I came here to this location for the first time to get new glasses and the staff was simply amazing! I wish I could remember the gals name that helped me because she was simply amazing and was so nice. She wasn't pushing me to get a certain pair but listened to what I was saying and what I wanted and eventually I did find the pair I wanted. I got a pair of beautiful Tiffany frames and with the discount they had going I got it for much less then what even insurance would cover. They told me 2 weeks as usual for them to be delivered and they were done in 9 days! I went to pick them up and I had a different lady helping me and once again she was super nice and made super everything was perfect. Two days later I noticed that my frames were leaning to the right a tad so I went in again and a gentleman helped to adjust them and he did a great job and they are no longer leaning to one side. I had issues with my glasses. I asked for the regional manager to contact me directly. The manager decided to relay one of my concerns and offer a discount to appease me after talking to the regional manager. I had other concerns to discuss with the regional manager but he decided not to contact me directly because customer's concerns are not a high priority for him or this store. I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to purchase my glasses here. I like their selection of frames but I'd rather shop somewhere that respects their customers. read more

This is really just a wonderful store! I purchased new glasses during their sale in February and everyone I encountered was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Amy told me my glasses would be ready in two weeks, and they actually arrived in just one week. I initially had a problem with my distance vision and Debbie was absolutely amazing! She took the bull by the horns and committed to do whatever was necessary to solve the problem. She evaluated the eyeglass prescription my ophthalmologist had prepared and identified a problem. She met with one of the optometrists in their store and set me up with a consultation. With Debbie's input, the optometrist came up with a revised prescription and they reordered my glasses. The new glasses arrived in just over a week and they were perfect! I don't think I have ever experienced anyone in a retail store who was more focused on solving a problem and satisfying their customer than Debbie. I purchased a pair of lovely Prada frames with contacts because the website advertised 40% off contacts and frames. I never got the discount off the contacts, however that is not my issue. Every single sales associate was really sweet and professional EXCEPT one particular male. I haven't experienced this kind of discrimination in years. Literally visit I made to the store he gave me the nastiest looks. He whispered and laughed in an employees ear and I am assuming this is because I am trans? Sir are you okay?! Terrible experience. Very bad experience. My wife and I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon and I found some frames I was interested in. One of the female employees approached me and asked if I had an account there. I told her no, my prescription was with another store. I asked if she could have the prescription transferred over (I've done it before at other locations). The woman told me no, I would have to go and get it then bring it back. She then took the frames from me and walked away! I was blown away! Never have I felt so disrespected as a customer! I was looking at purchasing almost a thousand dollars from them in glasses! My wife immediately set down the frames she was interested in and we both walked out. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and that my business meant little to them. Avoid this location!! They leave a lot to be desired in customer service!! read more

I had a great experience with Altitude Eye Care and Lens Crafters. Once I was done with my appointment, a very kind lady (I'm sorry-I didn't get her name!) was able to help me find the right pair of glasses I was looking for and spent time with me to talk through my lens options. Very knowledgeable. About a week later I got a text that my glasses were ready and headed to the store. I then met Frank who is fantastic. My new pair of glasses took a while to get the right fit but Frank was patient and so helpful with his expertise to make sure I had the proper fit. He also cleaned and adjusted a couple other pairs of glasses I brought in. Thank you for all your help Frank! All around a great experience. read more

