingrown toenails. So, we got there. EXCEPT! That every single time I have gone back, the owner "forgets" her offer. Two weeks ago I reminded her, and she "oh yeah"ed me, and offered me the $30. I thought I was soooo nice, given a year had passed, so I told her let's make it $35. I want her to make money, and $35 for the milk and honey is a fair price. So imagine my frustration today, when checking out, she tells me $45! I reminded her that we agreed on Groupon price and again, "Oh yeah". Then in Vietnamese or Korean (her name Kim), she tells the young woman that she had taken TOO LONG doing my pedicure and she wouldn't get a tip! IE, Kim was confiscating the girl's $10 and pocketing it herself! When I told her that was unacceptable, and pulled another $10 from my purse to give it to her "worker", she protested and said, "No, No. She take too long." Crazy. Finally I am a happy customer and she punishes her employee for doing a good job? What the heck is that about? I shook my head, told the owner I was never coming back (and I will not unless it is to give her employee a larger tip for her year's worth of pedicures) and took the extra $10 over the the nail tech. If I'd have had a $20 handy, I'd have given the girl that. Lord only knows how much her boss (mother? Aunt?) is stealing from her. Just awful. For a year I was constantly subjected to sales pitches and aggressive pushes for NuSkin products, or mani:pedi, or pink and whites, or whatever she thought she could get another $10 out of me for. Today, I observed the same high sales pressure on another woman in the store. First, an extra $5.00 for "longer lasting polish". The woman took it back and selected a polish that is included. Then, a push for using the NuSkin product (Kim's sister is a dealer, so beware getting sucked into that pyramid business). Again the woman politely said no. And then a push for the higher milk and honey pedicure. Finally the woman was so frustrated she simply said, "i am trying to stay in a budget this month. We just bought a house and I can only spend so much." Good grief, why should anybody be made to feel pressure when they are going for what should be relaxing pedicure? They shouldn't. My advice: do what she and I both did today -- Just say "No" to Lenox Nails. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I was never asked about shape or length of nails. The lady just started cutting. Now my toe nails are uneven. The tools were old, and I cringed that she used them before I could say anything. Then to make matters worse, she cut me and made me bleed on both big toes. (Old, dirty tools,and a break of skin = INFECTION!!!) The paint job was horrible---there were lumps and she just painted over it. I DID NOT tip her as a result. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and just didn't have the time nor wanted to spend my vacation money all on my nails so resorted to Group On. I wish I read the reviews on here before proceeding to my appointment, which they quickly scheduled over the phone. They took off my old shellac free of charge, which was nice. I asked for squared off nails and got some combination of round and squared nails. I asked for it to be fixed, they just got filed shorter. I wanted a French manicure because the last longer and grow out less noticeably. The French I got is mostly white nails. She then painted a pale pink over top the white. All the tips are different sizes and shapes. I just have never seen manicure this bad. I could've done it better myself, blindfolded. The reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is because they checked my meter for me and added quarters. They also gave me a coupon for the group on rate for next time (I won't be returning), which was nice. Overall it was a bad experience. I felt like they were talking about me, their only customer, the entire time. The groupon isn't worth it. I wish I just spent the money at my usual salon. read more

I buy Groupons hoping that I'll discover a hidden gem. This wasn't that place. There's really no reason to return because there are better, faster, cleaner, friendlier nail salons in the area. Save your time and money and go someplace else. The salon is a little shabby and in need of dusting and some repair work. It doesn't give the best first impression. Although I made an appointment, it didn't matter because I still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. Other women came in and waited for a while before leaving and saying they would come back. There were only 3 nail technicians working on Sunday afternoon and no receptionist. So my nail technician needed to answer the phone, take payments and do assorted other things in the middle of my service. The pedicure was just okay for a special milk and honey service. For the gel manicure, I felt the technician paid no attention to painting just the nail. She would use her nail to clean up the residue around my nail instead of being more cautious. I'm not convinced that the tools she used on me were taken fresh from the sterilizer either. In the end, I left about 2 hours later with an okay pedicure and manicure. The technician offered a coupon to return and I took it to be polite. I put it in my recycle bin when I went home. If they want to have return customers, they should be prompter with appointments, thoroughly clean the space, fix damaged/ripped chairs and have some better customer service. read more

My coworker and I went for pedicures only on a weeknight after work. We did not have appointments and didn't have to wait which is a plus. The nail tech cut my toes in multiple places and scratched the top of my foot with her bracelet during the leg/foot massage. Despite scratching my foot, the massage itself was surprisingly good. Additionally, I showed her I had a cut covered by a band-aid that I wanted her to avoid but she ended up just pulling the band-aid off and rubbing oil into my scraped ankle. Overall like the other review said, she was rough and it was not a very relaxing experience. The process felt rushed and a little sloppy. I would not recommend this place. read more

Truly awful. I came out of here with nails bleeding at the quick and bleeding cuticles. Admittedly, I said I wanted the nails short, but then she proceeded to cut and file them until each nail was painful. After cutting them as I winced, she asks, "Are these a good length?" Um, a little late. And when a customer who was paying more came in, she practically pushed me out the door.
