    How do you mess up this bad? Save time and go see Dr Rothbard instead.

    From the awkward, long trek into the store, to ME having to greet the employees from what feels like a football field away, to the Dr acting snooty when you're waiting to see her.. please stay far away from this establishment. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would!!!!! I initially came here due to the fact I was under the impression they did glasses same day. - apparently not anymore. They're doing away with their labs - ok good to know ahead of time. The ONLY good part of my visit was with the long haired man who did my visual fields testing. He was actually really nice and personable, I don't remember his name unfortunately. The Dr herself seriously rushed with my appointment. As soon as I was kicked out of the room to go pick out frames, the Dr FLEW out of the whole store to go on her lunch break. You would've thought there was an emergency by how fast she left. I'm surprised she didn't leave a smoke trail behind her. Not to mention that when you're sitting in the orange chairs that look like they got pulled from the dumpster behind the business, she will stare you down and not say two words to you until YOU say something to her. Huh? Lady this is your office, where's your bedside manners? She gives off high school attitude. We all know how that is... Anyway, i know my Rx, as I used to work in an eye doctor office years ago. Once I saw what my rx was on paper, I knew it wasn't going to be strong enough. Sure enough, I told one of the girls at the front desk after I picked up the glasses that one eye was fuzzier than the other. They told me to give it a week to adjust. Adjust to what? Straining to see? Got it. I wore the glasses for 15 mins and I had a debilitating headache that lasted 2 days. Thanks The next few days was spent contacting my insurance and LensCrafters customer service to give me back my benefits and so I can return these glasses to them. Which as of today has been done. 8/21/25. Awaiting my refund for the visit and the frames. All trust I put in this place is gone. I will never be back or recommend LensCrafters or this particular Dr to anyone. Trina Patel, and the retail store staff..... do better.

I needed an exam as I had an eye concern and she gave me a very professional and thorough exam. Thankfully, my exam turned out alright. I appreciate her great approach to patient care. The reception staff were also professional, they will answer any questions you may have. Only thing here is parking can be incredibly difficult to find, as it shares the lot with dozens of business and think some condo buildings. A reliable location for an eye exam...and if you need eyewear.

    I came in tonight to order a pair of glasses at America's Best (Corona Center) and had a really…read moredisappointing experience. Jennifer spoke to me in a condescending and rude way, as if I'm stupid, instead of simply helping me look at frames. When I asked her to please speak to me normally and not be rude, she escalated the situation, told me to leave, and physically went to the front door, opened it, and ordered me out. When I asked for her manager and business card and her name, she refused. She then proceeded to call the police. This lady is an angry person with a short fuse. This is not how customers should be treated--especially by a manager. I left without ordering anything. I hope corporate or the district manager addresses this, because the lack of basic customer service and kindness was shocking. I will not be coming back, and I will be asking for a full refund of the cost for the exams.
