Been a Lenwich lover for at least 10 years now, but it's clear at this point they are sacrificing the quality (and size / quantity) of their food to cut costs. My chicken cheddar sandwich (pictured) on a roll was shorter than a AA battery and barely weighed more than the paper it was wrapped in. You can also tell they've stopped using real chicken. This was clearly a bulk-bought frozen patty. Very disappointing to see what's happened with these guys, because I've been a longtime fan. The girl eventually makes her way over to the cooks to find out about the fries. 10 minutes later she calls his number and he gets his food. We leave and walk to our office. I open my bag and find my container of fries and another container of fries with my friend's order number on it. So I just paid $20.52 for 2 orders of fries. So I tried their new Third Avenue store two nights ago for a roast beef sandwich.
