The prices are as shown with no additional taxes or fees just ability to tip at your discretion. I got the classic manicure which was very affordable at only $22. They had a large selection of OPI nail polish and the nail tech put an Essie clear coat which made the polish last about 2 weeks with rough use. She was efficient and not very chatty. This would be a 5 star experience except that the nail technician that I got was a little rough removing dead skin which caused a lot of hang nails a few days later. read more

Yesterday evening I stopped by to set a 10:00am appointment for this morning and once I walked in at 10:00am everything was set and ready to go. They are always great with timing but I highly recommend just simply setting an appointment, Danny is really good about scheduling everyone in as best as possible. Even though they do accept walk-ins be mindful just as any other business the volume of their customers is unpredictable some days. Their location is perfect since it is right off the Crystal City metro stop. I personally live within walking distance so they've always accommodate my random visits to stop by and get my nails or feet done. So just call and they'll fit you in! I highly recommend this location because once I moved to the Crystal City area, I tried multiple nail salons in the area and this is the only location I return to. The prices are good, staff are friendly and it's extremely convenient for me. Lauren did my Classic Pedicure this morning but i have had each of these ladies for different services. This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. I called a week in advance to book two Gel-X manicures at the same time, expecting a smooth and timely appointment. Instead, we ended up being there for over 3 hours when it should have taken no more than an hour and a half. They started on my friend after a 20-minute wait, but I was left sitting for over an hour and a half before anyone even began my nails--apparently, only one technician knew how to do Gel-X, which they didn't tell us when we booked. During that time, the staff kept pushing me to switch to dip, and when I politely explained that dip doesn't last as long on my nails (from years of experience), they got passive-aggressive and seemed irritated. To top it all off, my nails turned out looking very subpar--definitely not worth the time, money, or energy. I booked in advance for a reason, and the lack of professionalism and poor service made this a one-and-done visit for me. Would not recommend. read more

This nail salon is a great hidden gem, I highly recommend for quality service in a convenient location. Pros: I have visited twice and the staff have provided nothing but quality, professional service. On my last visit I asked for a neutral manicure, and Danny went out of his way to match shades that looked great with my skin tone (which included combining two shades). I've honestly never had a nail technician that put so much effort into their work. The work is also high quality--my gel manicures have lasted more than two weeks without any issues. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons in the area and they take appointments (and honor the appointment time). Cons: The only con is really that this salon is in the Crystal City underground shopping complex and so unless you're getting off the metro and happen to pass it you might not know it's there. However, once you do know it's there it is extremely convenient for those who live in the area. Bottom line: Definitely my new go to spot, definitely recommend a visit. read more

This is my go-to nail salon, right off the Blue/Yellow lines in crystal city. Pia does a great job and is super meticulous with my short nails. I typically get a gel mani and my nails would last 3+ weeks if the grow out didn't drive me nuts. They have a great gel polish selection (mostly OPI with some DND) and they also offer dip as well as regular polish. They take credit card but I think they prefer venmo. Reasonable prices and they're clean (they use those plastic covers for their pedi chairs and mani bowls). Will come back. read more

They also gave me the wrong color and when I told the lady that the powder color looked wrong she told me it would look different after they were on my nails. I come here all the time to get an acrylic fill and new nail art with Lauren. Shes always seems willing to try new things and doesn't get annoyed by my antics (I'm very indecisive and very specific about what I want) she's always very proud when she can do the nail art and will show it off to her coworkers lol. I was just stopping in to use up some time before going to the movies, and I was pleasantly surprised. First, I noticed that while the salon was small, but very tidy and clean. I noticed signs stating that they use disposable nail files, and foot bath liners, which is a plus! Li-Li did my gel manicure, which was ok, not the best when it came to my cuticles and getting to the end of the nail bed with the polish, but the polish was executed pretty well. After eating at Potbelly's across the hall, I decided to give this nail salon a try since I really needed a pedicure. Gotta say, the tech did a solid job! The pedicure was very relaxing! It lasted almost an hour since the lady was thorough and unrushed. Not slow mind you, she just wasn't rushing through the job. She also spent a few minutes cutting out an ingrown toenail. My big toe feels much better :) No 5th star for a few things like the massage function on my chair didn't work, no tipping on credit cards, and the polish selection being a bit outdated- good quality but not many summery colors to choose from. If I could give a half star I would although the guy that did my pedicure was great the lady that would have done my nails attempted to put my nails on at the pedicure chair. I felt like I was being rushed and she was not professional at all there was no reason for her to try to put my nails on at the pedicure station since for one they were not about to close and for two there was only myself and one other lady in the place. I feel as though this place does not respect the fact that I chose to come to them to provide a service not to feel like I am an inconvenience I could have went to any place to get my nails and feet done but I thought this was a respectable place where I felt would provide outstanding service to me.
