I frequent Target for various shopping sprees, having walked by this optical store many times. Eye exams are $75 or so. The designer and off-brand eyeglass frames - which are select, fashionable and functional kept me enthralled, really. I just happened to make an appointment for an exam while I casually strolled in to take a peek at the frames. Last check was a few years ago. Dr. Vanessa Ceballos, OD has a great chairside manner, explaining everything she's doing with the techno gadget used for checking vision and for checking for glaucoma. We discovered some minor, age-related issues that can be easily corrected by an ophthalmologist; once that's done, I won't even need glasses, but for reading. Boo bummer, sort of. I had three, jazzy frames picked out for some transition lenses I had in mind, suggested by the gracious, enthusiastic receptionist, Zoey. Let's not forget Angel. He's ever so amiable on the phone and in person. Loved the experience. No lengthy waiting. Dr. Ceballos gently got to the point to fix the problem. I like the frames I chose so much, I'm going to get non-prescription polarized lenses for a new set of shades. Bamm! They cater to all ages, even kids. Who knew?

I had to reschedule a few times, but I was glad they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. I'm especially grateful thay they are now testing Saturday appointments because previously, they were only open during the week. I lucked out! All of the staff was friendly and they even went over my benefits with me to make sure I understood everything. I appreciated that. .y appointment was quick and very thorough. Thanks to the staff here, I can now start looking at new specs for my new prescription. Parking can be challenging, but if you drive around the lot, you'll find a spot. The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I ended up with stunning Gucci frames, and my husband picked out matte black Spy glasses that are nerdy in the best way but still totally manly. Perfect upgrade for him. Wow, this review is long overdue…read more After moving back from Las Vegas many years ago, our family searched for and tried several other Eye Docs in our local area. Sadly, none of them were what are family was looking for in this type of provider. After searching again, we found Dr. Jury's practice! We have been patients of Optometric Vision Experience for maybe 9 years now: we could not be happier with Dr. Jury and his entire staff, from the front counter to frame searching, frame fittings and drop-in frame adjustments. His office and staff are always very accomodating for scheduling our family's annual eye exams and any appointments we may neeed for any type of eye/vision concern. Dr. Jury himself is great eye doctor and our family is very lucky to be his continued patients. He is thorough, patient, and answers all all our questions in an easy to undestand manner.

A short Filipina lady took the forms from my son after we completed them, didn't say anything as to what she's going to be doing and it turned out she still had to look up our VSP plan. Mind you, we've been going to this place for the last 2 years and she didn't think to look up our records first. Every time I looked at her, she kept saying that she's still looking up my account. Then another customer came in and she dumped us to helped them out. Then the male CS rep finally decided to help us out, asked me to come to the front desk and asked me the same question as the other two female. In the end, I told them to just cancel our appointment after waiting more than 30 minutes for them to figure out that they needed to call VSP. The guy even had the audacity to tell me to call VSP. Not only did we wait but they wanted me to do their job! When're never going back to this place. Customer service sucks! The CS rep have or personalities at all and they don't care about their customers.

Phone call wasn't answered voicemail left. I didn't get a response so I went to the Dr. Blink operation at Camp Pendleton exchange. After a couple days I got a phone call back from California eye ( NOT) professionals. Made an appointment but afterward went to Dr. Blink instead. CEP were so far out and Dr. Blink got me right in. Tried to call back today and after being on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. I only wanted to cancel the appointment but on their website there isn't a place to do that.
