    I've been here repeatedly and enjoyed every visit. Glasses are expensive anywhere, especially with quality lenses. They treated me well.

    Way to over priced glasses are so expensive dont buy here. At least they have free wifi.

WITHOUT any correction each time!! I tried calling corporate several times, without a response. I'll NEVER go to Eyeglassworld again!! The focal point was shifted to the right and I had to deal with an incorrect prescription. The manager told me to stop coming in. Horrible company!!! Dr. Rege, Melissa and Jennifer at N. Academy Visionworks were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend the retinal scan. It's $39 extra, but worth it. It illuminated details that would have been missed otherwise. I've never had an optometrist explain everything as thorough as Dr. Rege. My frames are nice and strong; the lenses are perfect. Thank you Dr. Rege, Melissa and Jennifer!! -David Tisdale

    I'm so tired of poor customer service. Pictured below are my glasses from 6 years ago, notice…read morethey're in perfect condition. That's because I'm VERY careful with my glasses. I have since replaced my glasses and in under a year they've broken twice. So twice I've had to revert back to the old glasses. When I originally called the same associate I talked to today told me, "yeah come in we will exchange them." When I arrived today I'm told my prescription "JUST expired". I could have and would have came before they expired but she didn't bother to tell me they were expiring. Then she tells me they will replace them in THE SAME FRAMES when previously I was told I could exchange them for frames of equal or less value but instead she told me "this is *really* it" as if it's my fault the product they sold is awful and as if these won't also snap in a couple of months. The first replacement I paid for the warranty you're not doing me any favors in fact you've cost me weeks of seeing poorly. Then despite my having told her they broke both times while being cleaned she brings out a harder case so I guess she was accusing me of lying?? Because how can a harder case prevent them from breaking while being cleaned. I'm so tired of this process, I am not the problem or the glasses below would have broken a LONG time ago. I also asked that the manager call me and two weird things happened one I said have "them" call me because I wasn't aware which gender the manager was and she snapped at me "SHES A HER" ok, unnecessary correction and overly rude, next she pulls the glasses back and said well then we aren't replacing them because "this is all we are doing" (again, like this is a favor and not a service I paid for.) Ok, I get it, can I please leave with my medical device. This is the second time this process was terrible and I paid for their warranty. I'm the one who should be upset this is a multibillion dollar company that is held privately and the people there seem more concerned about saving them a couple hounded dollars then doing the right thing.

In 50 years of eye exams, I have never had a better exam than the ones I have had with her.

    I had my appointment this Wednesday June 10th 2026 with Dr. Heck. I wanted to make sure my left eye…read morewas healthy because I have been having headaches and also wanted to see if I may need eye corrective surgery. While Dr. Heck was doing the testing on my left eye which is my bad eye. It was really hard for me to see the letters from the distance she had it. I also at times would have a really hard time picking which slide was clear or not because I literally can not see well from that eye. I would tell her which one was clear or not and it felt like she started to become irritated because I was choosing the ones she felt should be clear. She literally stopped flung her arms down in aggravation and explained how I should be doing the test. I understood the first time and was doing that but if its not clear or if its blurred to ME I'm going to tell the truth. When I spoke to her about the pain and other concerns that I had she seemed to brush them off and blame it on because I'm in my 40s. Then proceeded to continuously bring up her problems because she's 48. First of all I've been blessed to not have to say Oh this is happening to me since I've turned 40. Everything I spoke to her about I've been dealing with since I was a child with my lazy left eye. She would cut me off when I would try to speak. After a while I just stopped talking. When we walked out of the room she went to the front desk. I was behind her taking a seat in the waiting area right next to the front desk where they walk in and out. She didn't notice where I sat or I'm sure she wouldn't had went to the tall lady that had glasses with salt and pepper hair complaining to her that she had to repeatedly ask me which one and to just pick one already. The salt and pepper haired woman took me over to where I was supposed to look at glass however I told her that I just wanted to leave. Very humiliating. It seems that Dr. Heck doesn't have patience and I really hope she doesn't treat children the way that she did me. Thumbs down never ever coming back here. I'd give no stars if I was able to do so.
