Yuck. Not the turkey on rye I hoped for.

Ordered a sandwich to go and returned home famished and excited to eat when I discovered the sandwich was completely different than what I ordered and would not eat and included ingredients I am allergic to and smelled up my apt and made me nauseous. Called them up to get a replacement delivered and they would only provide a refund. Signed went to bed hungry.

Lenwich is always the perfect pick me up. I love their wraps and their salads. Making my own salad allowed me to get every item I wanted for a good price. Will order again!

RATING: (just based on the viral chicken caesar wrap) 8/10 PRO TIP: Yes, the viral chicken caesar wrap is so good. They have a picante version as well. CAESAR WRAP*** The reason why this caesar wrap is so good is that they finely chop all the components of the traditional salad and stuff the wrap, so that you are getting every flavor and texture of a chicken caesar salad within each bite. Unlike other spots, where you'll have some bites that are lettuce forward, or cheese/sauce forward, here you'll find consistency and small pieces that are well integrated with one another. Just look at the pic! Now, will it blow your mind if you didn't care much for caesar wraps before this? Probably not. But if you tend to enjoy one or crave one, this place is a must try. FINAL CATEGORY: GREAT (based on the wrap) (terrible / bad / ok / good / GREAT / excellent)

Had the chicken caesar spinach wrap and it was delicious! The croutons provide a really nice crunch and all of the ingredients are well incorporated. The dressing has a surprising bit of a kick to it but it's a nice touch! This location gets pretty busy so would recommend placing an order for pick up but the staff is very attentive and on top of all of the orders. The inside is super clean and has a good amount of space to sit and eat.

Lenwich makes great sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and I have been hitting up the Lenox Hill location for breakfast and/or lunch for years. The breakfast platter is great - I always get the hash browns well done with hot sauce. The breakfast sandwiches are great but remember to specify if you want one egg or two. The Egg White Delight Wrap is a very good healthy option. It's packed with Kale, Cucumber, Avocado, Munster cheese and egg whites. If you are in the mood for something greasy, you can't go wrong with the Pastrami "Hash" wrap, filled with hot peppery pastrami, eggs, and hash browns. My favorite lunch sandwiches are 1) The "Italian", packed with ham, salami, LTO and hot peppers. I get mine with extra vinegar because I love the acidity, spice and saltiness of the meats. 2) The "Chickavo" comes with grilled chicken, avocado, mixed greens, roasted red peppers and ranch. Their ranch is amazing and I always get extra on the side. 3) The "Lenwich" (their namesake sandwich) is an delicious and savory but be aware that it's packed with sodium so the rest of your day should be spent consuming fruits and vegetables. It's that good though. 4) "Novie" Sandwich which I get served on a toasted everything bagel and it's a fantastic version of this NY classic. I add lettuce capers to kick it up a notch. They finely shred their iceberg lettuce and it adds a freshness and crunch to any sandwich.

Lenwich is a chain restaurant serving inexpensive food. As far as I am concerned cheap eats is the only good thing about them. My potatoes were gross and my bacon was tasteless. I doused everything with salt and pepper. I took the eggs and toast and made a breakfast sandwich. I'm giving them three stars. I'll return one day to try something besides breakfast. I really don't like the crowds at this location. Customer Service was nothing to rave about. You're lucky to find a clean table. Considering my second thoughts, maybe I won't bother to return.

Sometimes you just want a sandwich. Nothing spectacular. No fancy deli or divey bodega sandwich. Lenwich fills that spot. I like that you can build your own sandwich here. If you don't eat meats as I do it's nice to be able to get a tuna option and add in all kinds of extras, choice of bread, cheese, etc. Clean place with decent service too.

The price of Lenwich can feel initially off putting - why pay premium prices for a deli sandwich?... but yet I can't stop coming back. For a chain, the meat feels high quality, the sandwiches are customizable enough to keep your options fresh despite having a pre-set menu, and they're fast... even with the hot sandwiches. A sandwich (on a long roll, which costs more) along with fries and a soda will put you back about ~$20, but this is on par for the quality you are getting and the average food prices of this area. The seating at this particular location is spacious enough, despite being situated between three hospitals. The staff is nice, and so far all my orders have been spot on. Definitely worth a visit if you don't mind paying extra and you want a top notch sandwich.

I stopped in here for a couple of sandwiches for myself and my son while we waited for hubby to get out of work. I got my boy a Lenwich w/muenster cheese and I ordered myself a Fish'wich with red onions and no tomatoes. Both sandwiches tasted really good and the sizes are decent. I also ordered a large mac & cheese which was NOT tasty. It was bland and the texture was off. I've never been here before but the set up is nice and I like the fact that you can customize your sandos and salads. Everything looked very fresh and the place is immaculately clean. They also offer soups and plenty of beverages. At first, the staff didn't seem too friendly but at the end of my transaction, the overall feeling was a little more amicable. All in all, this is a great place for a sando or salad but stay away from that Mac.

Chicken cheddar on hero with Russian dressing.

The service was okay even though they didn't give me the bread i asked for, the sandwich had zero taste. The chicken was so dull tasting.

I also ordered a Diet Pepsi with grenadine; they don't carry Diet Coke, which I almost docked a point for, but the mix was unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommend it. My date ordered the hanger steak and said it was absolutely amazing. Only hiccup: his first glass of wine he got came out hot... like, microwave-level warm. Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. Would definitely come back, especially for that salad and another round of grenadine magic.

It's $25 for unlimited drinks plus food by the way. Which is sad is a deal these days. Anyway, their happy hour is solid enough for a Monday and was meeting up with a friend I hadn't seen in over a year. Place is actually very cute. There are no tvs which I appreciate and the paneling of the walls and decor with all the flowers is quite tasteful. Happy hour deals 4-7pm Mon-Fri & all night Thursday apparently: Aperol Spritz $8, Hugo Spritz $9, Paloma $10, Mules $9, Draft Beers (except Guinness) $7, House Wine $9. As well as 2 Appetizer Bites for $19.95. Not the best but not the worst. I'm normally not a Spritz kind of gal. I think watering down prosecco or wine is heinous. But it was a Monday and I didn't exactly feel like powering down into happy hour so Aperol Spritz it was which switched to a Modelo later. It was the perfect drink situation on a god awful hot as hell day. We also ordered the fish tacos and what initially were the curry fries but they brought out the Greek fries. I wasn't mad about it. Honestly was torn between the two and I don't send food back unless something really bad happened. But it was essentially a side of Caesar salad dressing with feta cheese and generous amount of herbs on a very sparse and frugal amount of crispy standard cut fries. Now I know why it's a 2 for $20 deal. The tacos were 3 in an order which I guess is typical. They weren't bad but nothing stood out to me. I'd come for the drinks or try something else on the menu.

My wife ordered the half corned beef sandwich with a bowl of French onion soup, so we got to sample a bite of each of those as well.