My wife and daughter were choosing her sunglasses from kids section and the associate went and pull off the glasses directed my child face. Such a disrespectful and shameful attitude. My glasses scratched and I didn't get the replacement because I don't scratch my glasses. They would not help with resolving this. The so called manager talked too much, like a robot, she kept repeating about the scratch policy. They owe me $33 too because they couldn't figure out there register. I wouldn't recommend them. I have been to this location a few times because I love the plethora of glasses selection. But in my opinion the staff is subpar. They act like they are doing me a favor to take my money. I went in this last time to find a pair. Staff don't offer assistant at all and disappear. They didn't even adjust my glasses when I picked them up. I put them on and she said "they look like they fit really good. She didn't even check them. Just unattentive and bad customer service. I actually went to the Lenscrafters at the Orchards Mall off 144th in Westminster to have them adjusted, because after wearing them a few weeks they were very loose. The older gentleman that works there immediately could see that. He was awesome and very helpful and professional, unlike Park Meadows location. The Cherry Creek location is pretty decent as well. Would give a zero if I could. Very un-helpful front office staff. The eye Dr. was fine but then I had to deal with the front office staff again to get my trial contacts. Long story short 9mo. after my appointment I finally got my trial contacts after multiple orders and me following up with them each time. I did not like having to initiate all communication when I am paying for a service, I want service to be provided. To make matters worse, I asked for a refund of the $65 contact fitting fee as it had been 9 months of a crazy process just to get the trial lenses and come to find out I had been charged $65 directly AND they had also charged my insurance for the same $65 fee. Even after all that, they only refunded the double charge but I still paid for a fitting. I would never recommend this place. Use them as a last resort. It was an awful and drawn out experience. read more

I have been helped by several of them in my trips to pick out frames & pick up completed frames & each one of them were friendly & genuinely interested in making sure I was pleased with the fit of my new glasses. I had to make a return of a pair for my husband & it was was handled effortlessly by them. Customer service like this should be the standard but sadly isn't anymore. They were really ready in an hour! I'm sure I've heard the slogan time and time again, but I was SO impressed! Ready in an hour! I left the saleslady to find me a pair of glasses because I'm clueless about these things. Bam! She was AWESOME and picked me out the CUTEST frames -- Anne Klein plastic square frames w/ a blue tint to bring out my eyes (awww). Watched about five people walk through the exit door until I was ready to enter when no one was on the store. Then was engaged by a very rude women that said I needed to exit and go all the way around to the entrance. Which was not marked and inconsistent with letting people through that specific door. This women was getting a rise off of sending people around to other side of the store with her power trip. If I mess up, I'm sorry I'll comply with guidelines that aren't posted properly. As for the store itself, I will give it 2 thumbs up. Everything was neat and clean. The employees give you just the right amount of space without crowding you and help you just enough so you dont feel like fresh meat. All of the employees look neat and presentable, especially a cutie named Alisha (not sure how she spells it). WOW. But it is Lenscrafters, so some items can be a little expensive (lens packages).They have a great selection of styles and brands though. I saw Dr. Simonson there for my exam. His assistant did alot of the early work, and she was great. He followed up and answered any questions I had. I give 4 of 5. Not alot to complain about, but just a -1 because it is part of a big monster chain machine. LOL read more

Overall, I had a horrible experience with the eye doctors and the store itself. About a month after getting my eye exam for contacts and glasses I went to my primary doctor with searing migraines. Turns out their eye doctor WAYYYY over prescribed my prescription strength. After going back to try to get a new exam and return the remaining pairs on contacts I was told they gave me someone elses prescription. Upon hearing this, you'd think they would have no problem taking the contacts back, right? Wrong. They charged me for the ONE PAIR that was missing and a restocking fee, even though it was THEIR mistake. It's not like I was trying to get money back out of the ordeal, just the correct lenses! The store itself wasn't much better. I pad $500 for new glasses and another $350 for my husbands. Although his are fine, mine are literally falling apart. The lens keeps falling out and the ear pieces are incredibly loose. I could understand if I were hard on my glasses or wore them every day, but I MAYBE wear them once a week/every other week. To me, that isn't acceptable. The first time I brought them back to get tightened and the lens put back in they were fine. The second time I was told they couldn't do anything, that I would have to pay $25 to get them corrected because my warranty was up.... After 6 months of owning them. Fast forward to today and I'm still having problems with them. My primary doctor had asked me to get my measurements and prescription history for some medical testing coming up. One of the measurements he had asked for was my PD measurement from the last three years to compare the differences and see if this could be a factor in my chronic migraines. Not once have I gotten a straight answer from an employee. First they tell me I can either come in and they can release the information to me (Which is fine) or I can get another exam. Before leaving my office this morning I called just to make sure this was correct and I was told under no circumstances can they release this information. I would have to pay for another eye exam to get any kind of information. I know it may not be their fault for the glasses, but since when did customer service go out the window? read more

Have been long time customers for almost 20 years. I get you should in the time of covid be extra careful about sanitizing glasses folks have tried on. Good for them for that. We appreciate that effort. However...there is a grey haired lady who always seems to be wearing black who is downright rude and hostile to just about every person who comes in. She's the pits. Avoid her like the plague. Reminds us of a bitter ex nun or someone left at the altar. She offers to help you... be prepared...condescending and nasty. And now over two weeks for a simple order. I've bought glasses here for 4 years, never again. Just ordered 2 more pairs, went to pick them up. Wrong frames, wrong prescription. Have to wait 2 more weeks. I've called twice, was asked it I could hold a minute... Sure. First time I held for 12 minutes, before I had to hang up, this time was 18 minutes before they finally came back. Turns out my glasses are there, they just didn't bother to call and tell me. Hire some more staff, or just maybe some competent staff. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I purchased a pair of expensive designer frames 13 months ago and the frames started to discolor. I went back to the store and asked for options. Mary the customer repersentative told me not once, not twice, but three times "well they are not broken" (Brilliant Mary) but they look gross..I would not wear a discolored shirt and I will not wear these frames. Mary also told me, "this happens to plastic"! I tell you what happens, Mary, I am going to find a store to buy my eyewear that cares about me and how I look. Customer service 0 Sarcasm 10. I have been a customer to this location for 15+ years as their service and quality were excellent. However, in recent years this has been on the decline and as of now, I will not be returning. The eye doctors office in back is ok, but the store in front is now just awful. The last pair of glasses I got from there, when I picked them up no attempt was made to make or even check any adjustments. Nor did they clean them before letting me leave the store. The lady quite literally picked them out of the tray (in doing so she got a nice big fingerprint on the lens) shoved them on my face and said "looks good, you're all set. Have a nice day". Within a hour or so I noticed I was having to push my glasses up my nose LITERALLY about every 3 seconds. Then, a few days later when I went in and asked them to adjust them so they'd quit sliding down my nose I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to them. They actually asked "well why didn't you say anything when we adjusted them when you picked them up?". Furthermore, they did not resolve the problem. I had to adjust them myself to fix the issue!!! Now, 6 months later... After paying extra for the scratch resistant lenses, I'm noticing that my lenses are becoming very scratched from cleaning them (I always use the appropriate wipes to clean them with). The number of fine scratches in the lens is starting to affect the clarity of them. I have ALWAYS used the same wipes to clean my glasses for 15-20 years are this has never happened before. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but now I'll be finding somewhere else for my vision needs. Will never recommend this place to anybody again. Frames are way too expensive so I bought frames+lens online for less half the price. More importantly, my prescription was made wrong by a doctor (who I am not sure if they are affiliated). I had to go back in to Lenscrafters, after I bought my glasses online and they gave me a new prescription. Lenscrafters would not replace the lens for free when I went back in to get a new prescription, and wanted to charge me almost $200. I think that if they have a deal with the doctors to have their offices in the back of the place then they should at least help resolve an error caused by the doctors. read more

In from Florida and my frame and lens broke. In a bad spot. Needed a "cheap " replacement to get me home. Went here because they make lenses in the store. Walmart (way cheaper) does not. I'll give them a 3 because they made my new glasses in 45 minutes. Nice people but I had no choice but pay $245 for new glasses. The worst part was their cheapest frame was $99 plus and it was made in China. Way to high. Would go back only in another emergency. read more
